I loved everything about this house, it’s beautiful inside and out and my family loved the house as well. We needed something large for our big family. Beautiful and large kitchen to cook in! The host was great and easy to reach if needed. If I need another large house to stay in at the beach I will be coming again!

We have stayed at this house in 2021. When i found it again, i booked it, and then told my family about it! We absolutely love this house and St Augustin! Hopefully we will get the chance again! Great house for families with kids, Pool has fences for safety!

Had a great stay house was perfect for our family of 14. Easy walk to beach. Pool was awesome!!!! Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was here. Great communication with host.

We had a little different finding the location at first. We did not realize the house was on such a busy road. Once we were in we had a fabulous time. The pool was a big hit!! Clean open rooms. The house was absolutely beautiful!! The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad, I think we should have rented a golf cart. Garbage day was stressful because we were not sure where to put the cans. The neighbor shared the drive where we put the trash cans , otherwise all was wonderful

Wonderful week spent at a beautiful property. Loved the house and pool! The only drawback was it was a little longer walk to the beach than we thought. But all was good!

Great house with lots of space. Two full bathrooms down with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom and three bedrooms up. Pool area was perfect with nice clean pool and loads of deck space. Kitchen was very large. Lots of cabinets and an entire pull out pantry to store items we brought along. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad although seemed longer in the 100 degree heat. We would definitely rent again.

Thank you so much, the house was amazing and fit our needs for our daughters Wedding. We did have issues with the TV in the main room the remote was not working even after purchasing new batteries. Was not a big deal but could be for your next guest.
The location was awesome, everything was within walking distance which made our stay that much nicer!
We did have some cleaning to do in the pool and bar area so thankful you had supplies on hand.
Again we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our family and friends.

This house is perfect for a large family with swimming kids. Plenty of space for all, even naps for the littles. Very clean and comfortable. Close walk to the beach, 68 to 3 in ages, 10-12 minutes. The outdoor area far exceeds expectations in space and functionality. We had a ball.
Couldn't find a broom and dustpan, would have used.

We were there for a wedding with 5 couples and the house was very nice. Clean, roomy, plenty of towels (bath and beach). Very nice, heated pool and a short walk to the beach (~.2 miles). 3 bedrooms upstairs share a full bath while the 2 downstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath outside. owner is very quick to respond to email request or question. Overall nice stay.

This house was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. It was big enough to accommodate our group comfortably but still warm and cozy for our family. Everything was PERFECT…the amenities, location and especially the private pool and courtyard where we spent the majority of our time making precious family vacation memories.

I chose this house because the number of bedrooms and their layout was perfect for our family with 7 adults and 4 children between the ages of 3 and 7. We wanted a home with a pool that was close to the beach. The house is very well stocked - including the kitchen, bathroom & beach towels and some pool/beach items.

The house was perfect for us; pool, close to the beach, and close to town with restaurants for every budget. St. Augustine is historic and beautiful and I enjoyed driving there to watch the sun rise over the bay.

Our group consisted of 10 Ladies and we wanted to be within walking distance to the beach. This home and its hostess was 5 Star. Tiffany was so wonderful to work with and accommodated our group. The home is as described and was perfect for us.

Tiffany's place was a great home base for my group to get to spend some quality time together after not seeing each other for years (Flagler alumni). Tiffany was very prompt with communication before and during our stay. We had a large group and Tiffany's place fit everyone comfortably. This house is a great find if you're looking for a spacious property that is convenient to the beach and historic downtown area.

We stayed here during our wedding weekend with all of our family. There was so much space so plenty of privacy when needed. Pool and beach toys were provided which added even more fun. There’s even a second driveway which was perfect for additional parking! I highly recommend staying here

Perfect accommodations for a dozen friends enjoying a togetherness adventure. The home is spotless, roomy and fully equipped with very thoughtful amenities, completely surpassing description. Wonderful pool and ocean experiences all day long. The kitchen and service areas are excellent, even with three cooks making meals for a dozen at a time. Super responsive host! Without doubt, you will be so happy you booked this property, as we were.

This was the second summer we’ve stayed in this house for our family beach week. Things I love: lots of space, big kitchen, pool right off the back door, short walk to a great beach, close to grocery stores.
We had a few minor issues during our stay and Tiffany was super fast in taking care of them.
We’ve already booked for next summer!

The title says it all! The house is beautiful and very clean. All beds are very comfortable. Bedrooms were beautiful with vaulted shiplap ceilings. The bedroom above the garage is the size of a double car garage! The kids had a blast! 2 washers and 2 dryers. Very large kitchen and dining. Large comfortable living room. The pool and area was great! We’ve been vacationing in St A for years and it’s the First garage we’ve been able to park in! That kitchen!!! Huge! Loved it! Honestly, the best house ever!

This is a beautiful home with room for everyone to have their own personal space. The pool and outside are were a BIG hit and the ability to walk to the beach topped it off. Very well furnished but inside and out. There were 9 adults and 2 children in our family vacation and everyone had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing time.This house is just beautiful. Lots of bedrooms, large kitchen for big families. Wonderful outside pool, and outside bar/grill area. Perfect location to all the restaurants and nightlife. Owner was very responsive and took care of any issues. We loved it , highly recommend.

The upstairs bathroom sink drain was very slow

We needed a lot of space for a large family in this property delivered. The house is beautifully built, meticulously taken care of, the owner was always available. We loved it, the location was perfect and the beach was only a couple blocks

The house is beautiful and very spacious! Very well stocked for cooking. The back yard area was amazing, beautiful pool, play house and an expansive area for hanging out. Plenty of space for seating. My family and I loved just being in the pool area and even skipped the beach in favor of the pool. We are already talking about renting this house next year so all of us siblings can be together. Although this house is in the main road, you can’t hear the road noise from inside or in the back!
