Questa casa è caricata con servizi come la TV DIRETTA (TV satellitare) con abbonamento completo a tutti i canali cinematografici, gigante 50 pollici Pioneer schermo piatto plasma con suono surround, una sala giochi enorme per i bambini, tavolo da biliardo, griglia a gas, corda Girare fuori dal ponte posteriore, TV in tutte le camere, riscaldamento centrale e aria in tutto, caminetto a legna, il più grande banchina permesso sul lago lanier (doppio scivolo, due piani con grande piattaforma di partito in cima - ottimo anche per saltare nel lago) eccetera. Questa casa sul lungolago è il nostro posto preferito nel mondo. Tuttavia, a causa di viaggi estesi questa estate, abbiamo deciso di renderlo a disposizione degli altri per il noleggio. Il nostro doppio scivolo, bacino a due piani con potenza è sempre in acque profonde e sarà in grado di ospitare facilmente il vostro noleggio di barche. This was a great opportunity to spend quality time with our children and their friends before everyone goes their separate ways for school. The house was very clean and had every dish, bowl and utensil you could ever need. They even had an ice maker which was so useful. We spent days out of the dock, swimming or fishing and nights playing board games. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the deer and their babies. We will definitely be back.

This house was 100% as advertised, no trick photography or cutting corners behind the curtain. Absolutely gorgeous, usable, and fun. Property owner promptly answered a question I had, property manager contacted me the day before to see if I needed anything and to make sure I had his number just in case. We had a blast swimming and feeding a friendly neighborhood duck at the dock, shooting pool in the billiards room, playing board games and cards at the main table,grilling dinner on the deck, and relaxing by a fire or in the hot tub in the evening. Plenty of space to stretch out, even with 7 adults and 2 kids. We normally pick different locations for this annual get together, but strongly considering booking this house again next year. Can't recommend it enough!

Our group of three families had a great time here! We chose this lake house as a place to relax after picking up our kids from sleepaway camp and it was the perfect spot to do it! We spent the 4th of July there and it was lovely to be on the lake for the holiday. The grill was great and the sunset views can't be beat! We rented a boat the day after the 4th and it fit perfectly against the dock! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This is an excellent property for a medium sized group (we had nine). The property was super clean at check in and is a very livable house. Since it has been expanded it is a bit broken up, but this gives it a lot of character. However, since it has many levels there are a lot of steps up and down. The house is equipped with all the necessary items in the kitchen to accommodate any type of meals someone would wish to make. The outdoor grill is a great asset for summertime cooking and the fire pit is a nice evening group experience for making smores or to just have a group chat. The property manager was very cooperative in ensuring that we had a great experience. He also provided some good suggestions regarding activities on the lake. Overall, this was a very positive experience for our family.

We had an awesome stay at Woody's! Brian, the property manager, was great and he accommodated our early check-in request as we were trying to enjoy the warmest day of our stay. The dock was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately it was cold weather, so the hot tub was an amazing amenity! The house was well stocked with anything you could need and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! Our family stated here to celebrate Christmas and ring in the new year. What a beautiful and lovely experience! All the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms left us feeling as if we had experienced a spa day, not to mention the lake views of the home. Our entire experience with the owner and property manager could not have been better. Definitely a five plus star rating.

We had a nice short stay at this property. I would just caution others. If you have family members with limited mobility, there are no bedrooms accessible without climbing stairs.

Our whole family loves staying at the house everything is convenient and the property manager is easy to work with. The only downside for me is there is a lot of stairs. But the house is beautiful.

The property was beautiful and perfect for a multi-generational family. The house was large enough that we could have privacy when needed. The dock may have been everyone's favorite area. We fished, swam, and sunbathed to our hearts content.

We were staying at this amazing house for a cycling team training camp. It was perfect. It has lots of fun things to do - canoeing, pool table, hot tub. All the cyclists really enjoyed themselves as the rides were very hilly and challenging and this home was a fantastic place to rest up and enjoy in the off times. Thank you for such a nice stay!!

The area was a peaceful residential location, absolutely “no-noise.” This is an exceptionally beautiful large home completely set up with everything. All the rooms were very spacious. The master bedrooms were nice and the one I chose was facing the deck (beautiful scenery of Lake Lanier).
I enjoyed the scenery on the private deck while the guests did a little fishing (did not catch anything, just basically fed the fish).
My stay was wonderful and I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful lake house, very cozy but still spacious. there for a team building meeting. Much better than 4 people in a hotel conference room.
A little hard to find the drive at night in the rain but there is a small sign low to the right to show the extended road with the house and driveway.

We spent a long weekend at this house with family. Had a great time. Might be difficult for some with mobility issues, but otherwise house is great

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Decor is even prettier than the pictures. We were very happy with the lake views and short walk to the dock. A few steps but not bad! Just a note - property would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs in the house going to each different level and the different bedrooms. They recently replaced the pots and pans, so we had plenty of them for cooking. Also, they have a great butler's pantry for plenty of additional counter and storage for all of your snacks. We enjoy the hot tub and they pull table room is nice.

This house was the perfect getaway for a girls weekend. Very large house to entertain a group and enjoy playing pool or a wonderful outdoor area with a view. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in across the country. Michele, the property manager, was so responsive and helpful with just a few minor questions we had. Cannot say enough good things about the whole experience!
