Nascosto tra splendide case in un incredibile quartiere, The Tree House è di 600 piedi quadrati, recentemente ristrutturato e splendidamente decorato. This was the perfect getaway for my fiancé and I in Encinitas. The location is great, so close to many restaurants, the beach, wineries, etc. And the room is extremely great quality, cozy and comfortable bedroom, living space and kitchen that is well stocked. The windows show incredible views too! You won’t regret booking this spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, quiet apartment in Encinitas. The location is great -- walking distance to beaches, local coffee shops and stores, as well as easy access to nearby towns via I-5. The hosts are wonderful and the queen bed is very comfortable.

Having been on the road for greater than 3 weeks, I am so glad that we found this property and stayed there for 4 days. My wife and I enjoyed our time at the house. Nichole and Brian were cordial and informative. We enjoyed our brief conversation and above all the quiet and super clean tree house. One can't beat the location. My partner and I loved our stay. The treehouse is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious on a quiet cul de sac in Leucadia. We especially appreciated the equipped kitchen with coffee and drinks. Definitely recommend to any couple looking for a quiet spot in north county!

This is a hidden little gem in a quiet location, and walking distance to everything (restaurants/bars, shopping, farmer's market, beach, parks). It is incredibly clean and well stocked, and Nichole is an absolute pleasure to associate with. A great experience and we look forward to the next visit!

This is one of my favorite VRBOs ever! Tucked away down a cozy neighborhood street, the Tree House was sparkling clean, well-appointed, and convenient. Nichole was pleasant and friendly upon my arrival and I really look forward to staying here again with my wife and son.

Glimpses of beautiful hummingbirds outside the kitchen windows feeding at the tall flowering bushes and a pair of wild little rabbits frolicking in the morning sun. Wonderful hosts and magical moments in lovely Leucadia await you at this guest house.

I stayed in the Treehouse for a few days for a work trip at the Del Mar racetrack and visiting old friends in the area. Leucadia is a funky beach town and this unit is super close to the waves and all the people watching action on the 101. Also just a quick hop onto I-5 and lots of grocery stores, etc. including Lazy Acres, one of my favorites!
The unit was immaculate and as represented in photos. It was well-equipped and provided extras like shampoo/conditioner/body wash as well as beach toys. The owner is very friendly and responsive and lives onsite with her family. It's a very safe area and I was able to open windows at night and take in the ocean breeze.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore that part of San Diego County!

Super cute! Clean, fresh, and purposeful! We had a perfect weekend stay with no issues. We cooked with full kitchen appliances and plate settings that were provided. It’s close to Grandview Beach to watch the sunset. Surrounded by vegetation, trees with a great view. Quiet neighborhood setting even on a busy holiday weekend. Perfect getaway place with ample privacy. Definitely will go again! Never had to communicate with Nichole about anything during our stay except a big THANK YOU at the end!
