Bella condominio di lusso nel privato gated community Harbor Oaks situato nel cuore dell'Isola di San Simone. Pier Village, accesso alla spiaggia, più parchi e ogni tipo di attività sono a pochi passi di distanza. Godetevi il vostro soggiorno, senza preoccuparsi di parcheggio o di traffico.
La comunità Porto Oaks si dispone del mattino all'aperto, piscina per bambini, laguna scenico, lago, palestra, campi da tennis e parcheggio privato coperto. Il condominio ha una posizione ideale con una vista sulla laguna e la piscina dal balcone. Accesso alla piscina è vicino, ma abbastanza lontano che rumore della piscina non sarà un problema.
Il condominio è stato nominato con molti pezzi d'arte originali provenienti dalla collezione del proprietario. L'unità è stata appena aggiornata con nuovi televisori, nuova gamma di acciaio e di lavastoviglie e molti altri aggiornamenti nuove modifiche. Il nostro personale di pulizia è secondo a nessuno e la certificazione per pulire strutture mediche e di fatto fa cliniche pulite e gli uffici del dottor nella zona.
Il soggiorno è dotato di 51 pollici con lettore DVD La camera matrimoniale e la camera doppia entrambe dotate di così nuovo TV LCD. La camera doppia dispone anche di un lettore DVD per intrattenere i bambini.
Resta con noi e sperimentare ciò che ci distingue da altre case!

Not even a Tropical Storm could put a damper on our Island getaway! This is a beautifully updated condo with a large tabke and pleny of comfortable seating to play cards on the rainy days and just steps from the pool or short drive to the beach for the hot sunny days. Our communications with the host were prompt and courteous, and we would have no problem returning to this location. Thank you for the wonderful memories- until next time!

This second-floor condo is beautiful and spacious. The pictures and description are accurate. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main Pier Village and a short drive to the beach.
The only negative I would say is that the check-out asked you to wash towels if you can, but laundry detergent was not provided. There was also only one kitchen trash bag, so we had to purchase these two items in order to comply with check-out requests. Most VRBO owners have extras of such things if they wish renters to deal with them before they leave.

My family and I had the best trip. The condo was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space. Pool was in a great location and the kids loved watching the turtles. Will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Loved having the pool so close to the condo. And my granddaughter loved turtle pond. Within walking distance to town and the peir.

We were immensely impressed with the condo and the ease of communicating with the owner. The condo was VERY clean, neat, organized, and decorated beautifully. This is the perfect place to stay-it was so close to the pier and village that we walked most of the time we were there. The neighbors were very friendly too! We will return!!

Me and the hubby along with our favorite couple from Michigan stayed at this rental for our dear friends wedding on the island. The condo was perfect for us 4. location to the pier and shops could not be beat. We're looking at renting it again for Spring break. It was absolutely wonderful. THANK YOU

We loved the condo we stayed in at St. Simon's Island. It was a perfect location. It was very clean and neat and had all we needed to make us very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island.

My family and I LOVE this condo! We book it at least once each year. Location is perfect for walking to the pier, Brogan’s, Half Shell, and Mullett Bay … to name a few.

Five ladies stayed in this lovely condo. We loved the design and comfort! The beds were comfy! The views overlooking the pond and pool were spectacular. The goose laying on her eggs was delightful to watch. I highly recommend this condo. ❤️

We stayed at this property with 4 women and two babies and were very comfortable. The covered parking and extra spots near is very convenient. The hostess was very responsive and truly went the extra mile in every area. I would highly recommend this property!

This truly is a beautiful and stylish condo, up to date and fully equipped. The owner was responsive and helpful. We look forward to our return

They should highlight the fact that the unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Secondly, someone needs to take some brass and clean the door numbers and the key pad buttons. Lastly, we loved the unit and the agent was fast to reply and worked hard to accommodate our request(s). See you next year!

This place was awesome, and it was just like most of the reviews said very, very clean! My hats off to whom ever does the cleaning!! Close to everything. We walked several times a day to the little town to eat and shop and to the pier. Went there to rest & relax and that was just what we did! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Was well supplied with all that you needed. Beautifully decorated. Probably one of the Best places we have ever stayed!

My family stayed at this property for a wedding weekend. It was just my parents, and my husband and I. Biggest intrigue for us was the two king size beds! Unfortunately that’s not common in this size vrbo.. We absolutely loved it! Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in the apartment to spread out! The apartment itself was better than the pictures! The weather was perfect so we left the doors open (there are screen doors too). That way we could hear both fountains. Such a peaceful aspect of this property! Would 100% stay here again!

The condo was comfortable and cozy. We were only there for a few nights but packed in a lot. Location is great, close to shops, beach and wonderful restaurants. The condo was well appointed and had everything to make our stay memorable. Definitely would recommend!!!

We really liked this condo in SSI. The pool is right across from the property and it doesn’t get loud. The beach is a 7 minutes drive (East Beach)
You are walking distance from the Pier Village, restaurants and shops.
This condo is equipped with everything you need to cook. Bring your own beach towels, chairs and umbrella, and toiletries.
I would suggest to the owner leaving more trash bags. As a family that does cook, 2 we’re not enough for a week.
Overall, I do recommend this condo, and it’s owner.

This was the perfect townhouse/condo for a week’s vacation in St. Simon Island. It’s walking distance to the main strip and in a quiet community. The listing is as listed, the master bed was very comfortable, the place is very clean and the renovations look great. Feels like home.
