Great location. Directly on the beach, but away from high traffic areas of PV.

This is a lovely condo on the beach in Ponte Vedra Beach. The enclosed, beach-facing porch area is great as an office, or just to relax and watch the waves. We will definitely inquire about visiting again the next time we need a place in the area.

Pam was the absolute best. The check-in process was seamless with no issues. Pam even offered early check in and late check out due to no one being in before or after. She was very accommodating. The condo was absolutely perfect. Saltaire made our trip even more memorable than we had hoped for. We will definitely be back. Thanks Pam for your kindness and for sharing your condo with us.

Beautiful home with gorgeous ocean front views. Clean and well maintained. Loved listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. Perfect for a family of 4-8. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arises!

Great property. Wonderful screened in porch overlooking beach. Direct access to beach. Covered garage parking. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Wi-fi. Publix and CVS 1 mile away. A dozen restaurants within two miles of condo. Private beach for building. Does anything more need to be said?

We enjoyed our stay in Ponte Vedra Beach! The property is on the beach and close to shopping and dining in Ponte Vedra. The three bedroom, three bath condo was perfect for our family vacation.

This is top choice spot to stay for PV Beach, we loved it. Looking at other reviews I would have to agree that it's extremely comfortable, kitchen is somewhat well-equipped. If by chance you have two cars, please know parking garage is very tight. The ice-maker and water dispenser didn't work so we just bought bottled water and bagged ice. There are a lot of instructions for checking-out. Washing and drying the bed linens and towels except for the 1 load you leave going in the dryer was inconvenient. When we have stayed at other rentals we just needed to start the dishwasher, here you need to complete the entire cycle & put way. Great place, just remember to plan travel time for departure day accordingly!

Second story, 180-degree beach view. Spacious with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Sleeps eight easily. Fun full-size bunk beds for kids. Everything in good condition. Great screened-in patio, ate all our meals out there. Garage parking, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Highly recommended.

The pictures did represent the property. Communication prior to arrival and during our visit was less than with any other VRBO stay, and I have had many. The stopper in the sink in one bathroom was broken and had to be raised and lowered by pulling detached lever under the cabinet. The bathtub in the same bathroom had no stopper it was the only bathtub in the unit. One friend travelling with me prefers baths. There were people booked the day before us and I thought there was to be one day between guests due to Covid-19. We were asked to wash towels before we left on the Quick Wash cycle, did not sound like best choice due to Covid. Two days before our arrival, I was asked if I had signed a contract which had never been requested. One was left on the counter for me to sign, as I had asked her to do. However, after reading through it, and our visit was completed, I did not sign which created an angry reaction. I asked them to send it to my email, which I provided and that I would return for their records. It is 4 days later and I have not received it. We were 3 retired older professionals. We left the unit exactly as we found it. The instructions within the unit were very outdated, contradictory in some instances. I left notes on this before our departure. Altogether an unfortunate experience.

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. The access to the beach was a big plus along with having a parking garage. We really enjoyed the screened porch. The beds were extremely comfortable in all bedrooms. The ice-maker and water dispenser didn't work so we just bought bottled water and bagged ice. There were a lot of instructions as to check-out. Having the dishwasher run and emptied caused us to have to hand wash our breakfast dishes before we left. Also, washing and drying the towels and linens was inconvenient. I'm glad we didn't have children with us because there were warnings about keeping the white furniture clean and sand out of the unit. We didn't have a problem with this because we were all adults but it could be an issue with children. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the unit.

Efficient and easy

We loved our stay at Pam's condo on the beach! It is beautifully renovated and has incredible views. I loved the outdoor screened-in patio and the access directly from the unit to the beach. We had 6 adults and the condo felt very spacious! I cannot wait to stay again soon and highly recommend anyone who needs a beach getaway.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was quiet and perfect for what we were looking for. There weren’t crowds on the beach and it was the perfect getaway for our family.

Just AT the beach, this is an incredible location for a beach vacations

The condo is located in a private area so beach wasn’t overly crowded. Close to St Augustine and downtown Jacksonville. Check in process wasn’t sent to us so I had to call property manager upon arrival to figure out the details and get the keys. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Very nice property, great view of the ocean with breezes in the morning and afternoon. Covered assigned parking is a big plus.

A fabulous location and very clean condo adds up to a perfect getaway out of the cold up north. The owner was communicative and helpful in figuring out logistics and day to day running of the condo. We almost had the entire complex to ourselves....I guess a lot of folks away for Christmas. Thanks again Pamela!

The pictures of this condo were obviously taken several years ago, because it doesn’t look like that now. It needs some TLC. Painting, deep cleaning and maintenance. We arrived to find all the kitchenware to be dirty with crusted food! We tried to rewash them, only to find that the dishwasher made them worse! We had to SCRUB all of the junk off by hand and was without the dishwasher all week. The filter needed replacing. The white couches were smeared with chocolate. Throw pillows had dried on cereal. The lanai was dirty. The rug was stained. We cleaned all of this except the rug. The owner refused to refund us the cleaning charge. Don’t come here, unless you want to spend precious vacation time cleaning! Too bad that this nice property is so poorly cared for.

We stayed Aug 2019. Rooms, beds all very comfortable. Everything in kitchen works fine. Not many extra towels but that can be remedied by picking some up. AC and Wifi work well. Outdoor enclosed balcony is very nice. Garage and storage area where owners have beach chairs and an umbrella that can be used. Beach is beautiful, deserted and accessed by back door to wooden boardwalk over dunes. We would stay here again.

Location, location, location!!!!

We enjoyed the spacious condo which allowed 3 couples to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Amazing views of the beach. Storage area has many beach chairs and toys although it took us a few minutes to figure out the layout and beach access. Would be helpful to discard old broken items in storage. Pamela was very helpful when booking and arriving. Great location!

Beautiful condo with incredible views of the ocean. Very close to the Mayo Clinic yet very peaceful with a beautiful beach.
