The house is roomy and comfortable. Pretty view of the lake. Only complaint was bugs. Ants in the kitchen and roaches climbing the walls in the family room and middle bathroom.

The house was a great getaway for our anniversary!! All the basics you need to enjoy your stay. The hot tub and master bedroom with its own bathroom and connecting sun porch were our favorites for sure. We didn’t catch any fish, but just sitting on the dock was relaxing.

This property met all expectations, the neighborhood is quiet and with a beautiful view of Lake Sinclair. The picture are 100% accurate, we had a relaxing long weekend.

Great getaway, from the Masters! Fishing, boating, and family time. It rained a few days, forced us to relax! Neighbor was very helpful, let us use his dock area with a sink to clean fish. We had fresh caught catfish and it was amazing. Comfortable livingroom and bedrooms, great views,. Instructions were spot on for what to bring. you will need hand soap in the baths, Fully stocked kitchen.

Cabin was perfect for our family of three children, small dog, and us. Lots of family time playing cards, enjoying the dock, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the view.
Negatives - Neighbors are closer than pictures show, previous people staying had messed up the chemicals in the hot tub so we didn't use it as much as desired (water was green - tech/cleaner guy came out to correct), cleaning people had left rags on counters and in shower, and no dish or hand soap.
Positives - Quiet, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen, master bedroom separate from other bedrooms, beautiful private sitting area off master bedroom, great dock, fire pit, and deck.

Very clean house
6.0 / 10.0
First and foremost, I will say, the house is nice..however, it needs to be deep cleaned badly..I would've given a better score if it was thoroughly cleaned..you can tell the cleaning service comes and only "spot" cleans. The guest bathroom tub was filthy..the kitchen sink was filthy..there were dirty used dishes in the dishwasher...the washing machine was filthy..the dryer was filled pass capacity with lint..and then there was the master bedroom sheets...disgusting..just plain disgusting..they were covered in hair..both human and pet, and stains...I called and reported the sheets and they came out to change them..but did not change the nasty disgusting matress protector..and I did not feel like calling the cleaning number again to report, so i handled it myself...we went to the store and bought bleach and cleaning supplies..I washed all the bedding with bleach (the comforter, sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, mattress protector), I turned on the dishwasher like the last person shouldve, poured a little bleach in there and let it run, I poured bleach down kitchen drain and bleached sinks good. I basically bleached/sanitized everything just so I could feel comfortable enough to actually enjoy my short stay....and honestly as a guest you shouldn't have to do that...the only thing you as a guest should be obligated to do is maybe a little spot cleaning and sanitizing upon your arrival..on the brighter side of things, the house is pretty..I love the sunroom (we ate breakfast in there one morning, and it was a beautiful scenic view looking out at the lake), the dock is nice also. Be prepared to get a workout walking back up the hill from the dock lol. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are pretty friendly as well.

Where to begin. Let’s start with the pros since their is only one. The view of the lake was beautiful and very peaceful. Ok now onto the cons. The house was extremely dirty upon check in. The floors looked like they have never seen a vacuum or mop before. The area rugs through out the house were disgusting and full of dirt. The walls were so The house is coming apart. Multiple cabinet doors were broken. The door of the second bedroom was broken and would not stay closed. The kitchen counter was lifting and had bubbles in multiple areas. The floors were cracked and dangerous in a few places. The patio was full of leaves. We had to ask for them to clean it up so we could actually see the patio furniture and use it. The hot tub was dirty and it was so full of chemicals that it was hard to breath. The chlorine was overpowering. It was just not worth it. I had to spend my first night cleaning which is the least thing I want to do on vacation and on Christmas Eve. I even had to purchase the cleaning supplies because there was no mop. When we told the management company how dirty the house was their response was that they would reprimand the cleaning lady. That’s not a proper response. You could tell she just didn’t care and would put the blame on someone else. We definitely don’t recommend this house!

Relaxing weekend at the lake. Great view. Fished and hung out on the dock. Massive TV was great for watching college football.

When we arrived, we had to wash and dry our bed clothes and bed cover and make up our own bed prior to going yo bed. There were also dirty towels. Aside from that we enjoyed everythinh else about the place. The bed slept great and the living room and kitchen were great. We loved the rest of the house. We totally enjoyed our stay and would have stayed a couple days more had we known how comfortable it was

The owners were very helpful. The property itself was perfect for our kid free weekend but it would of been perfect if our kids was with us. We would definitely rent again.

I gave it a lower star just because I’m very distinctive when it comes to cleanliness and this area just didn’t live up to my expectations. Our stay was still great. Lake was amazing. The house is older and needs a lot of updating and maintenance. At first glance it was clean but once we got into the home it wasn’t as clean as we had thought. It would benefit From a good thorough deep clean. Cobwebs were horrendous. Someone has or had a cat and the smell of urine throughout the home made us make the 30 minute trip back to Walmart for air fresheners. The upgraded sunroom and deck were nice. The men enjoyed fishing off the dock but there was too many cobwebs for me to enjoy. There’s a large fee for cleaning after pets if there is hair on furniture. But when I sat in the sunroom chairs I was covered in white animal hairs from previous guests. I had to use a towel on the seats. I understand the management company is stationed in FL so they may not realize the home needs improvements. But I did reach out to them about some of the major stuff because they should be aware that the cleaning crew/maintenance just isn’t doing their jobs. Although I wasn’t touching those window sills. The hot tub worked great. The sunset was beautiful through the trees. The TVs all had most of the channels locked out so was basic tv. But we spent the majority of the time on the deck. The neighbors were really nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. The walk back from the dock is straight uphill so it’s not for the faint of heart. You are locked out of multiple closets and the garage which is listed as an available amenity. The washer and dryer were new and they definitely got a ton of use out of them this week! Overall our stay was great once we got the home aired out and cleaned up some. The management company was nice and answered my questions in a timely manner.

We booked this property to celebrate my son and daughter-in-law's birthdays. It was perfect for the number of people we had and pet friendly for our fur babies! We had a little trouble with the front door because it would not accept the code but luckily we were able to get in through the back door that had been left unlocked by the cleaning crew. There was a water leak in the refrigerator that should be checked out and the hot tub never got warm. The boat house was great and we enjoyed nights around the firepit. We had a fabulous weekend and will definately be coming back!

My family and I stayed at this property to get away from Hurricane Ian. There are four of us and we were very comfortable. The location was amazing. Some of the best sunsets we have ever seen. They even let us add a few days. There were quite a few cob webs in the home but being in the "sticks" we expect spiders and webs. Other than that we loved it!

This place is a true lake house. No frills but comfortable. The dock was so nice, and my son and husband enjoyed fishing every morning and night from there. We rented a pontoon boat from Twin Lakes jet ski and pontoon rental and kept the boat at the house. Very easy ride from Twin Lakes, and the guy at the rental place gave us great pointers. For instance, if you rent a boat you have to cross the Twin Bridges bridge before 4 pm due to the lake water rising or else the boat will not make it under the bridge. We got through by ducking our heads. That was extremely helpful. Also, we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of nights. If you want extravagant, I would not recommend this place. If you want a pet friendly, peaceful decent place to rent, this will do just fine. Our golden ran out of the door one time, and the neighbors were very nice and didn’t get bothered by him greeting them at all.

Nice Vacation
Our overall stay was great. There are a few things that may need attention. The master bathroom has a an odor of moisture in the house. The master bedroom is roomy & the sun room is nice addition. The bed is hard & flat. No pillow top or softness. The fridge had a puddle of water the whole time on the top shelf from it leaking from the top. The dryer had moisture on the door inside the dryer. The house could benefit from a dehumidifier. The dock had spiders & webs on every post that we had to dodge & also buy spider spray to eliminate them. A pressure washing wouldn’t hurt the area to keep them knocked down. The deck & hot tub were nice & clean. For a lake house it served our purpose & we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet.
Nice property tucked in the back of a cul-de-sac. Friendly neighbors but rarely saw them.
The only noise we really heard was jet skis constantly whizzing by. Not a big deal for us but I can see some people finding it annoying it wouldn’t hold us back from re-booking.
Amazing little beach across the lake. We have a small inflatable raft with a trolling motor and it was easy to get to. The kids LOVED it. Shallow warm water with a soft sand bottom and lots of shells.
Overall, a great spot.

Graduation weekend
We stayed for a quick weekend and found it comfortable. The only thing we would add is to be a door on the third bedroom with bunk beds. It was uncomfortable for use of the bathroom.
