This is a nice older home in neighborhood that was easy to get to yet felt safe. Home is very private, with beautiful outdoor space perfect for family and pets. We stayed here for 2 weeks with our dogs while visiting family and we were very comfortable, felt right at home. Note if you have pets, part of the fencing is chain link, but yard is fully fenced. My only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are the lack of AC in main living area (works great in bedrooms), minor maintenance needs, and delays in communication pre-arrival. During our stay the host was very responsive when called. We would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I am giving a 5 starts on this property. My husband loves it has a washing machine and dryer. I love the ample space. The window unit air condition is a bit loud but we sleep through the night without issues. Great communication with the property owner.

The perfect house. Great space for kids indoor and outdoors. Comfortable beds. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, easy access to multiple grocery stores and amenities. Gloria’s beaches only 20 minutes and the highways are so easy to navigate. This is the best rental property we have stayed at and we have stayed at LOTS. Would love to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed or stay in San Diego! The property was exactly what we needed for our family of four. The location is fantastic. It's within about 15 or 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do including downtown and beaches. Our host was quick to get back to us every time we had a question. It was fantastic to be able to take our fur baby on vacation with us. The backyard was wonderful, the pantry was nicely stocked with spices, and the space was very comfortable for us. I would stay here again, no questions asked. Thanks so very much!

We enjoyed our time here. Lovely back yard with some bird watching. Couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was. Definitely would recommend this location to family and friends.

It was a very comfortable place for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 young kids. Location is excellent, close to the shopping center and all the attractions. Back yard is completely fenced and very nice. The neighborhood is quiet as it's not on a busy street. Overall our experience was very pleasant.

We had a very nice stay at this property! It was very clean and updated. The location was great while visiting our son at San Diego State University, hitting the beach, and to great neighborhood restaurants. Communication with the host was very prompt. Very easy check-in.

This property is in a residential community and close to many San Diego activities, beaches, dog beach. Sea World. A short drive on local freeways will get you to Old Town and Sea Port. The home is warm, cozy, with a great spacious back yard, nice community. This home felt so warm and comfortable, home away from home.

This was the second time staying there. Just like the first time, everything was outstanding. I highly recommend you look closely at this property if you are planning a trip to San Diego. The property was just as described. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing, the host was very responsive and came and fixed it within an hour. The home was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Laundry, backyard and having your own parking space were very convenient! There is stuff nearby and it wasn’t a bad drive to most of the stuff we wanted to do! Would highly recommend! Also super pet friendly and our fur babies loved the yard and all of the windows to look out of :-)

We enjoyed our visit very much. The house was clean and nicely furnished. They provided so much in the kitchen. The backyard was very nice and our little dog enjoyed it a lot. The bed was very comfortable, would stay there again.

We stayed during the heat wave...upon our arrival we were so pleased that the house was cooled for us! Heavenly! Thank you! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Cozy and adorable. Grocery store was close by. Everywhere we traveled was approximately 15 mins away. Gaslamp, Little Italy, Pacific Beach, and family. We'll consider staying again.

Really good stay for a a family of 4 with 2 younger kids. Property manager was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend.

My two pups and I enjoyed our visit. Dogs loved having that big yard to play in… I enjoyed watching them from the comfy patio chairs as I sipped wine 😊 The house is nicely located near various shops and has easy freeway access as well.

We had a great time this place is perfect Adahber the host is wonderful all the neighbors are very friendly and sociable everything to do while staying is 3 to 20 minutes away at the most all the beaches and everything in San Diego the house is very clean and secure with all the amenities and appliances you need for your stay you won't be disappointed I promise you enjoy we are trying to book already for next year or sooner if possible Thank You again Adahber you are the best!

I am so glad I didn’t pay for a resort or hotel because with the two kids and my dog it would’ve been impossible up all those stairs or elevator get to the room, taking the dog out for a walk or going to the bathroom would not have been easy. The location of the house was fairly good it was within 20 minutes drive time to just about everything you want to see in San Diego area. The back yard was nice with fruit trees and grass. There was an impressive amount of outdoor furniture and even though it was hot the swamp coolers kept the house pretty cool at least in the bedrooms it was most important when we got back from all our adventures every night.
