Portare tutta la famiglia e fare ricordi in questa casa moderna di metà del secolo a 5 camere da letto, incastonata su 93 piedi lineari di bellezza di fronte al lago. Ampio prato e patio con molto spazio per giochi in giardino, barbecue e buche per il fuoco. Accesso a un molo privato, ascensore per imbarcazioni e ascensore per moto d'acqua. Divertiti a pescare, andare in barca e nuotare nel tuo giardino. Blue Heron Cove è una strada tranquilla con proprietà fronte lago di fronte a una riserva naturale boscosa. Lago che vive e natura al suo meglio! Ottima posizione a Lake Ridge Island, è facile raggiungere tutte le comodità. Cranberry Resort è a poche miglia lungo la strada. La casa comprende cucina attrezzata, ampia zona pranzo e 2 ampie zone soggiorno con angolo bar per intrattenere. Ci sono 2 TV, ma purtroppo nessun cavo.

We enjoyed staying at this house. We had 3 generations. 3 queen beds and bunks upstairs worked perfect. Grandparents staying in basement. I think the only negative is there is no bathroom on the lower level. Tons of space for everyone. We would rent this house again.

Just finished a wonderful weekend with family. Perfect location, amazing sunset views! House had plenty of room for everyone, there were 15 in our group! We cooked most nights and as others have said, the oven is a bit slow but other than that, everything was wonderful. Large backyard and deck. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Overall place was great. Amazing views during day, spectacular sunsets at night, and some amazing star gazing at night. couple of the main beds were very very comfy. Some advice - If you want to rent a pontoon boat definitely try to reserve one ahead of time locally. we lucked out and a last minute cancellation got us a boat and amazing day. Lots of seating on back deck , definitely lots of spiders and spiderwebs around (but it is a lake house), and fire pit worked out great (just make sure you bring you own firewood.) Thanks again.

Overall great experience. Enough room for everyone and a great view of the lake. There is a tricky step right as you walk out to the back patio that many tripped on, but you just need to be careful and aware. House was clean and had plenty of towels, linens and kitchen items. Great charm and feel and back area very large for families.

Property needs updating and a few minor repairs. Needed to repair bathroom's wallpaper so it wouldn't rip off . KIitchen oven may be 50 degrees off. Child's upper bunk bed has bottom cover ripped and torn. Nice location eventhough much seaweed. Go to beach to swim.

Awesome home to stay at. Location is great. Boat and jet ski dock available. Plenty of room for family and guests. Gas grill available. Would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were really great. Checkin was smooth and accommodating. We made use of the fire pit, grill, and boat dock. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Some man randomly showed up at one point by walking to the back of the house where we were all sitting. He said he was ‘part owner’ and an ‘investor’ on the lake. He asked if we needed anything, but his appearance was unannounced and everyone (all women) felt uncomfortable with the invasion. Other than that our stay was impeccable and I would book again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Location was beautiful! The door on the bathroom off the kitchen would not close all the way, and there were so many dead gnats in the widow sills. I guess that’s just part of lake life. Really a great place to stay overall!

Great size and location. Plenty of bedrooms and living space. Right on the water and beautiful view of the lake. The house is starting to show its age and could use some upgrades but was clean and satisfied all of our needs.

The house was as listed. We enjoyed a week enjoying the lake the beautiful sunsets and the quiet neighborhood We enjoyed evenings around the fire out back.
The oven is a bit slow. But the grill was wonderful. We had plenty of room for all 15 of us. We would love to stay again.

Great place for basic accommodations with a view
This place was perfect for our guys trip. We enjoyed playing yard games with a view of the lake. We took advantage of the dock for both fishing and renting a pontoon boat. Beds were great. It did get a little warm at night but not unbearable. The place is a little dated but that didn't bother us!

We had a very nice stay with three other couples celebrating our anniversaries. The problem was is the owners were selling their jet skis while we were at the property. as we were out having dinner the housekeeper comes in the house while all of our personal property was in there and opens the garage door and stays there the majority of the day cleaning the jet skis up and wandering around the outside very unacceptable And unprofessional. Then had the buyers of the jet skis with multiple cars outside of the house for a few hours which made our stay not as we planned

Due to the weather we had to spend more time indoors than we normally would. Plenty of room for the six of us. Location is great, you are within 3-10 minutes of anything you might have forgotten to bring.

Great Retreat Location
Thank you so much for being a great host. The property was clean and spacious. The 5 bedrooms were great to provide some personal space. Recreation room with wet bar and fridge and the back patio with firepit gave us great options. Kitchen was well provisioned. Lakeside location is very nice. I hope we can rent again in the future.

This is an awesome place. Quiet street that's a dead.end. plenty of yard to play in and plenty of parking down at the state boat docks. Clean place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place
The house is great. The appliances need updated. The refrigerators especially. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom with the most beds so if you have little ones and they stay in that room makes it difficult to do laundry. We had complaints from the neigbors about noise and parking that we felt were unjutified. We tried very hard to be respectful of the neighborhood that is all privately owned homes - not convinced all the noises they complained about came from us! Owners were responsive and helpful . Construction next door was noisy. We had a wonderful week inspite of the issues.
