La nostra casa è stata appena costruita nel 2014, direttamente sull'acqua in una baia protetta. La proprietà è piatta con solo tre scale - dal vialetto al bordo delle acque. (l'enorme mazzo ha 2 gradini, con altri 3 al molo). Guarda le foto del bellissimo e nuovissimo molo con annesso spazio per prendere il sole. La tua famiglia e i tuoi amici adoreranno questo posto per nuotare, pescare e prendere il sole. Il dock ha una frusta per barche fornita per la tua barca (può ospitare fino a 26 "). Il lago ha una profondità di 16 'alla fine del molo.
Questa proprietà ha 75 'di facciata sul lago e molta erba per i giochi di famiglia. Una bellissima novità nel 2019 costruita su misura nel paesaggio con una buca per il fuoco da 20 'e molti posti a sedere per i costumi di quella sera.
Vi è abbondanza di parcheggio fuori strada, di nuovo, senza gradini in casa. A differenza della maggior parte delle altre case sul lago, il tuo veicolo sarà completamente fuori strada e un facile accesso alla casa.
Ci sono tre camere da letto al primo piano: una con un letto king size e due con letti queen size, armadi e cassettiere. Le tre camere condividono un bagno progettato in avanti (o "bagno amico"), tre lavandini separati, servizi igienici e doccia, tutti con porte separate per ospitare fino a 4 persone alla volta. La migliore vista della casa è dal 1 ° piano, veranda a 2 piani - viste meravigliose da 180 gradi. 3 set di porte scorrevoli in vetro si aprono su un ampio ponte con posti a sedere per mobili da esterno, tavolo da fuoco e tavolo da pranzo, posti a sedere sul ponte integrati con una griglia a gas che è inserita, quindi non rimarrai mai senza benzina nel mezzo di cucinare le tue bistecche!

This property is absolutely perfect! The back deck is a few steps to the lake and has everything you need. The home is very well thought out and is perfect for every event. I already looked to book again next year for a family vacation!

I have grown up going to Keuka lake my whole life - in my family's cottage, friends cottage's and other rentals and Marisa's place is one of the best! This year my wife and I (with our 3 month old) decided to invite both sides of our family to stay together, so we rented Marisa's house to have enough room for all 11 of us. It worked out perfectly, and we were so impressed by every little detail that was thought of and taken care of in the house. Everything you could want and need for a perfect stay on Keuka lake was at our finger tips. Kitchen was fully stocked for everyone to cook dinner, great dock for our boat and for lounging and swimming. Marisa was also so friendly helpful and accommodating as a host. We loved our stay and really hope to come back again soon!

We can't praise this property enough. It has everything you could possibly need and offers a host of extra amenities that make your stay exceptionally enjoyable. We felt truly pampered. It's a perfect 10 out of 10—I honestly can't think of anything they missed. Marisa was fantastic to work with; she's incredibly detail-oriented and responsive. I highly recommend this property!

This was our 18th family vacation and it was perfect in every way. Marisa was so helpful to us during a power outage and it was actually a nice break losing Wi-Fi for awhile. This was our 3rd time staying at this wonderful lake house and we’re all booked for 2025. We’re so glad we found this home away from home.

It's really hard to put everything in writing. I think i knew even before we arrived it would be amazing just from reading previous reviews. First of all the location is spectacular. There was so much fall color in the hills overlooking the lake it was a photographers paradise. And then the house. The design is special and yet SO comfortable. There are so many little touches and amenities that make it a cut above. And really clear instructions that you often don't find... it was like having a guided tour. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for opening your home! It's a treasure.

This house has it ALL - location, activity supplies, spacious rooms and lake access to top it off!
INSIDE: The bedrooms are spacious and accommodating, especially the master bedroom which has a fantastic bathroom and doors opening to a small deck. The new dining room table has 10 chairs (and can squeeze in a few more if needed.)
OUTSIDE: It includes a fantastic firepit with 8 new composite Adirondack chairs to sit around at night and, if it is raining, also has a very nice covered back patio with propane fire pit! The grill is connected to gas line so no fear of running out of fuel. As for parking, we were able to park 5 cars in front of the house.
LOCATION: The house is located ON THE WATER near some of the best wineries and distilleries in the area, including Bully Hill (wine); Krooked Tusker (Liquor) and Steuben Brewing (Beer). They have several Kayaks where you can literally push them into the water and start rowing into a 'protected' inlet area.
And, the owners...are fantastic! Great communicators before, during and post trip.
Bottom Line: we have stayed here twice (this last time with 9 adults and 5 children) and ALL LOVED IT, especially the children - in the sun room and the SECRET room. Will be sure to come back to this house on our next visit to this area!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakefront house for another weekend getaway with a group of friends, and it was absolutely fantastic. This was our second stay and we couldn't have been happier.
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the many positives that made our stay memorable. First and foremost, there was ample room to accommodate our group comfortably, we never felt crowded or cramped. The open-concept design allowed for easy socializing and provided breathtaking views of the lake. The amenities were top-notch, we were never in need of anything with the well-stocked kitchen, and icemaker, and games and kayaks for our entertainment. The large table, outside fire pit and stunning views, this, and even more enjoyable weekend with friends.
We can't wait to return and create more beautiful memories at this remarkable VRBO property. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their slice of paradise with us! We give it a resounding 5 stars!

Beautiful lake house on quiet cove with stunning views, we had a great time staying at this property. Our group included three families, kids aged 8-19 and they had a lot of fun. The house was super clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The backyard was fantastic, we can walk out onto the lake easily and the owner provided kayaks for us. The bonfire by the lake was the event of the night. Keuka lake was very clean, you could see the fish swimming, which made fishing off the dock very fun.
The communication with owner is very easy and accessible, we forgot an item at the lake house after our leave and they were able to mail it back to us. Their efforts were much appreciated.

Scott and Marisa’s lake house was the ideal spot to spend the weekend with friends. The house had every amenity you could need and more! We loved getting to enjoy the sunrise by the fire pit overlooking the lake and even got a chance to take the kayaks out on the water. Marisa was easy to get in contact with with any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

The location on the lake is great and with all the room and amenities outside, it would be a great place for family's or adults to relax and have some fun. Nearly everything was perfect! The place was beautiful and clean, well equipped with common items for daily living that would otherwise be a pain to travel with. Host Marisa was communicative and informative.
I would deduct .5 star for the welcoming message (sent the week of trip) including they have an ice maker - so we left ours at home - but then the ice maker was not up and running for the season yet. Also, the front door was easy to get in upon arrival but for some reason we weren't able to get back in through it the next day. Lastly, beware that the freezer takes ages to freeze things! But .5 deductions do not exist so 5 stars it is!

Everything about this property is impeccable, from the home itself to the outdoor amenities. I surprised my mother for her 75th birthday with her best friends from college and everyone was in awe! Marisa helped me plan everything from assistance with linens to restaurant recommendations and everything in between! I look forward to coming back in the summer to spend more time on the water. The house is gorgeous with lots of little details to make your stay great. Very well equipped. The deck and fire pit areas offer amazing views of the lakes and fall foliage. Bedrooms are spacious. Make sure to review how many bathrooms and showers are in the house and what you need to bring to avoid any surprises. Owners were very friendly and quick to respond. Already planning our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful clean home. The only issue our particular group had was the amount of full bathrooms (as described) is 2.&1/2.We had 5 couples & 1 couple had to run downstairs all night long to use the downstairs bath because the only upstairs bathroom was in the master bedroom. We also were blessed to have some tech savvy husbands who had to reset the modem in the living room Tv (had you tube tv)- still didn’t work great!
Luckily the weather was great & we used all the outdoor amenities!

We spent a few days renting this house and their house next door for an intimate backyard wedding. We cleared everything with Marisa and Scott beforehand and they were so helpful, even letting us come up a different day and check everything out and take measurements. The linen service they recommended for sheets and towels had some hiccups, but it was made right. The houses were beautiful and clean and we absolutely loved our stay, as did our entire group. We had so many friends asking for the links so they could book the houses for their future vacations and we'll definitely stay again!

Wonderful home - very clean (and I have high standards in this area). Beautiful outdoor space for family gatherings and fun. Well appointed indoors. Swimming, kayaking and outdoor games were great. I realize most folks eat out but we took turns cooking and had issues with the oven not cooking evenly - some sections not done, others burnt. Same issue with big burner on stovetop. Issue was not resolved during our stay, but I feel confident the owners will address (they seem very attentive and conscientious about their property).
