Bidwell cottage is located perfectly to walk down to the lake and into town. Cozy place with everything you need for a little getaway. Private and quiet. Welcome gift was a lovely gesture.

Larger bath towels Undercover parking would be good as the birds made a mess on the car from being in the trees In the bedroom I would remove the dresser and have a bench as there is no where to put your bags

The supplies of tea, coffee & sugar were sufficient for our relatively lengthy stay. The hosts were very helpful when we needed it. The wood heater was much appreciated as the nights were rather cold.

The 2 bottles of complimentary sparkling wine were a nice gesture, but a bottle of wine would have been more to our taste.

We loved the cute cottage and felt at home as soon as we stepped in the front door,it was so was comfortable with a great attention to detail. We travelled with our Dog and was surprised by the clean safe fenced yard. We would recommend and return to this lovely cottage.

There was nothing I didn't like. The bath may be a little difficult for some to get into.

Nice quiet and convenient location with secure yard for our dogs. Well presented and enjoyed the wood fire.

Comfortable and cosy cottage with all the things we needed for a weekend stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional and the place kept very clean. The hosts were nothing but helpful and always so quick to reply to any queries we had. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the main street and a super easy and beautiful walk to the lake.

Beautiful location and garden area to sit. Loved the wood fire and all round the cottage was comfortable and cosy.A lot of thought has been put in to make sure you have everything you need from board games ,CD, ,netflix, cooking needs.Lovely touch to have a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge when we arrived. Great communication from Anthony and Andrew. We were made feel very welcome.

We loved the place.

The cottage is super cosy, with a lovely wood fired heater. The host added nice touches like tea and coffee, snacks and a sparkling wine. His communication was excellent. The location is perfect. You can walk to town to the lovely cafes and restaurants and shops. It's also 5 minute walk to the springs and lake and the vintage markets

There's nothing to dislike about this lovely cottage.

Amazing amenities. I have stayed elsewhere in Daylesford after I checked out of Bidwell Cottage. It made me realise again of how comfortable and convenient it was to stay here! Close proximity to the city, lakeside as well as the regional coach stop.

None. The floor near the kitchen was squeaky this time but I had no issues with it.
