Clean, beautiful, comfortable, great location, amazing communication. We had the best time here! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights and had a great time. The community pool is right outside of the unit, it is secure with a code to go up the elevator. We loved that the beach was a 3 minute walk. Joy was a great host. She sent me her information a few days ahead of our stay. The unit was clean, linens,towels, pots, etc. are all available to use at the unit. We also really liked all the extras for the beach, umbrella, shelter and wagon. Definitely recommend this host and property.

We found our new favorite spot to stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed and more. Joy was fantastic to work with. The location is superb. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in OC! The location was ideal for our family with 4 teenage boys. The condo was spacious, very clean, convenient to everything and had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t believe all the extras that were provided by the hosts…beach towels, sand toys, pool floats, etc. Communication with the host was easy and they have a knack for details. You can tell they take pride in their beach home and we were very comfortable. Everything you need for fixing meals is provided in the kitchen, and I love staying somewhere that provides spices, coffee filters, cooking spray…the little things you sometimes forget to get at the grocery store. We enjoyed the pool right outside our front door and having two parking spots in the heart of downtown was awesome. We were close to the beach, bay, shops, restaurants, rides, games and attractions. Noise wasn’t a problem. I highly recommend and would happily stay here again. We had a blast!

Beautiful, clean , comfortable property…. felt like home. Everything you could need was there. We ALL loved our stay. Totally enjoyed just relaxing by the pool. We had a family of 6 adults and 2 kids, sleeping arrangements were perfect. Totally may rebook for next year. Our hosts were easy to reach with any questions.

The apartment is situated 3 minutes away- on foot - from the end of the board walk. So it's right in the center. Sometimes you can hear at night a loud car or young people having fun outside but I am a light sleeper and it really didn't disturb us at all. The apartment was very clean and very, very nicely decorated. I have seen many rental places in Florida but this has been by far the cleanest kitchen I have experienced so far. I can highl recommend this apartment. And the pool is right outside of your door.

Would definitely stay at this place again, one of the few that offers linen and towels. Owners keep in touch the whole time you are there, close to everything you may need or want.

This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, fully equipped condo is situated about a three minute walk to the boardwalk. This condo sits on the first floor and has immediate access to the pool. Parking for this condo is immediately below the unit. All in all, one of the nicest, most comfortable places I have ever stayed at. Thank you for a top tier experience!

Beautiful condo, very well decorated and clean. Owners extremely responsive and helpful. Very close to activities at the inlet and numerous restaurants. Will use again in the future.

We have been bringing our family to OC, MD every year for the past 25 years, and this was unanimously voted our favorite rental hands down. The pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, comfortable, everything you need and things we didn’t realize we needed were available ! The gated pool was right outside the door, every bedroom had its own little deck, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and into town! Joy was very responsive , easy to contact and very helpful. We used to enjoy staying at different condos to experience different parts of OC, but have decided this will be our family vacation spot in OC every year now😊

My family and I could not have been more pleased with our stay at Bel Mare Unit 104. It's a spacious, well appointed condo in a terrific location. Everything was as described (if not better). Owner was very communicative with check in/check out process and other property information. We look forward to visiting again.

I have all good things, absolutely no bad things to say. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The owners truly care about their guests, made a point to share all contact information with me and explained the entire rental process in detail for a smooth stay. The condo is fully equipped with nearly everything you need, even a Brita water pitcher. I would absolutely rent again. Thank you!

This property had everything we were looking for in a beach rental. Separate bedrooms for all, well supplied with beach toys, linens, cookware, etc. Perfect location just a block from the beach/boardwalk and rides. We'll definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay, place was spacious and we utilized the pull out couch for the kids. Everything was stocked and cleaned when we arrived. Steps away from the pool and very close to everything you would need or would like to visit while staying. Check in and out was a breeze and joy made sure we knew it was easy to communicate with her if needed. Thank you for a great stay, when visiting OCMD we will definitely reach out for another great time away.

Very nice accommodations, great location close to the beach and boardwalk. The pool right outside the door is a great perk as well. Owners were very accessible if we needed, but we had no issues. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Joy was great to work with and very accommodating. We were looking for a place downtown that would be good for a group of friends to get together for the weekend and this place was perfect. The boardwalk and beach are right down the street which was great. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Owner was responsive quickly with any questions we had. The condo was spacious and well equipped for most needs. Very clean and a good layout, especially the 4 balconies!!! Super easy to walk over to the board walk and the ocean, even for the kids!

This is a very nice and roomy property. It was the best stocked and equipped rental I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a nice spice rack for cooking. Lots of beach toys and towels. Would definitely look to stay here again.

The place was beautiful, clean and all the comforts of home. Anything you needed was right there including items for the beach. Furniture and the beds were comfortable. Everything was within walking distance and the beach and boardwalk was a 5 minute walk. The owner is super nice and very easy to get in contact with. We will be back next year!!

We typically make it down to Ocean City in the morning and have breakfast, rather than waiting to closer to check in time. After breakfast, we went to find the property so we could see about where it was. Since it was still before the previous renters check out time, we parked in the near by parking lot and went to the beach for a little while. Well within walking distance. Like a block from behind the boardwalk. When we were done and got back to the vehicle, we went to park in one of two of the parking spots that was included with the unit. There was a truck parked in the other spot. At first we thought maybe there was a double booking with the unit or someone was just in the wrong spot since it was after check out time. Neither were the case and it was just the cleaning crew for the unit that were there early. They asked for my phone number so that they could let us know when they were done so that we could get into the unit once they were done. Ended up being able to check in a couple hours before check in, which was awesome for the kiddos! After going to the first floor to our unit to take a look inside, there was a keylock on the door. We thought the cleaning crew accidently maybe put the wrong key in the box because it didn't seem to work, but we just wasn't turn the key hard enough and turn the handle with it. The pool was directly outside our unit, which was great for the all the kids. They loved it! Once inside, it as the pictures showed. One thing that was interesting that we saw in the unit that we weren't used to was that, not only was it fully furnished, but there was lots of extras. The one closet in the hallway near the kitchen had various items for the house (trash bags, sandwich bags, vacuum, etc.). Then the closet in the laundry room had beach/pool toys, beach chairs, life jackets, boogieboards, etc. They even had extra, large beach towels available. We could see the shark, from Ripley's Believe It or Not on the boardwalk, from the balcony of the master bedroom. The master bathroom was amazing! This would be the only place that I could really say was a bummer about the place. Everyone was excited to use the tub with the jets. Unfortunately, no matter when we tried to use it, the hot water would run out before reaching high enough to be able to turn on the jets, so we couldn't fully enjoy the that like we all had hoped. Fantastic property otherwise! Great for Sand Duels! This could turn into a place we stay annually.

This condo has everything a then some. Location is awesome, contents of the condo were amazing and the listing was spit on. The owners were by far the best I have ever worked with. We will definitely be booking here again.

How great is it to have a one block walk to the beach and boardwalk? How super is it to have a 3 bedroom condo with every amenity you might need and a TV in every bedroom and in the great room? This is a fantastic place for a family vacation. Great location, amenities and decor. I highly recommend staying here. We had 1 small issue but it was resolved with a phone call. Will definitely would stay here again.
