Questo condominio versatile appello a famiglie numerose o tre (3) coppie che ognuno può avere la propria stanza. Il layout offre una privacy eccezionale con un ingresso comune e tre stanze separate, due delle quali hanno porte su di esse. Fare riferimento alla foto di layout per le configurazioni stanza / letto. Tutte e tre le camere hanno una HDTV. Un 50 "HDTV 1080P Smart nella stanza principale e ogni camera da 42" HDTV. Our goal was to beat the AZ heat for a couple of nights. We loved the area and location of the property. Everyone had a great time and the property met our needs.

Property was as expected and certainly met our expectations. Plenty of room for the four of us. Beds in the double room are the most comfy with fleecy blanket that put the kids right to sleep! Location was amazing and plenty of shops, restaurants, and hikes within walking distance, while still feeling secluded from the towns hustle and bustle! Only got in the car one time 😊 hot tubs and pool were a hit for the whole family. Didn’t do any cooking but full kitchen was nice to have, had we wanted to! Communication with Scott was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better host! Would love to come back and visit again!

owner was great and responsive. Location was perfect. set up was unique but perfect for our needs. Lack of paper products and soap was the only negative feedback i could give.

4 adults, 3 kids; first ski trip for 2 of the kids. The location was just a 10 min walk to the ski school/lifts at the Village.
The condo was more than adequate for our needs. The diagram shows the 3rd bedroom clearly as being connected to the main living area. Was not expecting that but that was on us, not Scott. It wouldn’t have altered my ratings or choosing it again but if want privacy in all 3 bedrooms you will find it with just 2. The kids didn’t mind it at all
Scott was very attentive and replied within a brief time whenever I had a question from recommended restaurants, to security codes and anything at all.
Bring all toiletries, I do because I travel a lot but other family members were expecting shampoo and hand and bath soap. No big deal people can be wasteful and very picky so best to have folks bring their own.
Kids aged from 8-14 so the trek to the Lyfts was not bad for carrying gear, community hot tub was a nice touch and a short walk (2-4 mins) was no big deal.
Like anytime skiing, so much depends on the wx and we had perfect wx.
Thanks Scott…5 stars was easy to give, good value for the money….one can certainly pay more and get more at other places but if affordability, location and cleanliness are priorities, stay with Scott.

My family of 4, which includes 2 large teenage boys, enjoyed the size of the condo. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and for all the ski gear. Excellent location to the slopes and an easy drive to Main Street. Host was pleasant, responsive and very patient.

Was spacious, good TVs, and three bathrooms. And close to walking downtown.
Trouble finding unit as it was not clearly marked what our unit number was, and where we should park the car. But Scott was wonderful in helping us find that.

This condo was just as listed, plenty of space for our group and a well supplied kitchen for eating in. The hot tubs and pool adjacent to the complex were never too crowded. The location was very convenient, a short walk to easy trails, coffee and restaurants, Riverwalk concerts.
Scott is the best host we've ever encountered with VRBO, quick to respond, helpful with hiking and parking tips, and very accomodating...highly recommend.

Had a great stay. Scott is a wonderful host. Great location and condo size for our family of 4. One of the beds could use a mattress topper IMO but that did not detract from our overall enjoyment, would definitely stay at one of Scott’s properties again when we return to Breckenridge.

Scott's place is in a nice area in Breckenridge, very convenient to town. Scott was a very attentive host and stopped by to fix a running toilet. All in all we had a great experience. Would definitely stay there again!

Gas fire place was a great feature. Beds were firm - thank you! It is an easy walk to Main St. Incredibly easy check in/out process with Scott. Pictures represent well. It is an older building, but has been upgraded and is really nice. Two parking spaces is also very convenient!

We loved the location. Plenty of room for our blended family. Only negative was, Hot tubs were crowded every afternoon with adults drinking and didn’t want to bring our kids down to crash their party. We went earlier in the day on one occasion and were able to enjoy the hot tubs.

I was very impressed to receive a courtesy call ahead of time, with great information. I was given text and phone access to the property owner, who responded promptly to my questions, and was quite friendly. The condo was as advertised, and was perfect for our 7 member family. Very conveniently located for Breck Beaver Run and Village areas, as well as downtown. We would book it again!

I cannot say enough about how fabulous this property is! Perfect location, cozy, yet plenty of space to spread out with 2 teenage boys. Scott was wonderful and super helpful for our first time in Breck! I would highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!

Great location for snow. Easy 5 min walk from Quicksilver chair and Main Street. The parking spot was covered, which helps when it snow.

This Condo was a good location and a great crash pad for all the outdoor activities we had planned. We could walk all of Breckenridge without having to deal with parking, which was really nice. It's only two private rooms which was fine for my family, traveling with another family would have put someone in a bed open to the living room. It would be a perfect spot for kids/teens though. We really enjoyed the fireplace next to the dining room table. Beds were comfy. Would stay there again.

Having three bedrooms with three full baths was great for our stay with two families of four. Bedrooms were spacious. Location great for walk to downtown breck and quicksilver ski lift. Great communication from host. Overall an awesome experience!

Scott’s condo was perfect for our needs. The Lift condo is very near Main Street and restaurants and shops. The hot tubs and pool complex was wonderful, although the 8:00 pm closing time seemed awfully early to us.
Scott was fantastic! My friends and I came to Breck to do some training hikes and Scott shared his expertise via several long phone calls and his suggestions were perfect! He also tutored me on how to use the NOAA weather info to ensure we weren’t caught above tree line in sudden changing weather. Luckily, we had fabulous weather.
The condo itself was well equipped. The coffee maker didn’t work the first day and luckily there was a second one in a closet. Scott brought a new one over the next day.
We would come back in a heartbeat. This will be our first choice in Breckenridge!

Place is located a short walk to main street Breckenridge. Walking distance to base 9. Newer kitchen with everything you need prepare meals.

The owner was great in accommodating my family. Great location, parks close by for young children. Great mountain biking trails across 9 highway. Great family hikes minutes from your door. The condo was spacious for my family of 5. The only piece that could be improved was the comfort of beds and pillows which were below average.

Overnight stay
We were passing through Breckenridge and needed a place to rest. This spot was so convenient! We walked to the restaurant at the base of the quad lift. The hike may have taken five minutes. If I were here to ski, this would be a great location. We did walk across the street to Main Street and shopped until we closed the street down.

The Lift Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very close to all the downtown activities & dining that we walked almost everywhere. Our host was very friendly & was a pleasure to work with. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable & spacious we will definitely stay again!

Did not meet my expectations.
The lighting was insufficient for reading. At least 4 to 5 lights were burned out with no replacement. Carpet is very worn. Kitchen supplies are somewhat limited. I left a hairdryer and curling iron. I notified the manager several times to follow up with no luck. Great location.
