I loved staying in this house. The main living area is open and inviting. It somehow feels both spacious and cozy at the same time.
The TV area has an amazing huge couch that is so comfortable at the end of the day. The hosts have thoughtfully included soft, cozy blankets to curl up on the couch. The TV has a lot of live channels but you can also access your own streaming services with the Smart TV features. The hosts also have a great collection of DVDs. At the end of a long day rock climbing in the Park, we loved slipping into the hot tub, which always seemed to be the perfect temperature, and then relaxing on the couch with our favourite TV shows.
The kitchen is well appointed and has every tool and utensil you could need to prepare meals there. The fridge includes filtered water and an ice maker.
The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the bedding is very nice. If you like a very firm mattress then the queen-sized bed in the guestroom is perfect for you.
One of my favourite things at the house was to sit at the dining table, working on my laptop and see all the life outside the patio doors. I saw quails, rabbits, road runners and lizards. The desert is so full of life and it's right outside the house. The views from every window are stunning, you will want to keep the blinds open all the time. This house was so comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Loved this house! Great communication, super clean, lots of space. Even though it was super windy, we were able to star gaze from the front driveway.

Hosts were clear and prompt in their communications. The place was very clean. Loved the little path they created in their backyard area for walks and a higher viewpoint from which to watch sunsets. Pool table ended up being a focal point. Nice seating/relaxing areas on the patios.

We had a fun birthday weekend celebration here with 2 parents & our 2 kids (20 somethings). It was a rare cold & windy weekend in Joshua Tree with a flurry of snow(!) but we had a great time here cooking up a few meals, playing games & watching videos on the giant TV in the living room. The house was cozy & comfortable & had everything we needed. The views around the house were beautiful in any weather. Sunday the sun came out & we had a great time exploring Joshua Tree. We were in touch with our hosts several times with small questions & they were always prompt about getting right back to us by text.

Cannot say enough great things about this property and it’s owners! We had an amazing time soaking up the views and enjoying the hot tub! The bed was so unbelievably comfy, I didn’t want to leave! Would definitely return.

Lovely Home Near Joshua Tree National Park
The house is close to the park as well as the restaurants and shops in the town of Joshua Tree. The property offered great privacy. We enjoyed the spacious patio area and eating outside. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked several meals. We were prepared for the printed concrete floors and wore sandles and slippers.

This property was amazing. It has what a family of all ages needs to have a nice relaxing and memorable vacation. Location is great and my kids loved the jacuzzi, pool table, tetherball and view.

Perfect place for a Joshua Tree vacation.
Eric and Vandy were terrific hosts. They clearly know how to host a group of our size (8 adults). The home had everything we needed for our stay (fully stocked kitchen to cook and clean as well as plenty of towels for all guests). The property is in a perfect location (close to grocery stores, restaurants and the National Park) and was very neat and clean. The living space is perfect for a small group and the outside area is amazing for lounging around in the desert. I highly recommend this property for a small group looking for a relaxing Joshua Tree getaway!

Peaceful setting
House was well equipped with everything you need including shampoo and soap in showers. Hot tub was wonderful. Yard was a beautiful peaceful setting with lots of wildlife while having our coffee. Everything was Perfect! Thank you.

A Lovely Stay in Joshua Tree
We had two nights in this lovely home, and wish we had booked a longer stay. Two senior retired couples, wanting to explore new territory. This house was perfect! It is beautiful, full of special touches of antiques and delightful art, and also all of the conveniences we needed. The setting is just perfect--so quiet and peaceful. We loved coffee on the patio overlooking all of the desert plants. Beds were comfortable, everything worked well, and the house was well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. Owners were a delight to communicate with. Hope to return sometime soon!

Unwind with Panoramic View
First of all I would like to thank Eric and Vandy for sharing this property.
The property is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, to enjoy the scienery and wild life you don't have to go far. Just step into the porch and look around you.
My family and I had a great couple of days here and I hope we will back here late Summer or early Fall. Everything was clean and fully stocked, just bring in food and drinks and you're set. The check in and check out were easy.
Thanks again for extending the check out so my daughter could finish a video conference that was assigned in the last minute.

Perfect place for family gatherings!
This VRBO is very convenient to the park! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals! Beds were comfortable! The property is beautiful! Lots of wild life! My family enjoyed playing pool, darts, and the hot tub! The owners really thought of everything to make your stay perfect! Must wear shoes on the concrete floors. I wouldn’t recommend this for families with small children because of the flooring. Perfect for older children!

Fabulous house and location
Amazing stay - everything was as described and well kept. Spacious house, all in very nice order. Super quiet location, easily able to get to JT, into the town when needed, and stargazing. Owners were incredibly responsive and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anything more - thanks!

Visiting with kids
Great location on the mountainside with great sunrise over the park. The nature walk has an example of every plant in the park and we studied them with an app on my phone. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids are quick learners with the cholla. Jackrabbits, cotton tails, chipmunks, and quite a few quail on the property.

Great house for a family
This house was perfect for our family's spring break visit. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space, and the kids had fun playing darts and tetherball. We usually spent mornings in the park, came back to the house for lunch and a rest, then went back out in the afternoon. It's also a good location for setting up a telescope -- we brought ours and got some nice photos of the eastern sky.

Beautiful home for the perfect desert vacation
My friends and I drove to Joshua Tree for a long weekend getaway and had a fantastic stay at this house. It has all the amenities you’ll need for a trip and lots of outdoor space to stargaze (and a hot tub!). Next time we come to Joshua Tree we will definitely be staying here.

This property was great for our group of three couples. It is very close to one of the JT park entrances and had all the amenities needed for a fun stay. The pool table and hot tub were a great way to relax at the end of a day of hiking. If this place is available, don’t hesitate to book it!

Fantastic spot!
We LOVED this property! Lots of space and fantastic location. It was a wonderful home to come back to after a long day in the park and chill. The kids loved the jacuzzi and dart board. Us adults appreciated the wonderful kitchen and cozy couch. Great location! We will be back!

A Desert Oasis
I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday by whisking him away to Joshua Tree for the weekend. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at ease and relaxed. The house was spotless, warm, and inviting. We could tell the owners made sure to include everything we could ever need at the house. We had a masseuse come to the house for a massage and enjoyed happy hour on the back patio while watching the sunset. We enjoyed the hot tub every night under the stars. The bed and linens were so comfortable. We both slept really well. We would 100% recommend staying at this property and have already sent the link to our friends who are looking to stay at Joshua Tree in the near future.

Wonderful getaway
We spent three nights here and had a fantastic time. The house was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located near the west entrench to Joshua Tree park. It was the perfect trip from LA to get out into nature. Thank you for the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The jacuzzi was also lovely. We will definitely recommend your home to others.

Great location with just a short drive to Joshua Tree National Park, and town. Beautiful home with lots of extras. Enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, star gazing at night. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Just perfect for our family of hikers and climbers.

Great Home
We enjoyed playing pool, darts, and horse shoe game. Very clean and spacious. Wifi though not that great, really spotty. Overall our stay was great and views from the observar deck were nice too. Shoutout to the owners for sharing there home. We’ll definitely comeback

Wonderful Weekend
Lovely place with all the amenities you need, well-stocked, great kitchen, pool table and hot tub. Beds are extremely comfortable, floors are a bit on the hard side, and watch out if you venture beyond the patio. There are some very sharp cholla (like small desert tumbleweeds that stick to everything and are sharp). Owners respond very quickly to emails. We had a wonderful birthday weekend for my wife, two adult children and fiancee, plus two dogs. Close to stores and the National Park.

Amazing experience!
We stayed at this property in January 2021. The owners were very prompt in responding to our messages. They also were very considerate with allowing us to cancel the trip if necessary given the Covid situation. Fortunately, we didn’t have to cancel and we all enjoyed so much. Highly recommend this place for winter time!

Beautiful home perfect for our stay
If this house available, book it! Spotless inside and out. Jacuzzi is a dream. The couch feels like a massive pillow. The pool table kept the boys busy and the outdoor swing and seating as perfection.
Don’t miss out on this beautiful home. Eric and Vandy were responsive and sweet.

All around perfect
Eric & Vandy’s place was perfect for my friends little getaway. The house provided so much entertainment, whether it be the jacuzzi, pool table, horse shoes, or tetherball. The property was only a 10 minute or so drive from Joshua Tree National park which was super convenient.

Newer/updated house close to the JTNP entrance. Very well equipped. Clear, friendly communication from owners. No hassles. Fair price. I would definitely stay here again.
