La casa è di 3 piani. È stato ricostruito e appena terminato a novembre 2016, quindi tutto è nuovo di zecca. Il piano terra ha un pavimento in cemento con un tavolo da biliardo e un divano letto matrimoniale. È incompiuto C'è un atrio con ingresso fino al secondo piano. Il secondo piano comprende un soggiorno, una camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e un armadio a muro, una camera per gli ospiti contiene un letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo con vasca e doccia, una veranda con un tavolo da pranzo per 10 persone e una bella cucina. Al 3 ° piano è una camera da letto, soppalco contenente un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli con rotelle. Ha anche un bagno completo con doccia. Tutte le camere sono pronte per il cavo. Ci sono 4 televisori Outback è un ponte fuori dalla porta della veranda al 2 ° piano. Fuori dalla porta dal soppalco, c'è un balcone. Clean with everything you need for a little getaway. Really appreciate having sheets for the beds, towels, toilet paper garbage bags, beach gear.

Clean full kitchen, all appliances needed in place. Best part for us is the close proximity to our friends condo on LBI. Lovely to have morning coffee on deck looking over Marina.

First off shout out to the host for such a simple and smooth process. Major shout out to him for allowing us to check in couple hours early as it was just a 2 day 1 night trip. That gave us extra time that we cherished!
The house is super clean, has a lot of rooms, had towels sheets other things ready and clean too!
The location is beyond perfect. You can sit on the balcony and have a meal overlooking the bay, then walk 2/3 minutes to the beach!! Plenty of places to eat and explore nearby as well.

The house was very nice and clean, with good amenities. We enjoyed the weekend stay at the house and the neighborhood. We love sitting out on the balcony, overlooking the marina. We will book again if we ever return to the area. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Lovely home in Beach Haven was very clean and fully stocked. We really enjoyed the sunset views off the back deck. This was the perfect amount of space to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends and family. Having two full bathrooms made everything easier as well. Walking distance to several local attractions and close to the beach too!

This was the perfect house for a group of 6, extremely affordable and Frances could not have been more helpful/responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a house in beach haven.

This rental was PERFECT for my family! The owner was very tentative and sent me texts of storm warnings while we were there and a tropical storm was coming through! The house was in a perfect location to the beach and stores!!! It was clean and beautiful and very spacious for 7 adults and one child!

This property was very clean when we arrived and was overall beautiful inside and out. Communication with the owner was easy and accessible. We will def be renting from her again.

The house was amazing! We arrived on a super hot and humid day and walking through the door to a nice cool home was just perfection. The house was clean, spacious and plenty of beds for sleeping. The deck was nice and it overlooked the bay! Would definitely recommend.

Location was very convenient and house was very clean and neat. The online description said there was a queen pullout sofa and pool table in the basement, but there was not. Overall, the bedrooms could use more furniture. Only one bedroom had a closet. Aside from two small night stands, there was no place to put your things. One room had no furniture but a bed and TV. All clothes, etc. had to go on the floor. The house had a lot of beach gear that was very convenient and the outdoor shower was great!

We had a great time. Property was in a great location. Upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our teen. One suggestion is a full length mirror somewhere. Behind the door perhaps. Everything else was perfect.

Great location! Plenty of space for 9 people. The sleeping situation was fine for all, especially since there was another bedroom on the third floor with a queen bed, in addition to the loft with 3 twins and a full bathroom, which wasn’t clear in the house description. The amenities were basic but perfect for our needs. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of full length mirrors in the bedrooms, as the only mirrors in the whole house were in the bathrooms and not enough for a large group with teenagers! Overall, wonderful house.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the house! The house was extremely nice and perfect for our group. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and even had beach chairs sent to the house to make sure we had enough! Highly recommend!

The location of the house is wonderful. We could walk everywhere. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset (where our daughter got engaged!) by the bay and the 2 min. walk to beach. The house was overall clean. The beds are not the most comfortable, but by day 2 we did get used to it. It sleeps 9 comfortably. The kitchen is a bit small, but still fine to do light cooking. Communication and booking with Frances is very easy and went smoothly. Overall we had a great experience

A group of girlfriends finally reunited after several years and celebrated a nice weekend in LBI.
The check in was super easy using the keypad. The house was so clean and spotless. Not a spec of sand to be found. Such a pleasant surprise. Location was wonderful and it was so enjoyable to sit out on the deck overlooking the water and boats. The owner truly keeps up with this property. Street was so quiet. Walking distance to many restaurants, a Wawa and of course the beach. Would definitely recommend this home to others and if we're back in the area, would love to stay again.

Weekend Getaway
Our family finally experienced our first LBI vacation. The house was everything said it was! The sunset was amazing- whether you watched it from the balcony or walked two minutes to the bay. Easy walk to the beach, ice cream and Woodies. Looking forward to going again next year.

The Perfect Rental!
Frances (Fran) was a great Host (answered any question immediately and sent us a PDF pre check-in of everything wee needed to know about he house and things to do on LBI...all the way down to the recycling pick-up schedule).
Her house was just as advertised. Everything was clean, and appliances, BBQ, Central Air, etc. were in great condition. 2nd floor deck has AMAZING views of the sunset. Knowing that she had good beach chairs and beach umbrellas at her house also helped us save space in our car when packing for the week.
Would definitely recommend her place and will be renting again there next summer.
