Newly Renovated Downtown Condo! Walk To Restaurants / Hot Springs
Recentemente rinnovato una camera da letto, un bagno con un divano letto. Ideale per 2 e adatto a 4 persone. Che si tratti di scappare per un po 'di privacy, un viaggio sugli sci o un bagno nelle nostre famose sorgenti termali, questa casa diventerà sicuramente una delle tue destinazioni preferite anno dopo anno.
A pochi passi (seriamente) dai migliori ristoranti / bar della città ea un quarto di miglio dalle sorgenti termali e dal fiume San Juan, non puoi avvicinarti alle affascinanti offerte del centro di Pagosa. E a soli 30 minuti da Wolf Creek - sei a breve distanza in auto dalla maggior parte della neve in Colorado.

Took a weekend away with my friend, her daughter, and my dog. It was WONDERFUL. We were relaxed and enjoyed walking everywhere including to the hot springs.

Nice place in the middle of town. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning. Just a walk to the hot springs!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, the condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated and we loved the upgrades. The location was great for walking to several restaurants, shops and the hot springs. The bakery next door was excellent, we went there every morning. The best pizza place is Rosie's which is located about 4 miles away as well as a great Mexican Restaurant Chavalos Taqueria in the same location. We also liked the Riff Raff brewery. We're looking forward to coming back to explore more of the area.

This property is located within walking distance of all the attractions but it isn’t newly renovated. Couch has stains, one recliner is broken, one of the blinds in bedroom doesn’t work.
It was adequate for our stay but newly renovated is not the best description.

Property was fine except for a few things inside the condo. The minute we walked in we could smell mildew/mold coming from the bathroom. I discovered the smell was the shower curtain. I'm not sure the shower curtain was an actual shower curtain, as it is fabric and water does pass through it. It is VERY orange at the bottom and stiff once dry. The inside paint near balcony door was literally flaking to the floor.

The location is ideal, walking distance to breweries, food, shopping, and hot springs.
It was a weekend getaway to enjoy the hot springs and tour the town of Pagosa. Was exactly what we needed, will probably hike next time vs the hot springs.

This condo is great for a couple or possibly a family traveling with a child. Everything was sparkly clean and the location truly can't be beat. We walked everywhere (except to the grocery store.) The Hot Springs are walking distance, all the restraunts, bars, etc. We cooked most meals and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just remember to bring your coffee and bathroom items since those are not provided. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay in Pagosa Springs. Close to everything and the condo has higher end furniture, fixtures and kitchen ware. Nice and quiet and RESERVED parking, which is a huge bonus.

When we first went in the building it wasn't the best so I was worried it wasn't like the pictures. Yeah! The unit itself was very nice, clean and cute. Everything worked and we even got serenaded with music from the spot across the street. Down below us was some interesting shops and the hot springs were within walking distance unless you have knee problems.

Great little property next to Mountain Pizza and Tap Room, Hot Springs, Antique shop and more. The only slight downer was the hide-a-bed. Just a little too springy, but not too bad. Other than that... Great!!! Thanks Duke!!!

Nice centrally located property right in the old downtown area. One reserved parking spot right behind the unit. Easy walking to restaurants, hot springs, and San Juan river walk. Quick easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Perfect Stay!

We enjoyed our short trip to Pagosa for my daughters Spring Break. Location can’t be beat! Close to coffee shop, restaurants, tube/ski rental place, not to forget the hot springs! Thank you!

Everything was expected and lively. Only issue was a smoking neighbor whose smoke invaded condo one night. We covered door and slept with window cracked to help air it out.

Walls were pretty beat up and bed pillows were old and flat. Would be helpful if host would have said bring your own coffee and soap for shower. (shampoo and conditioner but no soap). There was only 1 bath towel on bar....we ended up finally finding the other towels that were left in the dryer.

The property met all our expectations. The bed was like a cloud, we have never slept better! Yummy breakfast just 2 doors away. It was surprisingly quite for being on a major road. Just a short walk to the springs and best of all: right next to our fav craft brewery! We will definitely stay there again.
