There was so much space for all of us (7 adults and 4 kids). the spacious front porch was amazing for night time relaxing after the kids went to bed. Easy walk to shops and the boardwalk.

Our extended family of 12 had a great week at this beautiful home in Ocean City. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space before gathering together again in the dining/living area and on the amazing porch. Super close to shopping/restaurants/boardwalk. The farmers’ market was a family favorite.

The house had everything my extended family of 17 needed and more! Plenty of space for everyone. Nice big dining table! We loved hanging out on the beautiful porch. The kids enjoyed the added bonus of toys and board games stocked in the family room. Monique was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!!

Monique‘s home was beautiful. Spacious updated but still had some charming original features including railings and hardwood floors. A typical Ocean City home that was able to accommodate our family! We enjoyed going to the farmers market that was very close by. Great for families and young children lots of activities to do in Ocean City!

This home was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need for preparing meals. The only quirk was the freezer space was a little small. The bedrooms were the largest we've ever stayed in in Ocean City and having the linens provided was a nice bonus. The home was close to the boards, downtown, the farmer's market and Ocean City Tabernacle. I was a little worried it was going to be in a busy area, but the street was remarkably peaceful. By far the best space was sitting on the front porch, where we enjoyed the ocean breezes and spending time with family and friends every day. I would highly recommend this home!

Family Vacation
This beautiful house has all we needed for a lovely vacation with all our kids and grandchildren. They rode their bikes around town and walked to the boardwalk at night. The kitchen was well stocked. Aldi 's delivered the groceries which we stored in the two refrigerators. The young ones loved the bunk beds room. Nice porch where we could sit in the morning and evening.

Wonderful family place to stay
The rental was super clean and very well equipped with appliances and utensils. Having two full sized refrigerators was wonderful. Only comment is that the 3rd floor shower is within the jacuzzi tub and you have to be very careful getting in and out. But, all in all, a wonderful place to stay.

Just What We Wanted
We’ve stayed before in the 1st floor apartment as a smaller group, but we wanted to get the whole family together for a vacation. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Monique is wonderful to work with and I would stay here again if I can get everyone together. It was a perfect week at the beach.

This renovated Victorian was a big hit with everyone. It is centrally located for the shops on Asbury, the surf beach, and the boardwalk amusements. With the seven bedrooms we could fit my siblings and all our families. We will be coming back again!

Was perfect for our family of 8 adults, 4 small children, 1 infant and 2 labrador retreivers! Large front porch for enjoying the ocean air and the church bells that rang every day! Just 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk - an easy walk. Super close to the grocery store. The church down the street had outdoor events nearly every night - perfomances and music from local talent, and the farmers market, too! Outdoor showers were a big help with the "sandy kids" coming back from the beach. :) The property manager was very responsive to our needs!

The host was perfect and accessing the property was East. Location was great! It was nice to be near farmers market and shopping on Asbury. Off street Parking was great! The house was perfect for 10 people or less. It would be better if there was a bathroom on the main floor and the downstairs doesn’t hold more than 10 comfortably, but overall it was a great house.

Lovely, Spacious Vacation Home
Monique was wonderful to work with - very prompt and truly delightful. The home was beautiful with ample space for our large family. We also rented the 1st floor apartment to accommodate our family of 20 with various additional dinner guests. The kitchens were well equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Roomy, large family room with TV and dining room. Great porch. Half mile walkable walk to Southern end of boardwalk and easy access to beach. Towels and bed sheets supplied for 6 BRs. Convenient 2 car space parking. What else can you ask for? 7 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids had a super time!

Nice stay
The property was overall nice. We had a blip the first day there but to no fault of the owner. She made sure everything was taken care of and even went so far to bring us stuff we needed on 3 separate occocations. Very attentive and friendly. The house is old but kept nicely with updated furniture etc.

Charming “Old Ocean City” Summer Home
What a wonderful old home located in the historic section and blocks from the beach and downtown! The front porch was a welcome spot for our brood...you can hear the church bells ringing and enjoy the breeze. The house is decorated ‘just beachy’. Comfy/cozy bedrooms with cable in each one. You can see the ocean and the bay from the top floor windows. Everything you need for your stay is in the home. Owner of property is extremely kind, professional and a pleasure to communicate with. Would recommend this vacation spot to anyone and would absolutely stay here again! What a DELIGHTFUL find!

Nice old home in town!
A group of 9 of us (8 adults, 1 toddler) stayed here in September. The weather was not great so we spent a lot of time in the house. It has an excellent floorplan for groups because there are bedrooms on the 3rd floor and 2nd floors, allowing good noise separation for those who sleep longer or go to bed earlier. It was slightly inconvenient to not have a bathroom on the first floor, especially for my senior father. There are a lot of stairs involved with this house so it's not a great pick for older folks who have any mobility challenges (or just tire more easily). The house is fully furnished and works well for a group of 8 or less - I am not sure any more could have fit comfortably. It could use some new(er) kitchen items - the pots were old and scratched and the handles were loose. There's a big stain on the front of the fridge, some loose railings on the stairs, etc. No big deal really (its a rental afterall), but it gives the house the feeling of being a bit dated. It also probably needs a deep cleaning now that the rental season is ending. The livingroom carpet had an odor and needed a shampoo. The owner and caretaker were responsive and helpful, though, and made communication very simple. We had no major complaints and enjoyed our time here. It's a good crashpad for a beach trip - 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. It was also great to have tennis courts around the corner and to be able to walk down to Asbury to the shops. Everything's nearby -- very good location. Thanks!

Great place for families
My parents stayed in ground floor apartment and siblings and our kids stayed upstairs. AC works great, nice grill, everything we needed in kitchen. Lots of space, having sheets, bath towels and beach tags was a huge plus. A bit of a long walk to beach for my elderly parents but we used cars to drop off and pick up. Location in North part of Ocean City is great and it’s close to an ACME. Also Farmers Market at corner park on Wednesday’s is awesome!
