Private guest house on its own two acres
Siamo pronti per il tuo soggiorno. Pensione 1050 piedi quadrati. Grande camera da letto con cabina armadio, cucina completa, zona pranzo, ampio soggiorno e grande lavanderia. Ambiente privato circondato dalla vegetazione del deserto. Vista sulle montagne e sul tramonto dai patii coperti. Molto privato ma vicino ai servizi in Oro Valley. Molte delle aree migliori campi da golf sono con poche miglia insieme a Catalina State Park. Le caratteristiche costruttive sostenibili includono il sistema solare per l'acqua calda, il calore del pavimento radiante, i pavimenti in calcestruzzo, la costruzione delle pareti ICF, le finestre Pella. Novità di quest'anno: continuiamo a migliorare la nostra sostenibilità. Abbiamo ampliato la nostra produzione di PV e stiamo producendo il nostro consumo elettrico annuale per la casa degli ospiti e la casa principale.

You will love this property with its beautiful natural setting, its mountain views, and it's so-easy-to-use interiors. It's very well designed and the owners couldn't be more helpful. We will DEFinitely be back!

Great home with everything we needed for the month. We enjoyed our time on the back patio enjoying the view of the Catalina Mountain. Also some fun wildlife. Kevin was a great host.

We have stayed at this Casita several times in January-February. The place is very comfortable, feels like home. We enjoy the solitude of the location and the hiking and biking in the Oro Valley area. We will be back again!

The casita is very comfortable and private. The owner makes regular updates to the furnishings and contents. Close to bike trails and the many hiking trails in the Oro Valley and Tucson area. Feels much like home.

A lovely getaway in the Tucson desert, this perfect house for 2 was really charming. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, a comfy king bed, and front and back patios, great for reading or relaxing. We loved our stay. Kevin was great making sure if we needed him he'd be there to answer questions, adjust thermostats, etc.

Very good overall, although including better cooking utensils would have helped. Also erecting a covered area/ shaded spot for the car rather than sit in direct sun would have been a plus.

This Casita is private and in a rural neighborhood but close to everything. It is situated in a beautiful desert environment. The owner is helpful if you have any questions.

Comfortable, quiet casita with great mountain views located away from busy neighborhoods. Has everything one needs to make you feel at home. Abundance of hiking and biking trails in area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner is very helpful and responds promptly to any questions/problems.

We enjoyed our second stay and plan to return. This casita is well built, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There’s a wonderful patio to enjoy the mountain views and for hanging out. We love the privacy, silence and desert beauty of this property. Kevin is a great responsive host.

Great casita in the desert! Hope we can stay again next year

We stayed on the property while house-hunting in the Oro Valley area. Cozy house with all the amenities. It provided us needed relaxation every day. While the owner lived on the surrounding property, we never felt intruded upon. The only down side was the dirt road to the property from the nearest paved street. We arrived during a wet spell and the road was slick and washed out in areas. And while the property was listed as dog-friendly, read the fine print because there is a weight limit on what you can have and there is no fencing on the property. We boarded our Lab because of those restrictions. But it was overall a great place to stay and we recommend it highly.
