Very lovely treehouse stay! Easy walk to food and shops. In a very quiet lovely neighborhood.

We have lived at the Treehouse for almost two weeks and it was a pleasant stay. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, the place was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom stacked pretty well: pots, pans, plate sets, spices, cleaning and washing detergents and so on, everything you need to live, just bring your own groceries. :) It is a studio apartment, but very nicely organized and decorated, separated in to small bedroom, living room and kitchen areas. It felt cozy and looked neat. I was pleased, that it had enough of closet, drawer and cupboard space for belongings. The room is located over the garage but we had no noice problems or experienced any disturbance. We definitely going to choose this place again on our next visit to Dallas.

Very clean and Great location. Albeit a bit tough to find when arriving for the first time (not to Theresa fault.) it was perfect for my 3 week stay.

Small but very nice studio apartment with everything that we needed for a weeklong stay. Clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Theresa handled all the communications very well. Check in and check out were a breeze.

I stayed here for 8 weeks while temporarily working in Dallas and would definitely stay again! Theresa was an excellent and highly responsive host. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, the location was perfect, and I loved the off street parking spot.

Great Find!
This place a a great deal at $70 per night. Very clean and plenty of storage space. The owners did a great job in the layout and design. Love that the unit has a washer and dryer. So much is supplied for the guest, laundry soap, dryer sheets, coffee, hand soap, paper towels and the list goes on! They really thought of everything! We were there for 8 nights and it was very quiet. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment!

The attention to details in this lovely apartment was very much appreciated! We had everything we needed for our week in Dallas while attending the Dallas Gift Market! The decor is lovely & comfortable-easy access to the highway & fun places nearby to eat & drink. Loved this place!!!

Great Location, Some Opportunity
I was in town on business and stayed in the unit for about 2 months. The unit is in a great location. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The owner's were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The unit was clean. There were some repair issues that needed to be addressed. Much of the shower grout was falling out and the shower curtain was quite moldy. I stubbed my toe on numerous occasions from the tile sticking up by the shower. I did notify the owner but she said it was too small a project to warrant a handyman visiting. Also the towels were old and smelled within 1 or 2 uses. The unit was fully stocked and all electronics worked without fail. There were some homeless people in the alley and the surrounding areas. I kept the outside light on at night for safety and was questioned by the owner why I kept the light on. Kind of a strange inquiry. The only other issue, albeit minor, was that the unit is above a 2 car garage. When the residents of the house pulled into the garage, sometimes at late hours, you card easily hear their cars and conversations. For the price and location, I'd stay again!

A friend and I shared the home and were beyond pleased with it. It is the perfect size for one or two people. I hope to stay there again in the future.
