Spazioso condominio ben tenuto con vista sull'oceano! Questo affascinante condominio ha pavimenti in legno in tutto, tranne il bagno che ha aggiornato il pavimento in piastrelle di ceramica da 12 ". La camera familiare dispone di una TV al plasma da 42 "con DVD / videoregistratore e porte-finestre in vetro che conducono ad un grande ponte coperto, con vista sull'oceano! La camera da letto dispone di cabina armadio e un'altra TV (schermo piatto). Anche se potresti voler camminare e goderti i numerosi ristoranti nel centro di Folly, se decidi di cucinare, il condominio è dotato di una cucina completa e una griglia elettrica esterna.

This is really a great property. Love the front covered porch and location. Pam answered my questions quickly and was so easy to work with. Everything you need is available. My only suggestion might be for a queen/king instead of a full size.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and in Folly Beach. The property was perfect for two of us. We spent most of our time on the balcony. Great spot for people watching plus you can see and hear the ocean. Our favorite restaurant was steps away as was the best convenience store. We look forward to coming back.

The condo is situated just across the street from the beach which gives you the perfect view of the ocean from the porch - this was our favorite spot and we spent many hours in the afternoons just taking it all in. It’s one block from Center St. where everything happens in Folly Beach - extremely walkable and love that there’s a private parking space allowing you to avoid spotty parking. A stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a meal! We will be back!

Celebrated our daughters graduation with a quick trip to Charleston. This was in a great location, across the street from the beach, and within walking distance to anything you needed. Loved the vibe the area has.

This was our first stay on Folly Beach. We loved the location of the condo. It’s within walking distance to town and many of the shops and restaurants. The beach is literally across the street and you have great views from the back porch. The condo had everything we needed and was just perfect for my husband and I. We can not wait to go back!

Condo was very nice. Clean. Great balcony with beach views. Convenient to many bars and restaurants. Great little store right behind the condo for anything you may need. Not for your main shop though! Pam was easy to reach if needed. Had everyone we needed!

It was amazing and wonderful memorable birthday weekend. Relaxed and so close to the beach where we found sharks teeth and shells. Very clean and comfortable.

The perfect place to enjoy all that both Folly Beach and Charleston have to offer. (Easy drive into Charleston.) Loved sitting on the porch watching and listening to the ocean. Pam was a wonderful hostess and her place has everything you need for a “great escape”. Would definitely love to return one day.

We had a great time staying at this property. We have made numerous visits to Folly and always have a fine time, but prices are really going up and it's getting harder to find a place we can afford. This condo was just the right size for my husband and I, plus a very short walk to the beach and a very short walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Pam’s condo. We love how close it is to the restaurants and the ocean view from the porch. The condo is very clean and has new appliances. Hope to visit again.

We’ve stayed at various places all over the island, and this location has always been our favorite. First time in this particular condo, it was wonderful! Just as described, and the owner was great, and easy to work with.
Convenient to everything we need on Folly, and it’s wonderful to be able to walk to dinner, the beach, and Bert’s. Condo itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay and more. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend! It was very clean, bed was comfortable, and a great view of the ocean! The location couldn’t be better. We appreciated having use of the beach chairs and having beach towels included. We will definitely rent this condo again!

This was a wonderful VRBO in all ways. Our host had everything we needed. The location was a perfect spot for walking to town, to restaurants and with the beach right across the street it couldn't be better. We stayed only two days as we were there to attend a party at The Tides and wish we had a few days more. Thank you Pam for sharing your wonderful slice of paradise with us. Hope to be back some day.
