NOT YOUR TYPICAL HOUSEBOAT: 60 FEET OF FUN!
Lussuosa casa galleggiante ormeggiata di 2 piani e 2 piani. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone. TV a schermo piatto in tutto, WiFi, comodi letti queen-size, e una cucina con elettrodomestici residenziali e tutti gli strumenti necessari. Ormeggiata permanentemente in un porto sicuro e sicuro sul pittoresco Lago Monroe, parte della St. John's River system. A pochi passi da gallerie d'arte funky, negozi di vendita al dettaglio / antiquariato, microbirrifici, una birreria belga, wine bar e ottimi ristoranti. Prendi un giro in auto di 5 minuti per lo Zoo della Florida centrale e la linea zip. In 15 minuti puoi essere al cristallino Blue Springs State Park. Sei a 45 minuti da Disney e dai parchi a tema. O semplicemente rilassati in alto! NOTA: la barca deve rimanere ancorata. Gli ospiti non sono autorizzati a guidare la barca. Pensalo come un condominio galleggiante / acqua-top. In nessun caso gli ospiti possono guidare la barca.

The boat was a fun alternative to a house or hotel. The Marina was very peaceful. The boat had lots of room to cook, sleep, hang out. The top deck is large and the perfect place to grill, eat, sunbathe or chill.
You can walk all over Sanford from this location.
Lots of supplies provided on the boat plus things like humidifier, air purifier, counter ice maker, coffee pot, etc.
we really enjoyed the variety of staycation this property offered.

The was such a relaxing place to stay, beautiful sunsets and city skyline from the top deck!! The houseboat has everything you could possibly need. Walking to distant to Downtown Sanford for shopping and night life, it was perfect!! We will definitely book again ❤️

Beautiful home, wonderful sunsets, great little city within walking distance. Two wonderful bedrooms, a nice kitchen and eating area, wonderful family room plenty of televisions and strong wifi. . . then the upper deck is a whole additional experience. Sitting on the deck with a cold glass of wine watching the sunset, beautiful stocked grill to use and wonderful seating area. It was the culmination of a wonderful, restful and peaceful weekend - thank you !

Doing business with Michael was a pleasure, and you couldn't ask for a better location for ease of access to bars and restaurants in Sanford. Some noise and some lake smells are to be expected. Toilets are pretty wonky too, but the boat house bathroom is close by. Shower was great - spacious and plenty of hot water for 4 of us.

First time on a houseboat, very interesting and enjoyable. Had gale winds and could feel the boat moving at times, would have been tolerable with proper buoy. All and all it was a nice time, town was just blocks away, and very quaint.

Stayed over Christmas to visit family and wanted something fun and different for times when not visiting. This fit the bill. Had a very enjoyable time. Hopefully next time mother nature doesn't send a freeze that way so we can enjoy the awesome top deck. Side note, the bike trail is great and an added bonus.

My husband has always wanted to stay on a houseboat. We found this one and booked it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the houseboat. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Michael met us at the dock and showed us around and how things operate. The rooftop deck is awesome for relaxing and catching a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Loved the experience!

It's was a new and fun experience. Great location and close to town that had something going on all week. Great restaurants and friendly people.
The Riverboat luncheon cruise down the river was one of the highlights!

relaxing boat time
My friend and I had a very relaxing time on the boat. However there is a lot to do around the area. It's a small downtown and a few bars and good dinning places. New Smyrna beach is about 45 min ride. Wish the marina was more active with people and had a pool. But all in, it was a good stay. The Boat had very good beds. It was very roomy and the fly bridge was awesome. Great sunsets from the top.

Love the Town of Sanford, FL
We are both in our 80's and this lovely houseboat allowed us to enjoy being on a houseboat in the Lake Monroe Marina and being able to just walk 3 blocks to the downtown Sanford. Last night was a magnificent sunset and rise of the full moon. Beautiful. . . Lee & Warren

Fun town and accommodations
We are 4 ladies over 80. Met in first yr high. We get together every year. The houseboat and town of Sanford was fun. Great places to eat and drink!!!
Mike met us at the gate and helped with luggage; showed us the "ropes" and and how to climb the ladder to the deck and how to "flush"!
Definitely recommend.

Boat is everything promised and a great value. You can spend a relaxing evening on deck or enjoy the short walk to all the downtown Sanford attractions.

This was a great place for our family to stay during a family event. There is a great walking path along the water front and a very good restaurant within a few minutes walk from the boat. The decktop set up is a fantastic place to relax and talk.

Paradise on the Water
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend on this lovely houseboat. Michael was very helpful and attentive. The place was well equipped and an easy walk into town. In fact we parked our truck at the start of our stay and didn't need it until we left. Our favorite place on the boat was sitting on the top deck enjoying the fire. We will definitely be back!

Dream boat
This place was amazing. Very serene and quiet. The host explained everything on the boat. Which helped a lot. This boat was equipped with everything, i mean everything! Perfect for grilling in the top deck in the shade. The AC was perfect inside the boat. Oh how I wish we stayed longer. We will be back.

Boat is great but owner recommended feeding turtles lettuce and i substitute corn husk then marina police raided the boat yelled at my 85 year old mother about it!!!
Owner at check yelled at me and my mother as well!!! Totally Rude and Disrespectful to a guest and especially an elderly person

What an amazing boat, very clean and close to everything!! The owners were amazing and so helpful!! Everything you need is there and in the hot humid weather we were so very comfortable and cool. Thank you again for a great stay!! Hope to do it again when in Sanford!!

We Will Never Stay on Land Again
I come down to the Sanford area pretty frequently to visit friends and family. For this trip, we were moving my mother-in-law up to NC. Staying on this boat made what was supposed to be a chore into a really cool vacation. Two levels: business on bottom, party on the top and they've thought of every small detail. The beds are super comfy and you get rocked to sleep. Who could ask for more?

2 couples thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very unique. Had never stayed in a houseboat before. Much more roomy than I expected. Had most everything you would need.

Girls getaway. Top deck is awesome for sunbathing, watching tv, cooking on the grille and having cocktails. Your just a walk away from excellent restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful location
Owner was great to work with. Houseboat was as advertised and so close to Sanford. We never used our car. The upstairs deck was great In the evening so we just got take out and enjoyed the view and breeze. AC was a little overworked on the hot days but Michael says he is correcting that soon. Would definitely stay again.

Why Knot
A creative place to stay; not your everyday vacation! I enjoyed relaxing on the boat, especially on the top deck and at table on front deck. Everything was comfy and cozy. The drive to Orlando and beaches are close by too. Hope to visit Why Knot while this way again. Thanks!
