This house was spacious and beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed the pavilion in the back yard. We ate dinner out there twice and even enjoyed a rainstorm under its cover. My family loved it.

Very clean. Hostess was kind and accommodating. We really liked sitting in the backyard and talking about our travels. If/when we find ourselves in Fredericksburg again, we hope to stay here!

There were 3 couples total in our group. The house was lovely. Plenty of space, great backyard and location. Quiet street and very safe. Kitchen was well equipped. We had morning coffee and cocktails outside under the pergola. We would stay there again.

As a mom traveling with kids, I was looking for a safe property in a good area. This home did not disappoint. It was a safe, cozy stay on a clean and quiet street, and had all of the amenities needed!

From booking to checkout it was a breeze. The home is so welcoming, the enormous outdoor space is so very relaxing and our host is very thoughtful. We had a great time.

The home was exactly what we were looking for. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. The back yard was great. We spent each evening out there.

There were 6 of us and we had a blast. The rental had everything we needed. Very clean and Heidi was wonderful to work with on the rental. We were very close to downtown and that was a plus. Loved the outdoor pavilion. Great place to have wine and visit with each other. We will be renting this home again.

We had a girls weekend here and it was perfect. The back porch was perfect for wine and hanging out in the evenings. Location is close to everything! The host was excellent to communicate with and the home was spotless. Will definitely be back.

One of our Sisters has Stage 4 Colon Cancer and has always wanted a Fredericksburg girls trip. A few months back when she was moved to stage 4 I started searching for a place for the weekend so we could make her bucket list dream come true. The house was perfect, the owner was phenomenal. She made sure everything was perfect and was an absolute angel. Our trip was wonderful, the house is located close to Main and has a perfect little outdoor covered area. Which we loved for sitting in the evenings and drinking wine. I highly Recommend and we will definitely book again. Thank you so much for helping me make my sisters dream a reality.

We really enjoyed this house. Very close to Main St., well-kept and accurate listing.

Lovely, convenient home within easy walking access to Main Street and local shopping. Host was great with communication and her place was great for our ladies fun getaway. Only small improvement our group would suggest is that our adult daughters slept in the twin beds and mentioned they were very, very firm and lacked comfort at the end of our long shopping days. Great round dining table that seats 6 easily and was perfect for our breakfast and mining chats together.

We loved this property! There were 4 of us and it was more than enough room. Super cute and clean! Well appointed with plenty of towels, kitchen and bathroom items. The back yard setup is perfect for enjoying a bottle with friends. We’d definitely stay here again! Heidi and Ed were wonderful to work with- great communication. Heidi’s home was lovely! We especially enjoyed the back patio and ping pong table. The home is conveniently located ina quiet street ~a ten minute walk from downtown Fredericksburg. Check in was easy, the home was clean and as described. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!
