The house was beautiful. The neighbors on the left side is rude. We was out in the pool at about noon and the kids was having fun and the neighbor knock on the fence several times telling us to keep it down this happen everytime we was in the pool. Then the second thing was there was no jot water at first i thought it was because a few of us used the shower so i waited for a few hours but it never got warm

House was perfect for our large group of friends for a bachelor party! Ample beds and the game room is set-up perfectly for a larger crew. Daniel was super communicative and helpful with everything, making the whole process seamless. The house is also really close to the airport, which made getting in and out easy (Ubers to downtown were cheap and abundant).

This house was exactly what we wanted and more. It was perfect for a large group of people visiting Austin. Daniel was great at communicating everything and did an awesome job of laying out all the details and expectations of the home. Over one of my best Vrbo experiences and would gladly recommend this home to any other person visiting Austin.

Great stay about 15 mins from downtown Austin pool putting green were great to have on property to hangout at the house. Would stay again. Daniel was a great host alway a viable if needed.

This was the perfect house for my group. 12 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the airport. Daniel was very helpful and responsive, and the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and fit a very large group of us. The property is nicer than the pictures suggest.

Our original property was not finished so Mr. Huckaby upgraded us to another of his properties very near by. Mr. Huckaby was awesome to deal with and the property was great. If we stay in Austin again we will use Mr. Huckaby's properties.

2 Familes/ 1 night/ worked perfect
We were traveling to New Braunsfels for a float trip and only stayed here for 1 night. The two families had plenty of room to hang out and sleep. We were a short car ride to explore downtown Austin. When we arrived one of the fire alarms was chirping and the owner quickly came and replaced the battery. He was great!

Overall good stay with Daniel
I had a ton of issues with VRBO but Daniel worked me to accommodate our family. He is very accessible. Property was great for our family, great location. A little dusty, but generally pretty clean.

Great Place for Large Group in ATX
Visited with a large group (18) and a pup. Location was right by the airport and not too far from DT/6th street. Daniel was super welcoming and helpful - talked on the phone the day before the trip to get all accommodations taken care of. Provided extra blankets and towels for the guests. He stopped by a few times to help us with things we needed in the house. Our group had a GREAT time in austin!! We will be staying again.

Wonderful Stay
Daniel was very accommodating and responsive to communication. The property looked just like the pictures and comfortably slept our bachelor party group of 13. The property was conveniently located right by the airport and 15-20 minutes away from downtown.

Perfect location, amazing for big groups
Daniel’s place was exactly as described in the listing. 15ish minutes from the airport and 15ish minutes from downtown. We were a group of 15-20. Enough beds for everyone and comfortable. Multiple full bathrooms for a big group to get ready in a timely fashion. Amenities galore. Daniel was responsive and assisted with every question I had. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

Great property - perfect for large group
We were in town for the livestock show and this was the perfect home for our stay. The listing was better than described and the property owner was so easy to communicate with. Fast responses to the questions that I asked, and the check in/out process was so easy. The house was great for a large group and in a great easy to access location. We will be trying to stay at this location again next year when we are back in town.

Girl Scout Austin Trip
Our troop visited Austin for a long weekend and wanted to all stay under one roof. This house was very nice, clean, and Daniel was very responsive. We comfortably slept 19 people with four on air mattresses. We were never more than about 20 minutes from our destinations. The neighborhood is ok. It’s a true neighborhood by the airport- not fancy, but we felt safe enough and it was fine for us not really being at home- we were on the go the entire time and needed a nice place to sleep. Daniel’s house was perfect. The girls and adults all loved staying here. Thank you!

Owner came in hot on a misunderstanding instead of communicating like an adult
The house *was* listed as great for a party and listed as sleeping 25. Those have been conveniently removed by the owner. We had setup to have 6 people stay there, I was asked about our group and explained that we were a laid back group of friends that wanted to have a dinner party, and I explained we would be having some friends over. The night of our stay I get a call from Derek yelling at me about lying to him. Apparently he wanted an exact number of people that would be coming over not just staying, but instead of approaching it like an adult, he came in yelling. Really unfortunate.

Awesome Spot, Great Communication
I took my college reunion here with 15 people and it was PERFECT! Daniel was extremely communicative the whole time and reachable at all times, though there were no issues - only questions. Highly recommend. Super close (literally 4 minutes) to the airport too!

This home was perfect for our group! We were in town on business running a local event. With easy access to everything, no hassle checkin, and plenty of room for everyone. Daniel is a great host and answered any questions we had right away. Highly recommend!

Nice big house with plenty of room
I rented this property because I was tired of being cramped up in 1 hotel rooms with my annual spring break travelers. Plus, due to pandemic, did not want to be in a hotel with so many strangers. House was nice and big and clean. Easy to check in and a pretty centralized location but not in all the noise of downtown. I would rent this place again. Just wish I had more time to stay. Cleaning fee is worth it once you see how big this property is/sleeps plenty and lots of room to spread out.

Great Host
The house was spacious and had enough room for all guests. Pretty decent overall and he had mostly everything we needed throughout the home. The only downfall was the washing machine wasn’t up to par and the back yard needed a little landscaping. Water pressure was very low throughout the house. But I’d still give Daniel and his property a 4*. He was very nice and easily accessible. Thanks again!
