Beautiful Condo In The Heart Of Olympic Valley / Palisades Tahoe
A soli 2 minuti a piedi dalle piste da sci e da tutti i servizi del villaggio, il Tram Condominium # 3 è magnificamente ristrutturato e idealmente situato nel cuore di Squaw Valley. Parcheggiare l'auto al vostro arrivo e non dovrete guidare di nuovo! A piedi da sci, ristoranti, bar, alimentari, trattamenti termali, e altro ancora. Situato lungo una strada tranquilla, questo è il posto perfetto per chi vuole avere un accesso rapido e facile a tutti i servizi Squaw Valley, ma preferisce stare lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia rumorosa del Villaggio.

The condo was in an excellent location with easy access to the lifts and the village. Parking was easy, and all the neighbors were friendly and quiet.
Our host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Very easy to get in (keybox with code). A quick walk to the lifts (this is probably the most important factor for us when booking a ski rental). Owner responded quickly when we had a minor issue.
This was our first trip to Palisades. It was a huge snow week in an unbelievable winter, so the snow was amazing... but that also meant lots of lift closures and even a shutdown of the whole resort one day. Still, KT-22 may be the best lift in North America for advanced skiers and it stayed open, so we had plenty to ski.
Even with 5+ feet of snow, the small parking lot was cleared pretty regularly.

Outstanding property. Very convenient. Well appointed. Great location. Easy access to slopes. Quiet with convenient parking. Fireplace makes it very cozy. Property is older but unit has been remodeled and is quite clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family spot
We love the patio view of the mountains. Had Two great hikes from the front door up Granite Chief trail and Shirley Lake Loop. Easy access to West Side of Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River.

Super convenient to the lifts and village, but it is still quiet at night. Host is very responsive. Great location for a ski vacation.

We’ll equipt. Can’t beat the location!
This was our second stay. We returned because the condo is comfortable and the location for skiing is ideal. Just a short walk to the Wa Shi Shu lift. Having a full sized washer/dryer was essential to us. The kitchen was well equipt. The host, Laura was responsive and friendly. We’ll be back!

Just what we needed
Perfect condo and location. Friendly neighbors and wonderful property manager. We were there during all the smoke from the Dixie fire and the condo was so well insulated it stayed cool and smoke free. Laura was also just wonderful to work with and super responsive. Enjoyed our stay!!!!

Wonderful in the summer, too!
The location of the property was perfect for our family’s needs—within walking distance to the village, hiking trails, and aerial tram. The property was clean and cozy. The owner was very thoughtful and prompt in her reply to a few questions we had. Overall, a great experience!

walking distance to Squaw Valley lifts
This unit was in the perfect location to ski Squaw Valley! 3-5 minute walk to the lifts (short enough to do in ski boots). It was a good size for our party of 4 adults. Very clean and kitchen was well-stocked with cooking gear. We had ample parking at the condo in March.
Our only complaint was that the heat was off when we arrived. It took about a day for the unit to fully heat, and we were freezing the first night. I hope this will be addressed for future guests.

Updated condo rocks
Great location to walk to village and lifts. It’s so great to park your car and not have to use it again. The inside of the condo is totally updated and has cozy beds. We came the weekend when the lifts and entire village shut down because of the coronavirus and it was a major snow storm shutting down 80 and other roads. The owner kept in constant touch with us, even offering a free night if needed because of the insanity of happening up here. I’ll definitely be back when the resorts open again.

Cozy family place
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo. It is an easy walk into the village for both skiing and apres-ski activities. It was a perfect spot for our first trip to Squaw Valley.

Great location, well maintained condo
Spent a weekend in the condo with friends. Owner was extremely well organized and communicative. She made sure we were able to make it back from Squaw during the storm. Location is fantastic, 5 min walk to lifts and village. 1st floor unit, clean, warm, everything works.

Great location!
Very close to the village (just far enough away to keep it nice and quiet). Really enjoyed staying here and will be looking at this condo for our next trip. Laura was wonderful to deal with (had a couple little technical issues arise and she was helpful and quick to respond).

Very nice!
Super clean and comfortable. We stayed the weekend our son participated in the Spartan Race. The location was perfect! Walked one block to the Village and all of the race venues. Very quiet at night.

Property in outstanding conditions and with great location
The apartment is in perfect conditions and is very confortable for 6 people. All the apartment furniture and equipment is clean and confortable. Additionally, it's very close to the center of the village and lifts. The fact that the apartment is at ground level makes it very easy to enter and exit without having to deal with stairs.
I did not gave five stars because that parking area is outdoors and the building administration is not very effective removing the snow after storms. I had to use the shovel more than I expected.

Comfortable and surpassed all our needs
Traveled as a family of four and this condo wad the perfect place for us. Great kitchen to cook meals in, comfy beds to rest weary bodies in after a long day of skiing and easy access to lifts and town square. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon.

Could have used a shovel to help dig car out after plow.

Beautiful Condo in Great Squaw Valley Location
Laurie has a beautiful condo just a short walk from the lifts of Squaw Valley and the Squaw Village. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay for a few days. We never got in our cars, we just walked everywhere. Everything was first class. High quality towels and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen, nice large dining table for family meals, ski locker by front door, heated floors (REALLY!), and lots more. She also owns the unit next door, so, we had our friends rent that one! Communication with Laurie was great. If you're skiing at Squaw, this is the place for you!
