The unit is in a great location for Winter Park and is well appointed, clean and in very good condition. The additional condiments, snacks, etc. left by the owners or previous renters was very helpful and useful. Pantry unit next to Fridge is great. However, there were a few things that led us to downrate the review some. The Rain head shower in the tub is not our kind of shower head and the tub was not easy for my 82yr old wife or handicapped son to get in or out of..

The condo is more spacious than we expected. What a pleasant surprise that the "large living space" and bedrooms were actually as described. Everything was nice, right down to a few beers they left for us in the fridge.
As a mom with small kids would definitely mention that the bathroom setup is conducive to a pack n play fitting for a baby to have a dark place to themselves, while leaving the shower and second toilet free for the rest of the guests. Now that we've seen it we'd definitely bring our kids back. Only draw back for families would be lack of a kitchen table.
Location was better than expected also. Walkable to grocery, liquor store, several restaurants, brewery next door, and coffee shop. Across the street from the Lift shuttle to ski. So convenient and really the perfect weekend.

Really enjoyed the condo. Real convenient location for all the town amenities. Nice to have the brewery connected next door. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a table of some sort as we like to play games sometimes. Even a folding table and chairs that can be stored out of the way would be helpful since there really isn’t really a spot for a permanent table .

We had a great time. My only minor complaint was that the fridge wasn't clean and there is what looks like mold in some spots.

I did not like the fact that there was not an established kitchen table with chairs there was some sort of fold out plastic table... The worst thing of all was the master bedroom bed I slept on concrete that was more comfortable than that I would definitely change that bed if I were you... We ended up taking off the bunk beds and putting them on the master bed and sleeping that way

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was located across the street from The Olympia lodge (this it's Trailhead now?) where I used to stay years ago and is close to local food and shops with the bus stop is right across the street. The unit was well cleaned and maintained with plenty of room for us. Even a fold out table with chairs to setup a little dining area. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Winter Park Property
Stayed at this beautiful property for a long summer weekend. Within walking distance to everything in town. There was no residual noise from brewery/restaurant next door. This will now be our go-to place to stay in Winter park.

Beautiful renovated space
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was much nicer inside than the pictures showed. The location was very good. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Everything was there to allow us to cook/unwind and relax. Grocery store next door. They have designed spaces that allowed us to charge everything very easily overnight. The shuttle picks up right out front as well.

Winter Park Summer Stay
This is a great condo in the town of Winter Park. Centrally located and very walkable to many things in Winter Park. This is probably a better place to stay in the winter or spring and not in the middle of July. There is no AC in the unit and we could never get the temp in the place below 80 degrees. Overall though, it was a great condo, just not for summer.

The property was beautiful yet cozy like you were home! The location to the brewery, restaurants, grocery was by far the best! Lynn was super and quick to respond with any questions. Although our stay was when everything started shutting down due to coronavirus, we still enjoyed our self's! Highly recommend. We will be back!
