Ideal Downtown Location! Beautiful newly renovated vacation bungalow
Vieni a visitare il nostro 1940 recentemente e completamente rinnovato nella casa di città. Ti godrai la luce e l'atmosfera aperta di questa casa. Si tratta di una camera da letto con 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno, 1300 piedi quadrati con aria e calore centralizzati, connessione internet wireless, smart TV via cavo, camino a gas in pietra naturale, veranda luminosa e allegra e splendidi ripiani in granito su armadi su misura. Alcune delle caratteristiche originali della casa sono state mantenute e migliorate come la porta d'ingresso, gli archi, le finestre e i pavimenti in legno che danno alla casa un bel mix di vecchio e nuovo. C'è un grande cortile con recinzione di privacy, grill a gas all'aperto, garage per deposito biciclette, ponte anteriore con posti a sedere e nuovo paesaggio. La posizione della casa è perfetta, situata tra Downtown e Brevard College in un tranquillo quartiere desiderabile fiancheggiato da camminate laterali. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da ristoranti, micro birreria del centro, negozi, Franklin Park and Pool, Silvermont, Farmer's Market e la biblioteca. Si trova a pochi minuti in auto dal Brevard Music Center e dall'ingresso alla Foresta Nazionale di Pisgah.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this lovely Brevard cottage stocked with everything we needed. From this great location, we went on walks around town as well as Brevard College keeping a running tally of the white squirrels spotted - twenty white squirrels in five days!

This property was super clean and convenient to many waterfalls, Chimney Rock and Mount Mitchell.
Easy walk to Main Street for shopping, Brevard Brewery and restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again!

Excellent location and amenities. All is as described in booking. Iwould recommend a level 2 charger for EV travelers as they are frequently full at nearby Brevard College. Also a King size bed would be awesome.

We have stayed here several times. It is always clean. Julie is a great communicator and everything just works. You can't beat the location. I've tried to get the owners to sell me the house a few times, with no luck so far.

This house and neighborhood were lovely. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. We brought our two young children and dog. The fenced in backyard was a plus. We especially enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and playing at the park down the street. The drive to the charming Brevard downtown area takes about two minutes. We hope to be able to return next summer. It was a perfect getaway from the Florida heat!

Such a lovely home, we particularly love the sun porch!! This is by far the best appointed VRBO we've stayed in and it rivals a top-tier resort for cleanliness. The neighborhood is so friendly and beautiful, and Brevard is a hidden gem with a quaint downtown and wonderful restaurants. You'll want for nothing and leave wishing you could stay longer.

We had a great stay at this cozy bungalow. This home is immaculate and well equipped. The beds in both rooms are super comfy. Close to lovely downtown Brevard and the college. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay we had at this perfect little home. I could live there full time! Great neighborhood and everything you need within walking distance. All of the downtown restaurants and little shops so close by! Will definitely stay there again!

This bungalow was the perfect getaway for us to enjoy the beautiful mountains of Pisgah and the lovely downtown amenities of brevard! We were pleasantly surprised with welcome snacks for us and a dog bone for our fur baby! The house had everything we needed and the backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine!

Julie and Dennis are great hosts: understanding and accommodating to our needs. The house's location is excellent: close to downtown Brevard, in a nice quiet neighborhood, a short walk to a community pool/park, and a quick drive to hikes. The house is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home with great location. It’s a short walk to downtown. Updated appliances, fenced yard for our dog, tasteful and comfortable furnishings made for a perfect vacation.

This home was the perfect fit for our weekend stay. It was immaculate and well appointed. You couldn’t beat the location-we walked into town every day. The fenced in yard was great for our pups as well. We stay in Brevard often and would not hesitate to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO with our little dog for 2 weeks. We loved everything about it! It was only a few blocks from the center of town so we would walk our dog to Quotations daily for coffee and pumpkin bread and then head off for hikes or mountain biking. The house was lovely and had my favorites - fluffy towels and lovely bed linens. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything one would need if they wanted to cook. We just walked downtown for dinner nightly with our little dog and we were able to sit outside at several good restaurants. The hostess at the VRBO was so thoughtful - she sent me a text one day stating that she was dropping off a blanket at the side door as she thought we might need it at night. My husband really liked having a garage for his 2 bikes. All in all it was such a fantastic trip and we hope to return next year and stay longer!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Brevard and the surrounding area. This home was the perfect place to crash each late afternoon/evening after daily adventures exploring many amazing waterfalls, hiking, and other outdoor activities. It was impeccably clean and Julie & Dennis provided lots of thoughtful, helpful extras that other properties we have rented didn’t supply. It is also centrally located for easy day trips to Highlands, Cashiers, Asheville, and Hendersonville. I highly recommend this home! Many thanks, Julie & Dennis for your warm hospitality.

The house was fully remodeled and within walking distance of downtown Brevard. The area is centrally located to Dupont Woods, Pisgah National Forest and probably lots of paddling (we were mountain biking). Brevard is a fantastic destination for road or mountain bikers, hikers and paddlers.
We were there for a quick biking and hiking weekend with our Lab and this made a perfect basecamp for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC worked great since it was really hot last weekend. If you have bike(s), you can securely store them in the garage around back and there is a fenced yard for your pup, if you bring one. Will definitely look for this house again on another trip to the Brevard area.

Outstanding. My 3rd VRBO rental in Brevard. Two prior rentals were pleasant and comfortable, but this property is a cut above. Loved our stay! So comfortable, charming, easy walk to town, beautifully decorated! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn’t want to leave! As much as we enjoyed Brevard we enjoyed the house even more! Our hosts were prompt in responding to our inquiry about rental and follow up upon our departure. Can’t wait for a chance to stay here again.
