Me and my sister work long hours and just wanted to relax, the room overlooked the pool as well as watching the beach and waves of the ocean. We did partake in those accommodations but when we just wanted to snack and watch some wave we did it from the comfort of our room

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 10! The unit was genuinely spotless when we arrived as was the overall condo-the building, pool, and beach were immaculate. I appreciated that all of the bedding was fresh and clean, there were adequate kitchen utensils, and the lower floor was fantastic. I do think it is important to know that Florabama is right next door and there was foot traffic on the beach from the bar. It would not deter us from returning. Overall this was a great experience!

This is our second time staying in this building, which is is great - right on the beach, lots of amenities. This particular condo was very spacious and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay.
Downsides to this place - parking went up this year to $60/vehicle. Also, the dishwasher didn't work very well, and I had to wash most dishes that were in the cabinets before using them.

Our stay lasted 2 days. was kick out. Other people were doing bigger no no's than us. And nothing was done or said.. No warning or anything. Just get out. Will never stay there again..

They need ACCURATE photographs for the actual condo and amenities
The condo listing has inaccurate photos. There is NO separate kiddie pool as the photos indicate which was one of the main reasons we chose the property SO BEWARE if that’s a feature you are looking for, it’s not here. Walking up to this condo itself was disgusting. The condo was filthy. Thankfully, we brought our own cleaning supplies. Showers were gross, molded shower curtains they could replace for $5 every time esp at the price of the rental. The air vents have so must dust and nastiness hanging off of them. The drains were full of hair and filth so they didn’t drain properly. The kitchen was crusty. We had to RE wash everything & sanitize counters and sink. Not sure what the “cleaning” fee actually covers to be honest. If you value cleanliness this isn’t your place. If you’re used to other Phoenix properties, stay at those. Thus was our first & last stay here. This condo is more on the lines of a Motel 6 stay.

Not what I expected
The condo was adequate for what we needed. It is very spacious, however, needs updates and more attention to cleanliness. The kitchen could use a blender. I was disappointed in the fact that I specifically reached out to see if the construction at this property was complete…I was told it was complete in the spring. That simply was not true. The tennis court is torn up and they were working on the building every day we were there.
All in all we had a nice stay.

Condo needs work done
This condo needs repairs done! Doors in bedroom off, and laundry room closet. Drain stopper in bathroom missing! Sticky floor didn’t feel or look clean. Condo lobby and hall floor look like they need to be cleaned. Good location and view but disappointed with condition of condo.

Very nice property. It does need some small maintenance things done within the rooms. Normal wear and tare. Great location. Beautiful beach!!!! Other than construction, it was worth every penny saved!!! We are planning another vacation to this condo for next year!

I was not notified that there was construction going on
I was in tears over the disappointment this was to my family. The patio outside my balcony was a pile of sand and a bobcat. The noise started very early in the morning. Not to count all of the following amenities were not available; hot tub, fitness room, sauna, racquet ball court, tennis courts, outdoor pools, and patio for grilling and picnic area.

Great location at the beach
My family and I loved the condo, was enough room for all to enjoy! The kids loved the short walk to the beach and the balcony view was very nice to relax and enjoy the mornings. The condo itself was clean and had alittle bit of everything to cook in the kitchen. Also had beach chairs and sand toys for the kids to use. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!
