Irie Casa (Irie significa 'lo stato di benessere' in giamaicano) è idealmente situato in alto a 04:00 strada proprio di fronte 04:00 Run (4:00 significa che il tempo gli risalita vicino ... meglio iniziare lo sci giù!). We had a wonderful trip to Breckenridge! The house was clean and fit six adults very comfortably. Great views of the mountains, and an easy walk (about ten minutes) into downtown. Our host was easy to connect with and available when we had questions. Thanks!

We thought the location was excellent and communication with property manager was very responsive. Property could use some updates and repairs. Overall is was great to have enough space for the 10 of us and walking distance to town.

Great house with plenty of room to spread out. The front porch/view is amazing and hot tub is nice to have! Large garage to store skis and just cross the street to ski down to lift. Communication with owner was wonderful. Easy process and great stay!

Location was incredible! Literally walked up the driveway and across the street to hop on the 4 o clock run. With fresh snow, we were able to ski right into the driveway at the end of the day:) The home was fantastic and easily fit our group of 10 adults. Beautiful views from the back deck and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robert’s getaway. House is perfectly located. Walked across the street to the slopes. We’re able to ski all morning, quickly stop by for lunch then ski all afternoon (even with little new skiers in tow). House is clean and plenty to do on the inside. If we visit Breck again, will definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely house. Lots of room! Wonderful view of Breckinridge from the deck! Close to everything! We all loved it. Ages 7-70.

There were 9 of us, two families with adult children. This house is truly ski-in ski-out; we just walked across the street to the slopes. The house had two nice living spaces, both with big sectionals for family gatherings. There were plenty of games, a pool table, an outdoor hot tub with a beautiful mountain view, a heated garage for your ski gear, and a fully stocked kitchen. The house is also a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. Some of the adults found the twin beds a bit uncomfortable, full-size beds were comfortable. We'd go back to this place!

This house is perfectly located across the street from 4 O’clock run, an easy run to teach littles on. This run also has access to the gondola, a chair lift, and downtown. The garage was a great place to store all ski gear after coming off the mountain. We had plenty of room for our extended family of seven adults and two littles. Both living spaces were big with large sofas that could accommodate our entire family. The two kitchens were nice as well to store and prepare food. They also provided plenty of kitchen/laundry supplies (trash bags, towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap). They have a good amount of kid friendly supplies as well (portable crib, high chairs). We had a few hiccups with our check-in and maintenance issues but overall this was a great place for our family to stay on our visit to Breckinridge.

We loved the property. The location was great. The ski in/ski out was wonderful. The view from back deck was gorgeous. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Enjoyed our stay so much we are looking forward to February 2024 trip!

This house had a gorgeous view. It was so well stocked with the necessities; toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc!
The kitchen, as well, contained everything necessary for cooking.
The grandkids loved the hot tub and could go to the lower level for their fun!
We loved Breckinridge and this home was the perfect location!

Lot's of room, great view and great location. The hot tub was well used by the grandkids. The decor is a little dated and worn around the edges, but I felt like it was a very good value and gave us many things to do within easy walking distance.

Great property a short walk from Main St - book it!!
We had a great stay at this property, tons of space, great amenities, stop looking and book this place! Probably an 8 minute walk to downtown. Perfect location!

Ski in/out and location were perfect for 6 great days of skiing
- 5 stars on location - so awesome to hop on 4o’clock then snowflake lift, never a line at the lift and we rented skis right from Charter Sports Blue Sky at the lift. Easy stop for lunch.
- 5 starts on functionality of the house with several zones to give the ability for kids to play and adults relax.
- 5 stars on responsiveness for handyman
-5 stars on the laundry set up, especially 2 dryers
- 3 stars on hot tub, perfect view but you could tell it needed a good cleaning
- 3 stars on the master room driven by the bathtub shower set up, for anyone older, that’s a precarious setup
- 2/3 stars on cleanliness, food under furniture, not vacuumed well, rugs getting old, silverware not clean, crumbs on shelves. We just kept cleaning as we went through the week but it was noticeable.

Ski trip 2022
This property was wonderful! It had the perfect amount of beds/ space for our group. We had 4 people learning how to ski/snowboard so the run right across from the house was an easy run to learn on. Robert got back to me very quickly and was wonderful to work with. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone wanting a great ski in/ski out.

Wonderful Cabin in an Excellent Location
We stayed here for a long weekend with 5 couples and our 7 month old son. They have a pack and play so it was easy to bring him. Everyone had plenty of space. Even the hot tub was a good size to fit a lot of us in it at once! The owner is very responsive and pleasure to work with. Also, the location on 4 O'Clock Run made it easy to get to the slopes. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable Location, Ample Space!
We had a group of 10 adult men on this ski trip and really enjoyed this home! It had plenty of space for everyone, and we got the most out of the location close to the Snowflake lift and Lower Four O'Clock runs to end the day! The hot tub was perfect, and was accompanied by a fantastic view. We enjoyed playing pool and cards in the basement area, which had (3) beds for additional guests. The garage area was a perfect staging area for all of the ski gear, and the parking out front was ideal for the 15 passenger van that we rented from Denver. Would absolutely rent again and hope to come back next year!!

This house is amazing!
This wonderful property is in the most wonderful location. My husband and I brought our four grown children and their spouses and our sweet 10 month old grand baby. We had 9 adults and one baby. The house was spacious enough for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The grand baby had plenty of play space. We loved eating breakfast each morning watching the sun rise. The views are amazing! The hot tub was great! Four o’clock run is right across the street for easy ski out to the Snowflake lift and ski in at the end of the day. Mr Merrill was so nice to work with and communicated quickly and thoroughly. The kitchen is well stocked also. Just FYI. There is a high chair and a pack and play in the house. You cannot go wrong with this property!

Great size for group or family
We had a group of about 8 people for the extended weekend. The place is great for our needs. Location prefect for getting into town day and night. We slept comfortably in the accommodations and was great for the entire group to eat and play pool/cards

Great home base for adventures
We had a fabulous stay at this property. Fabulous, quiet, private location, very close to town and a short drive to unlimited hiking and biking options. The home is FULLY supplied, from dish detergent, to cheese graters, there was never anything we needed that we didn't have. The view is amazing and the beds super comfortable. Summer Break
Very nice location. We walked to downtown several times - be aware that there is a pretty good elevation change coming back so not for everyone. Plenty of room in the house for 8 and everyone had a great time. View your as great for morning sunrise and sitting in the afternoon. Only minor downside is there were a few minor maintenance issues that needed taking care off (front closet door off the track, downstairs double bed frame sagged, rails on deck appeared weak) - all minor and didn’t impact the stay at all.

Gorgeous location
We walked to Main Street multiple times a day and enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. Gorgeous house. Despite my best effort I couldn’t figure out the gas fireplace in the living room. Even w instructions from the manager and you tube. But it’s a tiny thing. We also took blankets from the beds for the couches bc there were t any throw blankets. Again, a tiny thing. It would not stop us from renting here again.

Very spacious, well-located house
The house is exactly as listed and reviewed. It is very large and comfortable. It is a short (~1/2 mile) walk into town and directly across the street from a ski run. The owners are very responsive to questions. We definitely recommend staying here.

Great house to hang out with friends and family. We spent 5 nights in the house. Great location! Walk across the street and ski 2 minutes to the snowflake lift. Ski in is super easy down 4 o'clock run. House is large! 10 of us stayed there and there was room for a few more for sure.

Great Ski-In/Ski-Out
Great location for skiing. Lots of room for our group of 9 (2 families). Kitchen well stocked. Great hot tub and view from back deck. Basement is cold and the electrical set up is odd but not a significant issue. We would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the pool table and extra living space in the basement.
We had a problem with other cars parked in our spots (driveway is too steep to park/drive on if there is any snow or ice, so there are 2-3 spots up by the road for the property. We had 15 inches of snow in the first 2 days) Communication with owner was great about the parking issue, but he couldn’t resolve the problem for 2 days due to towing rules. Proper signage is now displayed so future renters shouldn’t have any parking problems.

Clean, comfortable home in a perfect location with a beautiful view.
Everything was perfect. The home was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. Everything we needed was readily available, easy to locate, and of great quality. They thought of everything.
We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after each day’s activities, and taking in the beautiful view from the huge deck. The location is within walking distance of Breckenridge’s adorable Main Street. (Although the walk back is uphill and a bit too strenuous for our group.)
The house is bigger than we expected, with plenty of room for a large group. The rooms are all large and comfortable. The bottom floor has a huge game room with plenty of seating, television, game table, and pool table. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic house in an unbeatable location
I had the pleasure of staying here with several friends during August 2020, and we loved this location. The house is very spacious and had plenty of seating and beds to comfortably accommodate our group of 9--with room to spare! However, the house never felt empty due to the impressive collection of artwork adorning the walls. The house is also just a short walk (unbelievably short drive) away from the heart of Breckenridge with views that overlook the surrounding mountains. Robert did a great job ensuring that everything in the house was taken care of, and he was very accessible throughout our stay. Highly recommend, 10/10.
