Door County Cabin in the Woods, Baileys Harbor
Questa deliziosa cabina nella Contea di Door è una bella casa situata nella città di Baileys Harbor, nel Wisconsin. Si trova su 3-1 / 2 acri di bosco in una posizione isolata, ma non remota. L'intera cabina è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. Ci sono due camere da letto, con letti queen size molto confortevoli. Abbiamo una società chiamata Mosquito Squad che spruzza la superficie con spray per animali domestici e persone per tenere giù le zanzare e le zecche e i nostri ospiti ci dicono che funziona molto bene!

What a cute little cabin! Great communication with host, nice location and quiet neighborhood. I did yoga every morning on the screened in porch. The larger porch adds so much space to eat and hangout. We rented a dock slip at the marina for our boat. Driveway was plenty big enough to store our trailer. Perfect spot for us to bring our dog too. Took her on a walk every day down the dirt road. Would highly recommend!

This cabin was just what we needed for some time away from a hectic life. It’s comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quite charming. We especially enjoyed time on the screened in front porch drinking our morning coffee, playing games, or just talking, and when we were ready to get out and about, it was close to any activity you could want in Door County, while still having a sense of quiet and privacy in its location. We would gladly go back for another stay!

We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. It was so nice finding a place that allowed bigger dogs! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us! Close to town but also good place to stay if exploring other parts of DC. Hosts very accessible if you need them. Highly recommend and I will go back.

This was a perfect stay for us and the dogs. The cabin is rustic on the outside and updated inside. Saw deer on several occasions from the cabin. Provided a quiet retreat when wanted and a short drive to most places. Found Linda lane is a great place to take the dogs for a walk.

We have stayed at this cabin twice. We chose it due to being a dog friendly property. The cabin is a perfect size for a small group with all the atmoaphere needed to relax in a wooded area near Baileys Harbor shops and restraunts. The hostess,Karen, creates a warm and welcoming environment with lovely furnishings and everything needed to.feel at home. The communicaton process was exceptional. We will definitely return!

We and our two little furry friends enjoyed our little getaway at Cabin in the Woods. It was conveniently located, and plenty of places to walk the dogs. We really enjoyed the cute gas fireplace. Great communication with Karen and seamless process from start to finish. Thank you for a great winter getaway.

Our stay was wonderful. The owner, Karen, promptly answered our questions. When we arrived at the cabin the lights were on and there were chocolates on the table to welcome us. My teenage grandson was a last minute addition to our trip and Karen thoughtfully added extra towels and bedding for him. The cabin was clean and supplied with everything we might need for our 3 night stay. We were surrounded by woods, yet only a 5 or so minute drive from downtown Bailey's Harbor. It was exactly what we were looking for and hope to return soon.

My mom and I stayed for a weekend with our dogs. We had such a relaxing time! Couldn’t have been any better!

We arrived late on a dark, rainy evening. Karen had been thoughtful in having lights on in the cabin to make us feel welcome. The cabin has been provisioned with lots of thought for the comfort of her guests. It was a great experience.
As a special bonus, when we awoke the following morning we were surrounded by a sea of gold and red.
By sheer luck, we had arrived at the peak of color in Door. Our cabin was located in a grove of maple trees .
The beauty is hard to describe.
Our only regret is that it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the
lovely screened porch. We hope to return a bit earlier
next time to spend time on that porch.
We recommend this cabin to anyone wanting to spend
time in Door County.

Great place to stay. It was very cozy. The access to Door County recreation areas, parks an Preserves was outstanding.

This house is perfect in every way. The location in relation to all of the different towns/areas is really great. Everything is an easy distance away. The area directly around the house is so nice. Very secluded and wooded. It's very pretty. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a relaxing week at the Cabin in the Woods. It was a quiet, private and beautiful location. Especially enjoyed sitting on the front screen porch with a cup of coffee and a book in the morning! Then enjoying the many things that Door County has to offer in the afternoon.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and walks with our dog. The home itself was just what we were looking for and found!

We stayed at the Cabin in the Woods for six days (myself, Mother and Gus (dog)). We enjoyed the "woodsy" feel associated with northern Wisconsin, but not necessarily Door County (in our minds). It was nice to enjoy the shops, galleries, parks, and other nearby attractions but then return to a woodsy cabin that felt more like "Eagle River" than Door County. We enjoyed the large screened in porch on the front which is great for eating and relaxing in a bug free environment. The extra details like dog bowls, a kennel, etc. were a really nice touch. We saw lots of wildlife from the cabin or on walks nearby. We had a great experience and plan to come back in the future!

No matter where you are exploring in Door County, this beautiful cabin is no more than 30 minutes away. I have a habit of over adventuring, so my wife was always happy there wasn’t a ridiculous drive at the end of a long day. :-) All the beaches, state parks, and wineries just a short drive away.
Karen, the owner, was great! We like our privacy and to be left alone when we’re on vacation. This cabin in the middle of the woods was perfect for that. No neighbors or nervous owners dropping by on you. :-)
I want to recommend this cabin to everyone, but that’s hard to do. I don’t want anyone taking my next reservation. :-)

This property is so beautiful and private. You are tucked away on a private road in the woods, but just minutes from so much!! That makes this such an ideal vacation spot that I will come to year after year.

This cabin is super cute, very well maintained and comfortable. Beautiful wooded property right next to Bailey’s Harbor. The beds were comfortable, awesome screened in deck to sit on. Can’t wait to go back!

Karen's cabin was lovely. The location couldn't have been better - beautiful, private woods but less that five minutes to downtown Baileys Harbor. Inside, it was comfortable, warm and had anything we could have wanted. Karen was delightful to interact with.

From beginning to end this cabin was perfect for me, my husband and our yellow lab to have some quiet time away. It’s close enough to Baily’s Harbor that we walked into town too! My favorite part was seeing the beautiful snowy woods outside of every window! The beds were SO comfortable too. I highly recommend anyone to book this property who wants a comfortable, relaxing retreat. Karen was also so great as a host! I’m sure this would also be a great property for any family in warmer months as well- it’s really just a 4-minute drive to the lakefront, and a beautiful 15 minute or so drive to the bay side. We hope to return here in the future!

The Cabin in the Woods was the perfect getaway for our "mini-moon" after our wedding. It was quiet, tucked away but also conveniently located just about a 15 minute drive from most of the Door County spots. The screened in porch was my favorite spot in the cabin!

Comfortable home with all of the necessities. My wife and I and our dog Pepper really enjoyed our three day stay. The location was perfect. I only wish the weather had been nicer to be able to enjoy the outdoor facilities. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Door County.

My husband and I loved staying at the Cabin in the Woods and so did our cat who enjoyed the screened in porches. It’s very clean and so charming and it looks like it was recently remodeled with a beautiful knotty pine interior. The owner, Karen, came to check on our wifi connection and couldn’t have been nicer. We are so happy to have found this cabin and hope to plan a stay or two here for next year.

A quiet, peaceful retreat! We loved our stay in this cabin. It is close enough for short drives to neighboring towns and activities. It especially fit our style with the ability to accommodate our Goldie, Hilde perfectly.

We've stayed at the Cabin in the Woods twice now, and absolutely love it! Very quiet, and the home has everything you'd need to stay for a few days or a week. Beds are comfy too! We loved the location, it seems like you are in the middle of the woods far from everything, but you can literally walk to downtown Bailey's Harbor within 20 minutes or less. Highly recommend a stay here!

Peaceful, wonderful location and great stay overall. Close enough, and central location to all of Door County towns/activities but in the middle of a quiet, beautiful forest. Karen checked-in to make sure all was expected and that we had everything we needed. Super easy check-in and check-out. Looking forward to come back again someday.

This is a great cabin in the woods with very comfy beds and well supplied kitchen. Having ac was a plus with the humid weather. Very quiet and peaceful lane. Bailey’s Harbor is our favorite town on the peninsula and the cabin is walking distance from Main Street. We highly recommend staying here!
