The weekend was great except for the initial check-in. I did not receive any information about how to check-in however once I called the number provided, Richard promptly responded. He came to me and rectified the issue. I'd rent this spot again.🤗

The location of the property was so great! Rick, the owner was really nice and attentive when I had a few questions. It was very comfortable but the house cleaner could do a better job. Thank you Rick, for the use of your place.

Overall, we loved our stay at the Sanctuary. It is steps away from a beautiful beach, with big waves to boogie board and play in. The pools are a nice feature for after the beach, complete with swim-up bar. Our washing machine was under repair for the entire stay, but Richard came mid-week and took our laundry to do at his house. Make sure you leave your parking tag displayed! My daughter and her friend were trying to leave at 2am on Saturday, and found their car had been towed. The parking tag was on their center console. They had to take a 40 minute Uber and pay $170 to recover it. The place had all the space and everything the 8 of us needed. The grills are a bit outdated and some need repairs. Decent fitness center. Another inconvenience is the closet drugstore/convenience store is over 15 minutes away. But there are good restaurants around, and Baja right across the street is a great time! We made everlasting memories for sure!

Able to see the beach from the balcony. Bedrooms are big with very comfortable rooms. Condo was clean. Cannot wait to go back ❤️

Richard was super flexible, both while booking our reservation and then during our trip. His condo has a nice view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. Comfortable stay. Will stay here again!

This property was beautiful! The owner Richard was absolutely wonderful! So helpful!!! The kitchen is fully stocked. My husband left his wallet at the property and the cleaning staff turned it in and me mailed it to us!!!!! Top of the line and honesty! Definitely will be staying there again.

Perfect distance from the beach and nice getaway spot after festival activities. Bed is super comfy, kitchen was great, balcony has nice view of the ocean. Definitely plan to stay again in the future.

This is second year we have been here. It was such a treat to know how much we liked this place from the previous year! And for two of the ladies that were new to see and enjoy! They kept saying this is so nice!

Owner, Rick, was fabulous to work with. The condo is beautiful in a great location. Condo was fully stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be renting this again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The condo was more than adequate for my husband, me, daughter, son in law and 2 grands. An awesome view of the beach/ocean was the cherry on top! The owner was very responsive. We hope to visit again.

The property was very nice. The kitchen was fully stock with all the appliances needed for meals. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have one more comfortable chair in the sitting room. A few of the kitchen drawers were loose and fell off but I reported them to Rick whom I think was going to take care of it. He was very helpful with every question I had. We had a great time just relaxing,eating ,listening to the waves and watching the football games. We had a great time and definitely will be back again.

My girlfriends and I rented this condo last year and we loved the location and condo so much, we decided to rent again this year. The host is very responsive and the condo is in a great location.

1. The two small appliances on the kitchen countertop were about 50 years old. Toaster oven was dirty inside with old crumbs and grease. My opinion, it's a fire hazard! Toaster was dirty also. 2. Oven was dirty inside with the same dirty grease and crumbs inside. 3. Oven drawer, dirty and had old food crumbs and potato chips crumbled inside. 4. Trash can in the kitchen was dirty and black at the bottom, no one every cleaned it. Under the sink was in disarray, everything was just thrown inside and dirty. Dish rack was dirty also. 5. Washing machine was dirty, and the dispensers had dried up soap inside them. 6. Dryer lint filter was completely discussing. No one cleaned it and it was so much lint that it was stopping the lint filter from setting in the vent correctly. 7. The loveseat and couch cushions were so old that when you sat in them you sank down and rolled onto the person sitting next to you. Pillows were also dirty and never cleaned. 8. Outside deck cushions were very dirty, never cleaned. I covered them with towels 9. The clothes dryer rack outside was rusted and couldn't hang clothes on it. 10. The house AC/heating filter was dirty. 11. There was only one vent for AC/Heat in the owner's bedroom, none in the bathroom or clothes closets. 12. The artificial plant next to the toilet was never cleaned and had white dust all over it, discussing. 13. Dishwasher bottom rack wheels were broken, so in turn it sat right on top of the spray arm that couldn't rotate the water. The condo is very spacious and laid out nice but needs an owner who takes pride in what they have.

We had several issues during our stay; however Rick was incredibly responsive and addressed our concerns promptly.

Great location, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, easy garage parking, nice master bath and closet space (loved the powerful shower head!), plenty of towels, reliable wifi, big covered balcony, and responsive owner.

We had a great time! The property was so nice! Beach access was perfect, loved the view. The bigger of the pools was closed which was a bummer but overall the 2 open pools were great! The condo itself was cozy, could use a little more seating (maybe a luvsac) in the living area. 8 of us were crammed at night watching tv....but overall great week!

This condo was a great place to stay, clean and convenient. The kitchen was very supplied. It was lovely, and Richard was helpful and friendly. We will definitely consider returning to this condo in the future.

Our group of six enjoyed our stay here. Super comfortable beds. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Everything was in working order and we all had plenty of room. We would stay here again.
