La posizione di questo condominio è ideale per la sua vicinanza a tanti servizi e attività. Annidato nel cuore della regione sciistica del Colorado, avrai accesso rapido a Keystone (10 min), Copper Mountain (15 min), Loveland (15 min), Bacino A (20 min), Breckenridge (20 min) e Vail ( 40 min). Sul retro del condominio puoi attraversare la strada fino alla Biblioteca Silverthorne o saltare sul sentiero ricreativo e passeggiare lungo il fiume. Prendi una tazza di caffè dal nuovo disco attraverso Starbucks alla fine dell'isolato o il Red Buffalo Cafe attraverso il fiume prima di colpire le piste o uscire per una giornata di shopping outlet.

Beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommend the first Friday event at Rainbow Park across the street. Live music, bars, restaurants, shopping all easily walkable. Gorgeous area with wonderful views. We also really appreciated the noon check out time.

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo. Being by the park and within walking distance (10 min) to restaurants and target is great. The kids enjoyed the toys and the view from the balcony. Beds were comfy too!

It was a great experience, and the owner was very accommodating. Just remember to turn on the hot water heater when you arrive—we didn't read the check-in instructions :)

It was great.. only issue was no space to store things as all the cupboard and closet space was filled.. this made our stay very cluttered with skis food and gear/clothing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal. However, it lacked in cleanliness. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was covered in dust. The hood over the range and the front of the range also required cleaning. The fridge had an assortment of leftovers from previous guests. My wife thoroughly cleaned the above mentioned items. Needless to say she wasn’t particularly pleased. I really don’t like having to share negative comments about the accommodations. The neighbors were pleasant, the neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking to the trail and restaurants.

This place is the perfect spot for our fly fishing vacation. This is our 4th time staying here and it’s in the perfect location. The place is always clean and equipped with everything you may need. The owner, Tim, is very accommodating. We love staying here.

Easy walk up the stairs to a unit, no neighbors which was nice. Clearly loved by the family because of the family items available in the unit like games and activities and more. Plenty of room for a family, nice dining table, ample plates/cups/silverware and kitchen supplies. Easy to use laundry - love going home and having that chore already done. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding and pillows with plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Easy walk to several breweries, outlet shops and of course the river trail! We didn't get to take advantage of the grill this time, but would love to stay again!

My 19yo son and I drove out for his spring break and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Tim was very responsive and definitely made us feel at home.

Tim provided excellent communication, and had a great setup at this condo for a ski trip. The location is ideal and right off the highway in town making the nearest resorts very drivable. This property is perfect for families with young children. The setup of the condo is awesome and the location is ideal for just about anything. We had a great time and would highly recommended this property to anyone looking for a first class place to stay.

This property could be great.
Issues started a couple of hours prior to check in. Property owner called and told us he hadn't been able to come and clean after the last guests left. Asked if we were OK cleaning the unit ourselves or offered to drive up from Denver and clean before we got access to the unit. He offered to refund the cleaning service cost of $100.00, and I accepted that knowing that him coming from Denver would more than likely slow our ability to check in.
We cleaned the bathrooms, stripped and made the beds, and vacuumed when we checked in. Not the best way to spend an hour or two of vacation. I was kind of grossed out for the entire stay, especially in the COVID era.
Next issue came when one of our children went to use the bathroom. There was no toilet tissue in the unit, and I had to run to the store to buy some while he remained in the restroom.
Listing says their is a queen bed in one of the rooms. The biggest bed in the unit was a full size at best. I slept on the sofa for two nights as the bed wasn't big enough for my wife and I.
This property could be great as it's in a prime location.
I appreciate the owner trying to work with us on the cleaning issue, but not the experience I expected during travel.

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed! The location is perfect! The park and rec center are a very short walk, the stores are all walking distance too! If we ever come back to silverthorne we will be staying here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family. We had all we needed and more. Tons of board games, movies, toys, coloring books, infinite amount of crayons/colors, and sleds! It is also in a great location. Close to skiing resorts, sledding just across the street, parks, hiking and shopping. Highly recommended for a family with kids!

This little condo has everything a person could need! Super cozy, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 more updated than the other), fireplace was perfect way to end evening after being out hiking, snowmobiling and fishing, views are amazing from the back deck - mountains all around! Condo stocked with food, plenty of toiletries, towels, blankets...even things I wasn't expecting to be there, they had! Will definitely stay again. This time was adult only trip but will definitely bring the kids next time. Extra bedroom has large bunk beds and video games in bedroom. Location is perfect. Close to stores, short drive to Keystone, Frisco and Breck. Silverthorne is a sweet little town. Loved it! Thanks Tim!

This is our third time renting a condo in Silverthorne and this was the best property by far. The location is great and the property was very well stocked with everything a family of four with two young children needed. Unfortunately the recreation center was closed for drop in swimming due to COVID but that was a minor disappointment for us. Overall, we had a great time relaxing after skiing and doing all the fun winter activities in the area. We will definitely rent this condo again when we make our next trek to Silverthorne.

Very nice clean place with many thoughtful little extras! Nice location close to many options to eat and stores near by in case you forgot something. Quick drive to loveland ski resort, which was a nice perk!
