We had a wonderful week staying in the condo. The building and unit are beautiful. The views are spectacular and the owners were a joy to work with from check-in and planning to check-out. I highly recommend both the unit and the building!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else on Diamond Beach
The Grand is our favorite place to stay at Diamond Beach. We've stayed at the Grand for the past five years. The chairs and umbrellas for the beach that are provided for you are incredibly convenient. It's nice not having to lug a bunch of stuff to the beach every day. The beach is clean and not crowded. The units and views are beautiful. We had a slight problem with the wrong keys at check-in but it was remedied fairly quickly and seems to have been a one-time anomaly. Overall it was a very enjoyable week.

Stunning ocean views. Luxury condo
We loved this 3 bed room condo on the 10th floor of The Grand. Stunning views of the ocean and beach. Resort style amenities. Top notch luxury condo! Marble bathrooms, top notch kitchen. Two covered parking spots. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic Rental with Beautiful Views and Great Ow
This was our second time staying in this beautiful unit and likely will not be our last. Beautiful views, tastefully and practically furnished, and perfect for our family. The building and facilities are unmatched for the area, and the owners are incredibly responsive and nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this unit (and these owners) to others looking for a relaxing vacation!

Can't imagine a nicer place to stay at the Jersey Shore!!!
Owners are very professional and keep in touch with you from the day you rent the place until the day that you end your vacation. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom along with the living room......high end kitchen......nice exercise room and great pool. Can't beat the views of the ocean or the morning sunrise. The owners left us a welcome bag with our family in mind and also left four beach chairs for our use if needed. Sunrise occurred between 6:40 AM to 6:55 AM during our stay and when we went out on the balcony around 6:30 AM we were greeted by a lone bagpiper marching up and down the beach serenading all who enjoyed his music. On Saturday night there were fireworks on the Wildwood beach that could easily be seen from our balcony as well. All in all, a very relaxing week at the Jersey Shore. We would highly recommend this place to all. Can't go wrong here!!!

Beautiful top-rate oceanfront condo
This property is just as advertised and the owners are the best. They keep you informed all the way, are very responsive, and treat you like their guests. The condo is large and is well appointed. You couldn’t ask for more. We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend this to any who want to experience a high end beach experience at the Jersey shore!

Fun Week in Wildwood
Condo was beautiful with great views. Owner was very nice, left welcome bags for the kids and answered all of our questions. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing! Great rental!

Jersey Shore Perfection
I have spent many, many summers in Wildwood Crest, but I can honestly say that I've never quite experienced the Jersey Shore like we did this past week in our unit at The Grand. From waking up to the breathtaking oceanfront views, to the beautifully appointed rooms, to the gorgeous kitchen, to the wonderful welcome basket of vacation goodies, the unit owners spared no expense to ensure that they thought of every last detail leading to a wonderful beach vacation. We all loved watching the fireworks from our 10th floor balcony while we enjoyed our cocktails and our daughter enjoyed her Seashell ice cream sundae (nothing better!). And we toasted our first trip to wildwood crest where we didn't have to schlep our chairs to the beach (we loved the chair service and the lunch beach delivery too!). We used the awesome infinity pool, the hot tub, and the gym more than a few times throughout our week, and it was so convenient to hit the ground floor cafe in the morning to take our coffee back upstairs to watch the sun rise over the waves. From start to finish, the Grand offered it all, and our unit was truly a gem. If you are thinking about renting this unit, the answer is YES, it really is worth it!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Very clean, all the amenities that you will need for a week vacation. We were greeted with the cutest welcome bag upon our arrival which was a really nice touch. Overall a great place to rent!

Another Grand Stay
This was our second year spending our vacation in Unit 1007 at The Grand at Diamond Beach. It again was nothing short of it's name - Grand.
The ease of reserving our stay couldn't have been more simple, and upon our arrival our children were delighted to revisit with friends they made during our stay last year.
The ease of getting in touch with the owners is always a relief. Even at 10 PM on our first night this year, I felt comfortable texting the owner questions about the location of items I couldn't find. They're always very accommodating and when we were already an hour on our way home, our children realized they forgot their tech in one of the side table drawers, I was able to reach the owner and have their items shipped home to us with ease.
The condo itself was immaculate yet again, and to say our children were thrilled with another welcome gift this year would be an understatement. We cherish the memories we make in Unit 1007 every year and look forward to making more in the future.

Beautiful condo / beach front and perfect location
We are repeat visitors to this property- the owners are wonderful and the condo is immaculate. This past visit was our daughter’s third time there and I can’t explain how much it means to make vacation memories here with her every summer! The location itself is close to everything you’d want to do in wildwood but also beach side and relaxing. The owners are so caring- they even leave welcome gifts for us and their generosity is so appreciated. We can’t wait for next summer!

Wonderful unit with fantastic views!
We had a wonderful vacation and the unit at the Grand was beautiful and included a well stocked kitchen. The views were fantastic!
We had a party of 6 and there was plenty of room to be together and not feel crowded. Sonal was very easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. The staff at the Grand were helpful and friendly. Getting to the beach was no problem for the elderly member of our family as the beach staff had a Jeep to transport people that needed assistance! We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends!

Wonderful Week in Wildwood!
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Wildwood! This was our second year at The Grand. The building is beautiful. Beach attendents set up chairs and umbrellas for you, so less to pack. Our unit was gorgeous, well maintained, and Sonia went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She is very responsive and promptly answers any questions you have. I highly recommend renting this particular unit, you will enjoy some of the best sunrises right from your own balcony!

Highly Recommended
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand in Suite 1007. When we arrived our room was immaculate and exceeded our expectations in terms of the luxurious accommodations, size of the suite, and the comforts it offered. In sum, we immediately felt at ease, relaxed, and at home and were planning our return for 2018.
All parts of the condo were first class and very convenient. It was also soundproof. We didn't hear a peep from any other occupant the entire time we were in our suite, including the balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and afforded us the privacy and space from our three young children.
The balcony that extended the length of the suite was amazing and provided panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and Wildwood Crest community. Our children were also thrilled to view Wildwood Boardwalk's Friday night firework display from the comfort of our balcony before turning in to bed for the last night of our stay.
My wife, an avid baker and foodie, was very pleased and excited at the opportunity to prepare meals for our family in the gourmet kitchen. It was stocked with high end dinnerware, glassware, and flatware. Which again, was all spotless.
The laundry facility in the suite was such a convenience as was the beachfront storage locker for our children's beach toys and boogie boards.
The beach serviceman who brought us complimentary lounges, tables, and umbrellas at the clean, white sand beach were very friendly and attentive. The other guests at The Grand were also very friendly.
When we would return from the beach, the 4 TVs in the suite were a bonus because it allowed the children to watch their programs and be entertained without us being subjected to Spongebob Squarepants.
When The Grand was built they thought of everything to make it a relaxing and enjoyable vacation resort. Moreover, the owners of Suite 1007 were quick to answer questions prior to, during, and after our stay, including restaurant suggestions, other local recommendations, down to finding out the type of carpeting used in the suite.
We look forward to returning next summer and highly recommend staying in this suite. Just please keep it clean for when we come back. 😉

An absolute "GRAND" week at the Grand at Diamond Beach
My family had the pleasure of staying a week at the Grand at Diamond Beach. It was a very relaxing week spent with family with much laughter and wonderful memories that we will all cherish for many years to come. The unit was extremely clean and well kept which was important to my husband and I, as our daughter suffers from terrible allergies. The amenities provided by the Grand at all levels make you feel as if you are in an all inclusive resort, exceeding all of my expectations. Everyone whom we interacted with at the Grand was very pleasant and personable. Having the pool attendant and beach attendant was an added bonus especially with having two small kids. The convenience of being an elevator ride away from a beautiful pool and not having to lug chairs and umbrellas onto the beach was a huge lifesaver! It was great having access to the outside storage unit to store the kids beach toys. The owners of the unit are extremely helpful and beyond professional on all levels. Prior to renting the condo, one of the owners personally took the time to reach out to me and explain their condo unit in detail. As our vacation approached, I would receive emails and text message updates. The keys and all informative paperwork was sent well in advance. The owners of the unit made renting their home a very easy and simple process and I am extremely thankful for that. It was a very generous gesture on behalf of the owners to leave a welcome basket on the kitchen table. My kids even received beach toys and personalized sippy cups, for two small kids that meant the world! I look forward to another stay at the Grand within the near future. I would highly recommend eating dinner at the Lobster House, it is well worth the wait. The Cape May winery was also a beautiful and relaxing vineyard to visit. My family felt as if the Grand was our home for the week thus making it hard to leave such a beautiful place behind.

The ideal place for our family.
We have had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful condo since 2016.The location of The Grand is ideal as it is in Diamond Beach which is very quiet & laid back so that you can relax during your stay. You are only a short drive away (10 minutes) from the boardwalk and only 15 minutes away from Cape May, NJ. The beach is private to guests and has complimentary beach service with chairs & umbrellas. After spending hours on the beach and placing your things in the storage facilities, jump in the infinity pool which has a breath-taking view of the ocean. The condo has a spectacular view of the beach coast and is beautifully decorated in each room. This is an excellent place to stay with family and friends. The condo is spacious with a great dining room & living area for fellowship while also having great rooms on either side for some privacy. The kitchen is up to date with modern appliances and generously sized. There are 2 full bathrooms & 1 half bath so there is no waiting in line with a large group. Finally, The Grand has fantastic amenities such as the security and a workout room. If you are looking for a great place to stay during your time in South Jersey, this is the place!!

Wonderful place to stay!
This was our second year at this condo at the Grande in Wildwood. The place is impeccably kept. Suggestions we had made during our our previous stay were put in place( light blocking blinds in the bedroom) The owners maintain contact with you and care about your stay!
It was so nice to be treated with a goodie bag with with snacks and other fun items- games, slippers, snacks beer etc)
The condo is right on the beach and the property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The place is quiet and just a joy to stay in. It's very hard to leave at the end of our week. Don't think twice about booking this condo! You will not be disappointed!

Oasis in wildwood
This is the second year we stayed at this condo in the grand... we just love it the place is beautiful with a stunning 10th floor view. The pool and icecream shop are my kids favorities. The property is safe the beach attendants make you feel like you are on an island. Highly recommend this property for your summer rental

Luxury at the Shore
My family had an amazing vacation at this condo. The owners were prompt, detailed and courteous making it very easy for my first "VRBO" experience. The condo is furnished with very nice furniture making it feel like home. Great balcony to start your day or wind down you night. The building is maintained well, always clean. The pool area is by far the best at the shore. Highly, highly recommend this! Your family deserves the best, this is the best.

Premium 10th Fl Ocean Front 3BR Condo
My wife and I have been visiting Wildwood for the past 26 years. We have been bringing our children (12 & 6) now since each was born. We have stayed all over Wildwood. This by far is the best place we have stayed at. The owners were amazing and very thoughtful. they were very attentive and if needed we were able to reach them via email, text and response time was almost immediate. The condo was beautiful, well equipped and had all the amenities of home. During our stay here there was nothing missing (cable channels galore, high speed internet, beautiful kitchen with excellent appliances, beautiful master bathroom, ect...). Wonderful views from the balcony. The pool area was beautiful. The short walk to the beach through the covered garage area was a breeze. The beach staff was very attentive to whatever you needed. Every day they promptly met you as you walked onto the beach, they were quick to set up your lounges, chairs, umbrellas and tables. If you needed them to go grab lunch for you at a nearby restaurant there was no hesitation in doing so. Check in and out was easy. Two ample sized covered parking spaces, one in front of the other, perfect for oversized cars, even had plenty of space to accommodate our suburban sized vehicle with a car carrier located on top. Grounds were well maintained and secure. Short drives to Cape May, wonderful restaurants, stores and about a 5-10 minute ride to the boardwalk. All in all a very pleasurable two week vacation. We will definitely be back to the grand as this is probably our new favorite place.

My family and I had a vacation to remember at The Grand. The unit has three bedrooms and an expansive balcony. There was plenty of space for all of us and we never got in each other's way. The views of the ocean from the windows and balcony are very impressive.
The property is very well maintained and there are carts that aided in moving in and moving out. There is also a nice fitness facility and gameroom downstairs. More importantly, The Grand has a fantastic infinity pool and beach service (i.e., sets up chairs and umbrellas for you). You really do feel like you are somewhere in the Carribean. There is also a beach bar outside (not affiliated with The Grand) that is very convenient for drinks during the day and smores/drinks at night.
The whole rental process was incredibly smooth. The owners put together a packing checklist and clearly laid out everything associated with renting their unit. The owners were also incredibly responsive to any and all questions and really made renting from them so easy. We received the keys in advance of our stay and everything was as promised and advertised. I would definitely rent from this owner in the future and, if we return to Diamond Beach, we will be staying here again.

This was our second year staying in this unit. We loved how the unit was very clean and well equipt. The building has a lot of great amentities, the children enjoyed the game room and everyone loved the infinity edge pool. Parking was very convienient and it is located in a nice quiet area but only a short drive to enjoy Cape May or the Wildwood boardwalk. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony enjoying the beautiful ocean views. The owners are very friendly and great to work with. We can't wait to go back again!

I would like to thank Vin and Sonia for the use of their wonderful condo. This was our second stay at the Grand and this condo again exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were easy to work with, well organized and truly concerned with our vacation enjoyment. This condo represents one of the best that the Grand has to offer. Ocean front views (don't miss the sun rises), exceptionally clean, well equipped and maintained in a first class manner. Decorated in a light, breezy contemporary beach motif that invites you to just kick back and relax. There are just too many good things about this condo and complex to mention. Try it and see for yourself. We will be back!

We stayed in Wildwood with my family before however The Grand at Diamond Beach was the best by a long shot.
From the extra nice owners to the gorgeous complex and rooms and of course the beautiful clean beaches, water and the super soft sands.
We rented the 3 bedroom suite in the Grand for a week. The owners were super nice, friendly and made us feel like I was renting from a relative instead of a stranger. They put our minds at ease from the very start of the rental. Providing insight on what to expect and where to go in Wildwood. They even provide a care package upon arrival!
The Grand is a beautiful upscale place to stay with all marble areas, top of the line fixtures and is located right on their own private beach. We were on the 10th floor with a huge wrap around balcony that provide a beautiful view of beach and ocean as well as the city of Wildwood. We even had a great view of the weekly fireworks. The Amenities included a beautiful heated pool, jacuzzi, Gym, Game room, private locker by the pool and the best was the umbrella’s and chairs by the beach. We never had a problem getting beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach and there were 8 of us. There is a tiki bar right on the beach for lunch and drinks and even have staff that walk around on the beach to take your food and drink order. The only issue we had was how upset everyone was when we had to leave at the end of our stay. I had to drag everyone off the balcony as they questioned why we cannot live there. I would highly recommend this rental and it’s owners!

We had a great stay. The owners could not have been nicer to work with....they even left a very thoughtful care package upon arrival. It was a great way to kick off an amazing week. The condo is in excellent condition, the furnishings are spotless and has everything you could need. The Condo has spectacular views, given you are higher than the other buildings. You can see the boardwalk in Wildwood and has direct views of the ocean. The boys loved the pool overlooking the ocean too. And, we didn't need to drag all the umbrellas and chairs to the beach....the Grand provides those things! We cannot recommend this condo or these owners enough.

We have been vacationing in Wildwood for 20 years now... and since we have all outgrown our usual hotel stay, we decided to rent a condo this year... and boy are we glad we did.
For a family of 6 adults this unit was perfect!!!
Everything was absolutely fabulous. The condo was beautiful, views were spectacular. We have traveled all over and by far this one of our favorite places that we have ever stayed in!!
The beds were extremely comfortable… the furnishings were exquisite and we felt at home the entire time we were there!!
And I cannot forget to mention how wonderful it was dealing with the owner. She was quick, and responsive, answered every question we had.
We cannot wait to come back and visit next year!!!!!!

We can't say enough good things about The Grand, and this unit in particular. The owners are very easy to work with and took the time to address all of our questions before we arrived. The unit itself is simply breathtaking - spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, tv's in every room, top of the line appliances, very clean and well maintained, not to mention the never-ending views. We were there over the 4th of July and enjoyed watching all the fireworks from the expansive balcony. The Grand is equally amazing - oceanfront property with private beach, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas so no need to carry your own across the beach, great infinity pool overlooking the ocean also with plenty of chairs. The staff on the property are friendly and very helpful. This is truly a one-of-a-kind resort in Wildwood with many amenities that are not offered at other buildings. We're looking forward to returning again!

From furnishings to view everything about this unit is just beautiful. The owner is very lovely to talk to & very available to answer questions. We were 7 adults & a child(ages 82 - 2 )& all loved this vacation.
I did not see building or unit in person before renting, pictures are very accurate. Building is clean, secure & beautifully decorated. People are friendly & property mgmt very helpful.
Main reason I chose this rental was the infinity pool. We loved it! Pictures very accurate. Beautiful to be in pool looking out over beach. Lots of chairs & umbrellas at pool, never crowded. Granddaughter loved kiddie pool. Great sitting area for adults with them.
Balcony provides breathtaking view of sunrise looks north towards boardwalk. A lovely place to just sit & enjoy the breeze & we saw some dolphins.
Before renting I had questions here's what I found out:
1) acme supermarket on Park Blvd & Rio Grande avenue. Prices reasonable 10 min drive from The Grand
2) Mini-Market few blocks from Grand,deli section, prepared foods, milk, bread,eggs & basic groceries
3) Brought sheets, not necessary
4) Needbeach towels
5) Need laundry detergent & soaps for bathrooms, hand soap, bars of soap
6) Master bedroom & bath are huge. I had a playpen in there too & there was plenty of extra room
7) All rooms have great Tv's
8) Coffeemaker is Keurig need K-Cups to use it
9) Grand provides beach chairs & umbrellas
10) Beach is far from building to shore. Workers at chair hut will drive you down to the water.
Main advice is you are not at a hotel, you are in someone's home. You need to have own toiletries, own food, laundry detergent, baggies, condiments.
We had such a lovely experience staying at The Grand and especially in this rental that I wanted to convey that to anyone thinking of going there. Do it!!! You won't be disappointed.
