We just had an amazing family reunion at this spectacular home, and it was perfect for grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, toddlers and even teens.

We loved the property, especially the pool and backyard garden area. We did a ton of cooking and were able to use many of the herbs and the outdoor seating area. The game room was also a big hit with our crew. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out so everyone had the ability to enjoy some downtime.

We’re in love with this house. It is large, comfortable, well-appointed and helps create beautiful memories. Communication is clear and thorough and all the processes for check in & out are simple. We’ll be back.

We loved staying at David's property! It's well maintained and easy to find / settle into. There are spaces for 12 adults to sleep comfortably including lots of extra sheets and towels. The hot tub was a great touch on a slightly cool day, and the house's proximity to both parks and wineries couldn't be beat. The kitchen was super well stocked other than a few cooking staples (but we left our oil and seasonings behind for whoever is up next!) but that wasn't a major problem at all. David was communicative and accommodating as well, which was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful weekend at Valley Lane getting together with a bunch of friends. The space was wonderful for relaxing with a large group, and variety of sleeping options was perfect. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area, pool, and hot tub.

Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything that was advertised and was a great place for a 30 year college reunion. Would definitely stay here again.

We are delighted with this place. There was more space for us than we thought! The house is decorated beautifully. The ammenities were perfect for our large group. The beds were super comfortable, there were enough beds for everyone. Great parking space, enough for 5-6 cars. The garden fruits and veggies were delicious. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. And the host was a great communicator, always replied in a timely manner and helped us with all our requests. They even checked on us while we were at the house. The instructions were detailed and covered everything we needed. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we can!

Only slightly annoyed that local noise rules forced us to cancel the college marching band, the Civil War cannon competition and the midnight fireworks display, but otherwise a perfectly enjoyable weekend get-away. The house was nicely appointed, well-stocked with every kitchen gadget you would ever want and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very much enjoyed the rustic neighborhood. The agent was attentive and courteous. The owner might wanna work on the lights, though. Quite a few were out. We'll recommend the place, for sure.

Great place! Loved all the space and the well-stocked kitchen and the pool and the peacefulness. Loved the fruit and veggies available from the garden. One small issue to be aware of--lots of honeybees in pool --two of us got stung. Otherwise fantastic stay!

Wonderful Retreat Location
The listing matched the descriptions and images. We had 10 folks and were comfortable and spacious. It was a pleasant surprise to find the house had a wireless printer. Many of our folks were able to participate in video calls using the wifi. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and Backyard
Our group of 12 women had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The backyard with lovely pool was the perfect setting for our celebration. The pool was not heated which we did pay extra for, but other than that the property was pristine and our stay wonderful.

Better than advertised
This is one of the rare properties where reality is better than the pictures and description. The house is beautiful and is perfect for a big gathering. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and there are so many small touches that made it fun for every member of our group.

Perfect spot for our three generation family gathering
We greatly enjoyed a family get-away at Valley Lane. The house provided all three couples with their own room and our three granddaughters delighted in staying together in the poolside room off the kitchen. Added bonus was the upstairs "quiet room" where they could go to read and color - and the game room with air hockey. (They're too young for pool, still). The outdoor space made relaxing easy -- enclosed poolside space in the back and garden pathways (with fresh culinary herbs) in the front. The house is close to Armstrong Redwoods State Preserve -- a perfect spot for hiking and picnicking. We had intended to go to the beach one day ... but liked hanging out at the house enough that most of us stayed there (with a few heading off to hike or go wine tasting for a few hours). We enjoyed our stay!

Guerneville House
Master bathroom needs a lot of work. Having to reach in the tank to reattach the chain every time to flush should not have to be done. Pool should have been heated more so the kids could be in it more, especially since I was charged extra for it.
Loved the labeling in the kitchen. Lots of areas in the house so it never felt crowded. Nice game room. Lots of nice outdoor areas.

Picturesque stay for big families
My family of 8 stayed at this property and we really enjoyed our stay. What made it the most special to me was that you could tell this was a special place for the home owner; the front garden was truly a haven for travelers from the city.
Beds were comfy and the amenities were great, definitely planning on staying there again

Great Family Weekend Getaway
We live in Santa Rosa, so this wasn't really far for us, but was perfect for a weekend getaway with busy working schedules. Our group was a large family (12 people) with ages ranging from 2 to 92. We enjoyed walking at Armstrong Grove nearby and it was perfect for the 2 and 92 year Olds.
The house was clean (one of the cleanest we've stayed in), the layout was great for a large group doing various activities (cooking, playing cards, shooting pool, watching TV, etc). The kitchen was well-stocked and the cupboards were labeled (which was really helpful).
We can't say enough about how great David was to work with. He was responsive & helpful.
We would definitely go back!

Fun even in the rain
This vrbo was the perfect size + arrangement for our family. Unfortunately, our priority of having use of a heated swimming pool was canceled due to last minute pool problems. ... very disappointing even with the 40% discounted cost. We loved the air hockey, pool table, chess set, cards, decor, quiet neighborhood, fresh fruit/herbs in the yard + easy access to Bodega Bay, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa (for ice skating!) and San Francisco. Ants came inside due to the wet weather, but they didn't cause much disruption.

Ladies Wine Trip
There were 12 of us staying at the property. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and well stocked. The common area was great, as we could all hang out together.
We had an amazing time and plan on returning next year for Winter Wineland. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
David was always quick to respond any time I reached out to him with a question. Very nice and professional. Thank you!

PARADISE IN AN ADORABLE MOUNTAIN TOWN
This was such a lovely space. The location feels like you're so far away from the world, and yet you're less than a mile from town. Delicious fruits and herbs on the property and gorgeous views all around. :)

Great getaway space
I was there with a group of 11 women for a weekend of wine tasting and relaxation. There was plenty of room for all guests. The backyard was beautiful. The pool heater was broken but the owners refunded our heating deposit very promptly. The hot tub was nice and toasty though. Communication with the property manager was good as well. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the house, the garden, and the peaceful surroundings. Unfortunately the pool heater broke just before we got there, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice to have different areas to hang out.

Wonderful stay for families
The home was very comfortable and had a lot of room for 2 families. Although the layout was a bit unique, it was great to have all the space to spread out! Location was great, pool and hot tub were awesome! I do think the property could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great family get away
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and one child and there was plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor space is amazing - lots of different sitting areas to gather. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The gardens are extraordinary and we enjoyed some of the produce from it. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful gathering place for families
We had a wonderful time at this home! The garden and fruit trees were beautiful (and highly praised by my serious-gardener mother), the pool was fantastic, and all the sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The space felt secluded and personal. Would highly recommend.
