Stunning Kicking Horse Mountain casa 1 ora e 45 minuti da Banff ea pochi passi dalla funivia. La casa può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie o 9 single con camere su tutti e tre i livelli. Great location and generally a nice home for a ski vacation. However, furnace was not working when we arrived (no heat or hot water) and took several phone calls to resolve the issue. And we did have to shovel snow for about an hour to clear the lower driveway and deck access to hot tub. Main floor master bathroom had no cold water supply to the shower, rendering it unusable. However, there were two other full baths. Would stay there again if those issues could be resolved.

The place is lovely! It is well equipped, clean, and well-maintained. Ski-in and ski-out is available, but we were there during the shoulder season. We certainly enjoyed the shoulder-season for the peace and quiet.
The property offers exceptional views, a hot tub and parking. There’s lots to do in the area with hiking trails, mountain biking trails, and easy access to downhill and cross country skiing.
The town of Golden offers a variety of dining and shopping experiences with grocery stores, local artisans, clothing and outdoor gear shopping. There are excellent day trips in the area with 40 minute drive to Yoho National Park and Glacier National Park.
Leanne is a great host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this location.

All was as advertised. The house was very comfortable to accommodate 8 adult man and it had an excellent/convenient location. We enjoyed our stay and I’m gladly recommending it to other potential guests.

This is a very nice house with plenty of bathrooms and beds to accommodate a large group. Unfortunately we rented in the summer when it was in the mid to high eighties and there are no shades on the windows to keep the sun from heating up the house.

Nice stay at the base of Kicking Horse
We had a group of 7 of us over July long weekend. We had a great stay! Communication from Leanne was excellent leading up. The amenities were helpful with a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful chalet
Great location and mountain!
There were 7 guys with us and we all had our own beds. There were still beds empty. The chalet is large with three floors and a loft.
The basement is nice and seperate if you want your own space. I Would recommend staying here.

Perfect Ski Weekend Getaway
The place is very nice, lots of space and beds for all guests and a full kitchen/dining/living area for hanging out. It's a short walk to the end of the street and a 2 minute ski to the gondola line. Would recommend it to groups looking to ski Kicking Horse

Great home
Beautiful home with tons of beds. Great location to the kicking horse mountain. About 15 min drive to town. We had a group of 9 guys with still 3+ beds left over. Just show up with your food and clothes. Leanne was great to communicate with. I Would book this again if I had a large group going to kicking horse.

Perfect location and amazing spring skiing
This property could not be any better for our family of six. The location works extremely well for ski in making it easy to take breaks when needed. The house had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to prepare our meals. Favourite parts are the wood burning fireplace and the hot tub which are big bonuses to come back to after a day of skiing. Walked down to the Pub one night for dinner which is a quick walk. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastic location!
We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I’d mention is the kitchen and social area is a little small for the size of the home and amount of people that can stay. Location is fantastic and loads of beds.

Rundle House Mountain home requires Maintenance and TLC
This was once a lovely home but has been neglected and not maintained. It needs a thorough cleaning and attention to the many things that need to be repaired or replaced.
Until all of these issues have been addressed, I would not recommend renting this house.

Great house and location.
Had a great time at this house! The entire process from booking to entering the property to departure was extremely easy. Great house that had plenty of room for everyone to space out and relax. I would go again.

Great stay at the Rundle House
We had the opportunity to spend 3 nights at the Rundle House in February with a group of 8. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own space while at the same time having a great common area and kitchen. The house had all the amenities we needed (kitchen, bedroom, hottub, etc.), and the location is perfect for ski-in and ski-out.

Perfect Location
We just returned from 5 amazing days at KMR, staying at the Rundle Chalet. Fantastic location, terrific layout, this cabin is perfect for families. Happy to return to such a fun place.

Great Winter Getaway House
We love staying at the Rundle House. We've come two years in a row because we enjoy this house so much. The layout is very well designed so it accommodates 8 adults easily. The hot tub is private and it has great amenities. We will be coming back next year for sure!

what an extraordinary stay we had for our month at the rundle house.....our love nest in the sky. the home is beautiful and was well stocked with all the lovely things that made our stay there so special. leanne was wonderful to work with...if we needed anything it was taken care of immediately. we hiked the parks every other day and the proximity to the entrance of five parks was so great....plus the town of golden is like living back in the 50's. we loved the skylight over our bed....the roominess throughout the house and ate most of our meals on the deck. the radiant heat when it got in the forties at night was great...we've been renting all over the west with vrbo for years and this was one of our fav places....all the appliances were wonderful....it was a major winner.....

Wonderful time with friends in this great KHMR house!
We have been to Golden several times, and this is such an ideal place to stay. Walking distance (or skiing when we have a good snow season!) to the Gondola and restaurants/bars. Lovely neighborhood, gorgeous home, and decks with hot tub and BBQ. The owners are great to work with, flexible, professional and have set the house up well for rental use. The only suggestion I might have is that the grill does not cook evenly so we had a bit of a challenge getting everything ready for the group at the right time. But if that's the only complaint on such a large house with lots to do, then they're doing something right!

Very comfortable house for our group of 8. Great view from the deck and a nice variety of comfortable beds, we especially enjoyed the sleeping nooks. The house has been very well planned out and we all felt at home right away. I would definitely recommend staying here and am looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent choice!
Very nice and spacious house. Good amenities, ski-in ski-out, amazing views, comfortable beds, relaxing spa, convenient mud room for ski gears: in short we had an excellent stay at Rundle House. We found the owner very helpful and we appreciated her tips about the area. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely Great Stay at the Rundle House for a White Water Rafting Weekend!
Went with a group of 8 friends for a white water rafting trip. This place is definitely a gem to stay in! It was very easy to find at the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, with a great view from the patio. Very spacious, clean and well-maintained - all our towels / etc were all waiting for us by the entrance. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils for our dinners and breakfasts. The furniture was very cozy and comfortable as we just sat around and talked. The beds were also extremely comfortable, some of my friends mentioned that they haven't slept that well in years! :-)
Leanne the owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond to my initial inquiries. She extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and payment arrangements were a breeze.
I would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to my friends!

Family fun
We had a small family reunion at the Rundle House for 3 days in October and it will go down as one of the best mini vacations ever. The Chalet was perfect. Everyone had their own space to retreat to but there was plenty of space for us to all gather together for meals and socializing. Everything we needed was there from linens, towels and everything for cooking elaborate meals in the kitchen. What a wonderful setting with the mountain backdrop! We will be booking this Chalet to repeat this next year - for sure!
