Private pool and steps away from quiet beach!
Questo delizioso duplex con tre camere da letto e due bagni è perfetto per quattro adulti e quattro bambini (forse due famiglie!). È situato di fronte a una strada tranquilla dalla spiaggia con accesso alla spiaggia proprio fuori dalla porta di casa, rendendo facile correre a casa dalla spiaggia per ricariche di bevande o un oggetto dimenticato. Oppure resta a casa e goditi la tua piscina privata. Il primo piano ha due camere da letto. La prima camera da letto ha un letto king-size e una cabina armadio, la seconda offre due set di letti a castello. Questo piano ha un bagno completo e una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard per la massima comodità. Salendo una rampa di scale si accede alla zona giorno principale con una grande sala, una cucina completamente attrezzata arredata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e cabina armadio e un bagno completo. Il letto matrimoniale aggiunge un letto aggiuntivo nella grande sala e un pacchetto è disponibile per un bambino. La casa dispone di WIFI gratuito e lettore DVD. Al largo della grande sala c'è un ponte che presenta una griglia a gas, un tavolo e una vista parziale sull'oceano. Siediti, goditi una bibita fresca a guardare l'oceano mentre il pesce fresco cucina!

Nice and comfortable stay

Public beach entrance is right across the street. The house has a wagon and umbrellas along with chairs and toys to take to the beach! You have a partial ocean view from the balcony. Private pool is clean and has an umbrella table and several lounge chairs. There is a deck box with pool floats and noodles. House was clean and had plenty of towels in both bathrooms along with pool towels for your use. Kitchen is well equipped. We did a lot of cooking there, and used the grill on the balcony which was clean and fairly new. we had 2 families, mine with my husband, 2 teens and myself along with another couple and teen and we had plenty of room. We will definitely stay again if we return to PCB! We said next time we could even fly in since the house came with everything we needed!

We have always stayed in a condo with my family of four (two toddlers), my parents and my two teenage siblings. This year we made the plunge to stay in a house and we are beyond happy with the choice of this house! It was literally steps from the water, in the best area, and had everything we needed! Such a perfect location! We have been coming to PCB for 10 years. This home is on the quiet side of PCB but still close to everything you would need and the best part is, it’s only few steps to the beach. It’s hard to find a smaller private home with a beach view and a private pool. This home had everything our family needed. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were available for our use. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, ice cream shops, the county pier and St. Andrew’s State Park are all very close. There is Lots of space for everyone to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with our family, We will be booking this property again.

We had stayed here last September and it was fine this year not so much. A few hours after we arrived I let the property manager know about stains on the master coverlet. He told me no one could come out until Monday to fix. I had to wash the bedding Saturday night and didn’t get to bed until close to midnight. After a full day of driving I was less than pleased. The downstairs sink drain also had a clog in it so it could not be used until they sent a plumber/handyman out to fix (Tuesday or Wednesday). In the upcoming slow season I would recommend a detailed cleaning and some touching up of the property has it has really deteriorated in the past year.

This was our favorite trip we have taken so far! The place was clean, very homey feeling, the pool is private and you are so much closer to the boardwalk to the beach than it seems in the pictures! September was definitely a great time to go as the weather was perfect, the beach was not crowded, and neither were the restaurants! We will definitely be returning to Panama City!

Had a great stay here with my family over the last week. Awesome location away from the resorts so the beach was never crowded and the access is just across the narrow street. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home. Very roomy for 6-8 guests! Everything you need! The air conditioner stopped working the 2nd day so we messaged the owners and they had an AC guy there very quickly! They were very responsive & helpful in anything we needed! Just steps away from the beach! Would highly recommend! We plan on staying there again next year!!

We loved everything about this property, very close to the beach access, great pool and more than enough sleeping space for the 4 of us. Plenty of TV subscription options for the kids on the rainy days. Had everything you could need and more available at this home. Great neighborhood with very welcoming neighbors. We had the best time staying at Sea-u-later this past September. PCB is our home away from home and we just had the best time! This home has everything you need for a great vacation! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and you can even see the ocean from the front porch! The pool in the back is super private and a lot of fun. Best of all I loved being able to walk right across the street to spend time at the ocean and to watch the sunset every evening! You won’t regret a minute that you spend in this home! Thanks for sharing it with my family!

Overall we had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was great; quite road and super close beach access. Having the garage to store beach gear was absolutely perfect! No sand in the house to constantly sweep up. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the pack ‘n play for our baby. The few minor issues that I’m really just being more nit picky on than anything was that the bunk room is no more. It wasn’t a problem for us, but someone who may need the extra beds would be disappointed to find it is now a full bed and trundle. (Maybe just a quick update to the description and pictures). Lastly the A/C unit. Perhaps we weren’t doing something right, but we would set the temperature and within a few hours it would “reset” and go back to 82°. Again, not a big problem for us, we would just adjust it back. Something to note for other guests though. It was one of the best weeks we have spent at the beach! We would stay again in a heart beat, the house and location really was great.

This house is set up perfectly, especially for families with kids. The beach is right out your front door and the private pool made things very enjoyable. You have a pretty decent view of the sunset even though you are sitting a street back from the beach. Just for future renters (this did not affect our stay) the 3rd bedroom no longer had bunk beds like described in the listing. This room had a queen bed. We will definitely look at renting this property again!

We love this beach area it is further down from the busy high rise condos and seems much quieter than staying closer to peir Park. The home was over all good and as described. We all fit well beds were all comfortable. There were alot of things that seemed to be broken when we arrived. That were not told to us before hand. The deck furniture was kind of falling a part and rusting. All in all this is rental property and it was a good stay.

Perfect little hideaway!
A cute little community, mostly vacationing families or groups. Literally a short walk to the beach. We were able to go back and forth multiple times. The pool is great for the evening. We enjoyed going out as well as staying in. Plenty of room. Teenagers loved having the downstairs to themselves. Don’t pass this place by if you’re looking for good spot to stay.

Property as described- close to beach with pool
Property is as close to the beach as you can get without being ON the beach! Beach access #18 is DIRECTLY across a VERY QUIET side road (not a main thoroughfare). Sand is beautiful and beach not crowded - not close to any high-rises. Heated PRIVATE pool in April was awesome. Neighbor - Rick was very nice and gave us 2 amazing suggestions for dinner : Dat Cajun Place & Diageos Barrito Facotry, both were amazing and not costly, we ate at each twice! A couple little issues as expected, owner was quick to respond and accommodating. There is a beach cart and umbrella. Beach chairs and boggieboards need replacement. There were plenty of toys and noodles for pool play. Grill is nice and there is a small view of gulf from deck. LOVED having the garage to drop stuff in. Overall a good property, would stay here again.

Best home in PCB!!
We can’t say enough good things about this home and our stay! First, communication with Robb was excellent! He was available, accommodating and kind. Second, the pictures do not do this place justice! The interior appears to have been updated since the pictures and the location is literal steps away from the beach access. You have a perfect view of the ocean from the patio and you can be on the beach in a matter of minutes. The heated pool was so nice and relaxing as well. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is also walking distance to a couple fun bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful honeymoon at this property and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to PCB!

Best Location in PCB
I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Literally right across a one lane road and you are on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and we all slept good. The pool was a little too warm but it felt really good at night. We had to leave a day early in a rush to get home to our sick cat, but it was the best, most relaxing trip we have had. Much needed after the past year and a half. Great communication with the owners! If you are having any doubts, put them aside and rent this place!

My husband and I came to the beach this year just the two of us. We had a great time staying at your home. We enjoyed the pool and the front deck looking towards the beach. It was really clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again next year.
