Great Home with Relaxing Private Pool and Tons of Amenities
Vacanza con noi in questa bella casa sulla spiaggia. Sarete contenti di averlo fatto e tu, come molti altri, si ritorna anno dopo anno. Non solo si sarà in grado di rilassarsi all'ennesima potenza, mettiamo a disposizione un sacco di opzioni per dormire comodi; vale a dire, uno BR ha una molto ricercato letto matrimoniale, due BR hanno un letto matrimoniale più un letto singolo, un BR con un letto matrimoniale e il 5 ° BR ha una serie di letti a castello con un letto trapezio. Tutti possono essere ospitati e stare bene - dai nonni, ai genitori, ai bambini di tutte le età. Si tratta di una facile passeggiata alla spiaggia con ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze oltre a shopping, golf, pesca molo, e divertente per i bambini. E meglio di tutti una piscina privata con una fantastica sedie a prendere il sole a sdraio. Un bar esterno per intrattenere e relax oltre a un angolo cottura esterno non si trova nella maggior parte delle proprietà. Godetevi la bellissima spiaggia a pochi passi di distanza o più di una dozzina di campi da golf in 30 minuti d'auto o meno. Pesca, nuoto, spiaggia, golf, ottimo cibo - qualcosa per ogni membro della famiglia !.

Great house for a family . Plenty of room . Well stocked with helpful items . Could use a little maintenance but not a big deal at all . Would rent again ! Great for family’s ! Good communication and easy check in !

Overall, the house was great. Pros: pool, I actually liked that there was no back door access to the pool because we have a toddler who can’t Swim yet, access to renters closet, they are nice enough to let you use their bikes, a wagon, chairs, pool toys etc. house is updated more than the pics show, new flooring, etc.
Owner super nice and responsive.
Cons- doors/locks are a little tricky but again, owner got back with me immediately when I asked about that. a little bit of a walk to the beach. Not bad, but good workout if you’re carrying beach chairs.

Great location, nice pool, nice home. Needs some TLC and extra cleaning. Would still recommend. Very nice to have alot of kids and beach toys avaailabke to the quests.

Had an amazing time at the beach which was just a short walk away from the house. The pool was wonderful and refreshing and it fit all 20 of us (10 adults and 10 kids) comfortably. Definitely recommend the location and home to anyone who is looking to get away and relax!

There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the owner responded promptly on the 2 occasions when I contacted him. The beach is within walking distance, but renting a golf cart is the best way to get to the beach (partly because those carts can park near the beach but cars can't).

This was the 3rd year we have stayed in this lovely beach home. Any issues have been quickly resolved by the owner. The large private pool is perfect for our young grandchildren and its location offers a very short walk to a beach access. Perfect home for 14 people!

The children loved the beach balls and other surprise pool toys. They also loved the giant pillow in the living room. Well supplied kitchen (variety of pots, pans, casserole dishes, glasses, etc). We did a great deal of cooking and found what we needed. Easy walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed the pool and all the fun amenities in the rental shed like bikes and volleyball net. There’s even a second fridge. And Lots of parking!
There were some repair men that came and we didn’t get a notice. Also, be prepared to bring all your linens, hand soaps, dish soaps, ziplocks, paper towel, and TP- only a small inconvenience. Otherwise, the kitchen is completely stocked. It’s very close and walkable to the public beach access. Only umbrellas and shinumi shades allowed at the beach, no tents or canopies.

The home was thoughtfully designed and equipped - great for an extended family vacation! It was hard to sleep late the way the wooden floors echoed - even with a noise machine, but we were eager to get up to enjoy the beach and pool anyway! Check-in could have gone smoother - the owner thought he had sent the code, but hadn't, and we never got a checkout procedure other than, when I asked, terse instructions to have the trash cans out by 7 am Saturday. The neighborhood was nice and it was an easy walk to the beach - there is a place at the beach access to leave wagons that I wish we had known about. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing place to stay with family!

This property was perfect for our vacation with extended family members! There was plenty of communal space for everyone to socialize and the bedroom/bathroom set-up allowed each family to have their own privacy as well. We loved the short walk to the beach (5 minutes) and really enjoyed playing in the pool!

The property was not fully clean, we found rotten food under one of the center tables.
Garbage containers full, seats at the pool broken and the grilled did not work. When we communicate all the issues to the owner, the answer was “is normal because vacation period is almost over”. I was hoping he will send someone to help us with those issues, but you are on your own, no service at all.
We ending buying a small grill and cleaning some parts of the house that really needed.
Everything else was wonderful, the beach is really nice.

The whole family enjoyed the house and pool. The beach was close enough to the house that walking to it was not an issue. We all had fun

Good location and fun for all! There was no ocean view but the close walk and beach access were wonderful. The pool really kept the kids happy especially when the ocean was too rough to swim. Also, 4th of July fireworks from the top deck we’re extra special! Look forward to a great week in this location! We would definitely stay there again. 😊👍🏻

Very much enjoyed our stay! Having a private pool was a plus, we all enjoyed it, especially the children. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. This house is in a great location, not far from grocery store, close to the beach, restaurants close by, however, we grilled out and ate in most of the time. The grill area is so nice out by the pool. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had ten people stay at John's house and me and my family had a great time. Beach is a 5-minute walk away and there is a ton of stuff a short drive away. The house is gorgeous, had everything as promised.
I would definitely rebook without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was clean and kitchen had everything you could imagine. We were able to cook meals together. BONUS: So happy there was a Keurig machine. The screened in porch was great to sit and relax in the evenings. The pool was perfect for our non-beach people in the family. The location of the house was close enough to the beach so even our elderly parents could walk every morning. Quick response time by Mr Riley regarding questions as well. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This was a great house and great location! The pool and grill area are great! The kitchen is well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable!

The house was perfect, we only had 7 out of the original 14 guests that we're going due to COVID so there was more than enough room. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was very quick! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly go back.
