Right above the lift at Angelfire. Great location.

The condo is very nicely decorated. Lots of stairs. Would not recommend for an elderly person or someone who has leg issues. We did not feel this was walking distance to the ski area.

We had a great time. Great location, very close to skiing.

As good as it gets. you can walk to the Lifts. the water is always hot, the place is very well decorated, with perfect balance so that it looks nice and cozy, but not so new and elegant that you are afraid for the kids to touch anything. 2nd time we stay at Patty's property and each time we enjoyed it quite a bit. the nonpositive things but not relevant would be that the dish satellite provided does not have ESPN (good to have during new Year's for college bowls) and that it takes some time (car ride) to throw the garbage out. The extra good is the equipment such as small stands and snow management tools that helped us to pack our vehicles on time. We really wanted to schedule next year in one of Patty's properties but those were already gone for next new year's.

Stayed for a family and friends Christmas vacation. The property met our expectations. The check-in / check-out process was easy. The property is as described. The location is phenomenal. I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Angel Fire in the winter or summer.

This is a great condo with a fantastic view of the Sangre de Cristo Mtns. Morning Coffee on the deck surrounded by hummingbirds and with the Mountain View is amazing.

Great property at a fantastic location to the chair lift. A huge plus was the garage for storing bikes. Property owners were friendly and helpful. Definitely a return trip coming .

Really loved the wool sheets, proximity to the lift, balcony view, and the sauna was nice. Although, we were unsure if we understood the thermostats correctly and the front door does not lock unless you pull the door while it locks. We didn't realize this until the last night. These are just notes, but it was a great place to stay overall!

Great location and plenty of room for all of us. Short walk to the lift. We asked for a Christmas tree and the owner delivered which made our Christmas perfect. Thank you

This place could of easily accommodated 8 people but it was just the two of us, so we enjoyed the whole place to ourselves. Good selection of cookware and dishes. My tip would be if bringing your own food, bring foil, plastic wrap, or containers for leftovers. Appreciate spices, coffee, and condiments provided. Close to ski lift and restaurants. Perfect for a quiet peaceful getaway. We definitely want to come back again next year.

What a great location! A group of friends and I stayed here to downhill mountain bike angel fire resort. It was so nice being able to jump on our bikes and be at the lift in less than a minute! The Property is spacious and clean with just about everything you need!

The condo was really fantastic with a great view. There was everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. There are lots of steps to the ski lifts but this wasn’t a problem. Alternatively one day we drove to the parking lot with our gear and took the free shuttle to the lift which was good. On day we walk down with our gear and at the end of the day one of us went up the steps got the truck and pick us and gear up. So plenty options. The price was great and we loved it. Lots of room!! The condo was decorated nicely and had plenty of hot water and a jacuzzi. Would recommend!!

The condo was clean and perfect size for our family of 6! There are LOTS of stairs in the condo and to and from the lifts. We had to drive our car to the parking lot to catch the shuttle because it was too difficult to walk the stairs with 3 children! The road to the condo was steep and at one point on our trip we could not drive the vehicle to the condo due to snow and steepness of the road. Definitely recommend snow chains or 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to this condo in these snowy conditions. Overall we had a great trip. Thanks Patty for your hospitality!

The location is fantastic! Right next to the Chiki Express lift and an easy 3-5 minute walk down the stairs. Beautiful views! The property has a great mud room style entryway with a large bench and lots of hanging room for your ski clothes. The layout and space in the house was perfect for our family of 7. We could have easily had an additional family join us. The property has a full size parking space large enough to accommodate a full size SUV. We’ve stayed in several other condos in Angel Fire and this is a pretty huge find! We had an issue with the doorknob malfunctioning during our stay. I messaged the property owner and she called me in under a minute! Then the property manager was THERE to fix the problem in under 3 minutes! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

The different levels and stairs helped work out the soreness from all of our skiing! The walk down to the slopes was brutal but not as bad as the walk up after a day of skiing. We learned after the first day, we’d rather drive down.The Sauna was a Nice feature to have! Beds were comfy and the house was cozy!

It was a great place and location great in relationship to the ski resort. Just be aware there are a lot of steps going and coming from condo to the ski lifts. The place was well represented in the description.

When searching for condos I filtered for ski in/out and this one was on the list. It was NOT a ski in/out. It worked nice for our group but we must have missed the description of all the stairs. There are 6 levels and even the kitchen is on a separate level. Condo is obviously someone’s well used vacation home, and there were plenty of games, books, blankets, throws, kitchen equipment, etc. There was a lot of stuff sitting around and hanging on the walls. Bed was comfortable. We stayed in the very bottom floor because the master bedroom at the top was way to warm for us. Our son and daughter in law stayed up there with the baby and appreciated the warmth for the baby. No soap for the showers is supplied, just FYI. There was a nice view of the mountains, the Internet worked well and DTV was a plus. I had to rate the communication with the property manager to submit this review but we actually had no communication with the property manager.

What a great condo, looks just like the pics. Really loved the condo and the view was spectacular, couldn't get over the view of Wheeler Peak, wow! It is definitely ski in and ski out. Short walk down a bunch of stairs to the ski area, perfect location, can't beat it. Land of Enchantment, we will be back.

This condo was clean and comfortable and obviously well maintained. Be aware, there are lots of stairs. So you’ll get your steps in. We had no issues with the stairs but it’s something to be aware of with this property. The layout is nice. The different levels allow everyone to spread out and not feel like they’re on top of each other the whole time. The kitchen has all you need for meal prep. We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel when we stayed and it was so nice to be able to actually cook full meals for the family during our stay. The garage is a huge bonus to this property. Having a secure place for bike storage that wasn’t in the living space was a must. Plus, you just roll down the hill and you’re at the Chile Express lift in 2 minutes. I can tell that this condo is very cozy is the winter as well, so if you’re a winter sport family this property should be top of your list. There is a sauna! It was a great way to relax and loosen up tired muscles in the evenings. My kids also give it top marks for games of Hide-and-Seek. And finally, having a washer and dryer was fantastic as I was able to do some wash and didn’t have to take home a mountain of dirty laundry. Overall, this is a great property and we had a great stay here.

The property was perfect. It was every clean and well organized. I highly recommend this unit to anyone.

We came for the million dollar view and were not disappointed. This town house Was well maintained and had everything we needed. The decor and appointments were extremely well done. We cooked a lot and everything we needed was available. We spent all our time relaxing on the balcony enjoying the abundant hummingbirds (we brought our own feeders) and the view. I wish I was still able to ski, the locations proximity to everything is ideal.

Was just as described ,in A perfect location near Angel Fire Ski lift! Multiple levels allowed for a more private feel and house has a lot of character and is well supplied. Garage is a Definately a plus for this area!

This is a great summer or winter location in Angel Fire. The condo is clean, in a great location, and well equipped. There are plenty of beds for a large family, or for two smaller families to share. The balcony is a great spot for having a relaxing meal after a day of hiking or mountain biking. And if you plan on doing anything at the Angel Fire Mountain Resort, the location can't be beat. One thing to be aware of, especially if you have any older members of the family, this is a mountain-side condo and, as such, has a lot of stairs. But that was no problem for us and we had a wonderful time!

Very clean and an excellent location. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Angel Fire in the future.
