La seconda e la terza camera da letto sono al secondo pianerottolo con un bagno comune. Anche se, essendo decorato con attrezzi Aggie, il bagno è quasi comune!

The house and property we perfect for our family gathering. We have 5 adult sons and the dock size and location on the lake were perfect for our jet ski, boat and Lily pad! It was a memorable weekend. The house was perfect, just as listed, accommodated our family wonderfully!!

The house was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of stairs in the house which would not be a problem for most, but since I am handicapped, it was a challenge for me. The lake was low which made it difficult for me (because of my handicap) to get in our boat from the dock. At one point, the boat’s propeller scraped the bottom of the canal when returning to the dock at the property.

Laura's place was great for our little getaway. Clean and well decorated. The house is right on the water and the dock was a great place for us to fish and spend some time unwinding. The check in and out processes were easy. My only constructive comments were that the coffee pot had moldy grounds in it and the outdoor sports equipment was in very poor shape (basketball flaking and deflated, rackets severely misshaped, dirty etc). Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again!

We loved the house and the layout. The fishing was great off the dock! The host was absolutely wonderful and was very responsive! The beds were comfy, the linens were fresh and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard was great. What we really loved was how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. It’s hard to find rentals that aren’t around loud party houses, but this neighborhood was wonderful. We will be back!!

The location was great for my needs. The house was very clean and nice. There were a lot of steps to get in the house as well as inside that were not mentioned on the site. This was an issue for the elderly people in my party.

Spring break at the lake
My family and I rented the property for a spring break bass fishing trip. The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well maintained. The layout of the house was fun and interesting. We really found value in being on the east side of the lake with close proximity to the stores and restaurants along the I45 corridor. It was easy and convenient to tie our boat up out back and there was a great boat ramp nearby. Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the fishing from the back yard was good too. My family and I had a fantastic stay, I highly recommended this property.

I had a couple friends in town and it was a perfect easy spot for hanging out and catching up. Was quiet with nice space, but still close enough to Conroe and the Woodlands for when we did want to venture out. Would stay here again.

Nice property on Lake Conroe
This is a nice property. We had 7 adults and a toddler in our group. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space and privacy. Our visit was short, since we only came for a visit to the Texas Renaissance Festival. Maybe next time we can stay longer. Thanks for letting us stay!

The home is comfortable and peaceful. The lake is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time together as a family, but there was plenty of space for privacy as well.

Perfect!
We just returned home from a mini getaway on Lake Conroe and enjoyed staying here so much. We were able to use the boat dock, our kids, nieces and nephew and a blast in the ginormous backyard. The layout of the house is perfect. Thank you for an amazing time!

Relaxing by the Water
It was great. Enjoyed the property, very relaxing and quite - the fishing was good too. The house was very clean. Laura was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed - including dish towels that were delivered via Amazon while we were there. My son (Aggie-2024) was happy to see the occasional A&M logos including clock and make-shift-Plate!! - Gig'em!! - my nephew (Longhorn-2023) not so much - LOL
Truly a nice place to unwind... Hope to come again soon

Nice Lakehouse stay at Lake Conroe
Great lake house located about 5 miles from I-45. Easy to find and several great restaurants close by. Also has a boat slip for your boat, and the boat launch is not far away. Peaceful cove to sit and still have a view of the lake while being able to fish. Inside was clean, TV's in most of the bedrooms and living room, ample space inside and out for sitting and lounging. Needs a few corrections for me to be a full five star such as; master bathroom sink did not drain properly and the shower was weak. The shared bathroom on the second floor also had a shower but didn't drain well. The shower worked as it should and we ended up using it because much better pressure than the master, but it didn't drain well. Wifi worked well and the view from the boat slip upper deck was awesome. We did get to meet the owners as they were still cleaning upon our arrival. The previous guest were apparently quiet messy. Owners were very nice and sorry for the inconvenience but no trouble on our part.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Owners communication was quick and had everything we needed in the lake house. The lake house itself was very beautiful and the dock was really nice. This was a lovely home! The location was great, the owner was extremely helpful and the neighbors were friendly. It was a bit dated - like staying at your parents house - but overall very nice and affordable.

Birthday escape
We stayed at the property 5 days and it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We cooked at the house and found everything we needed, including spices I had forgot. The property was very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
