We needed a wheelchair accessible condo and Mr. Levey’s place was perfect! It is a beautiful place, in a great location. I especially appreciated the direct contact from him upon check in. He called to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this property.

Check in was easy and security did a great job without being overbearing. The condo is absolutely incredible. Great layout, well supplied, and oh my at the view!!! Sherman was readily available for any questions. Top notch pools and a great beach across the street. Highly recommend

My daughters and I loved the home. It was comfortable and beautiful. The balcony overlooking the gulf was so relaxing. There were great amenities on site and the bonus of the beach made it special. I would come again and stay longer the next time!

The condo is great and is in a wonderful location between Gulfport and Biloxi. It could use some tender loving care. Picture in the master bath fell and scratched the tub prior to our arrival. There were some burned out lights, fan in front bedroom on left did not work, knob on one of the doors for washer & dryer was falling off. Owner allowed us to come in early and and was very helpful and responded to us. I would gladly recommend this condo to anyone,

Condo was perfect! Owner very kind and always answered any questions I may have had. Condo was very well supplied and the bed is amazingly comfortable!! My next trip to Biloxi I will be staying at Legacy 1404!!

The penthouse was perfect for our stay. It is fully equipped with everything you need plus some. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. This project has great security. Cannot wait to return.

The property was nice the fliirs could have been cleaner, the rugs need to be replaced, my grandchildren tripped on them they seemed very worn, end curled on edges and needed cleaning. Unit was well equipted, patio furniture very nice, nice pool area, great location, would come back, definitely

We had a wonderful time visiting family in Biloxi. My young adult girls spent time at beach. My husband and I had some time at pool and walked the gulf line daily. Many places to eat and do in close proximity. Condo very comfortable and well kept. View from balcony fantastic. I loved sitting on balcony and catching the breeze.Highly recommended!

This unit (14th floor) was absolutely what we needed. We were in town to visit our Navy family who had just returned from 3 years overseas. We were able to relax with them and have our grandson stay if he wanted to (he did!) The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were spacious, as was the living area. Access to parking was perfect, the pool was very refreshing, and there was good seating on the balcony, which overlooks the Gulf. Thanks, Sherman!

Had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was available. The view was spectacular. The owner was such an easy person to communicate with and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend it!

The Condo had everything. Perfect for our two couple group. The views of the Ocean were spectacular. Beach expansive, right outside. They had indoor and outdoor pools immaculately kept. The staff and the owner were all very helpful and available. Weather in Oct was great, clear blue skies & not too hot. Excellent vacation time, recommended.

This condo was spacious, comfortable and accommodating for all of us. It provided a full kitchen and comfy beds. The only problem we had was that we were not smart enough to get the TVs in bedrooms working. Good idea to leave instructions.

I took my granddaughter and a friend to the beach for a short vacation. The location was great - right across the street from the beach. We relaxed on the balcony, looking at the beach. Everyone was polite and kind. It was a family friendly environment.
