Immersa in un ambiente tropicale, l'ampia pianta del pavimento con le sue pareti di vetro nella zona giorno principale combina la bellezza di una posizione sul lungomare tropicale con il comfort dello spazio abitativo rilassato aperto. La casa dispone di un lanai molto grande con 2 tavoli da pranzo per 10 persone e una deliziosa area salotto fuori dalla camera da letto principale.
Mentre la casa ha una pianta molto aperta, offre privacy per tutti, dormendo comodamente 8. Se un gruppo sceglie di guardare un film Netflix sulla TV da 60 pollici nella camera familiare, un altro gruppo può conversare o leggere dall'altra parte della casa o sull'ampio lanai.
Ci sono 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La master suite dispone di un letto king size, TV e un ENORME bagno padronale con cabina doccia e vasca da bagno. Le 2 camere per gli ospiti si trovano sul lato opposto della casa rispetto al master. Una dispone di un letto king size con TV e porte scorrevoli in vetro per un ingresso privato al lanai. Questa camera da letto è adiacente a una cabina doccia e al bagno. La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli e un terzo bagno annesso. C'è anche la possibilità di dormire 2 persone sul letto matrimoniale nella camera familiare.

L'ampio canale ospiterà grandi imbarcazioni e dista solo 5 minuti dal fiume Calusahatchee che collega il Golfo del Messico. Il paesaggio esterno presenta diverse piantagioni come fichi di tacchino e agrumi. Ulteriore privacy e manovrabilità della barca vengono create trovandosi in canali intersecanti.
Questa è veramente una casa, non solo una casa vacanza, elegantemente arredata e arredata con tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante: lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare, sapone da bucato, sapone da bagno, detersivo per piatti, canne da pesca, dispositivo di raffreddamento, sedie da spiaggia, gas griglia, ecc., ecc., questa è una casa lontano da casa - porta il tuo costume da bagno!

The house is everything you need great location great pool and it's right off the water. The house was clean and as described and was very stock we didn't even need to get any fishing equipment.

This house has everything you need and more. Lovely comfortable furnishings and lots of little extras you don’t always get in rental properties. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. The pool area is great as is the view of the canal. We loved sitting at the waters edge under the little tiki hut. In a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

Home was very comfortable and true to the listing photos. Enjoyed the proximity to Rotary Park and Westin complex. Found pickleball courts not too far away. Enjoyed coffee on the dock...a couple
More stools would be nice. Pool was warm but we did find the cover awkward due to the pool shape. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Husband and I plus oldest son and wife spend two months
Each Jan./Feb in Cape Coral and would rate your home up near the top of our residences. Pool warm, bed co for table and kitchen well outfitted. Thanks for a nice stay.

I have nothing to give other then praises except traffic is horrendous! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. The house has everything one could need. Location is exceptional! The living quarters impeccable! The pool was a bonus. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

What you see is what you get. Pictures are accurate, clean, everything was in working order, they had everything you need at the house. Beautiful view on the canal, great location. Would I rent this home again…absolutely! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

We spent 2 weeks at this property and had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everybody. Bedrooms were roomy and with three bedrooms and three baths, everyone had their privacy.
It was nice to have a lot of towels as well as beach towels for everyone. Location was close to everything we wanted to see.
The house was very clean and it was nice to have cleaning supplies to use during the two weeks.
We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this villa for a week during our kids' spring break, and had one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The villa was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We had a great time swimming in the heated pool, and my son and I fished off the dock every morning. The location is also fantastic too, with quick access to restaurants, groceries, ice cream shops and a cool city park with a large nature preserve. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a nice, quiet getaway. The house was well maintained and well stocked. Only suggestion would be for extra cleaning of cushions on lanai couches, however, this would not keep us from returning.

We stayed for the entire month of January 2022 and this home was absolutely wonderful. We stayed after the hurricane and initially wasn’t sure how the property and area was, but we were so pleased that the property was in absolutely perfect condition. The quality of the home was excellent, and outdoor patio area spacious and relaxing for hanging with friends and family, and the dock was wonderful to dock a 26 foot deck boat we rented. Would encourage anyone to stay here, and host was great as well.

We love Cape Coral, and this house was super for our family (plus it’s in a great location!). We fished, walked, swam, rented a boat, relaxed and enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer…we will definitely be back ;)

House is lovely. We were just one couple but house is laid out well so that 2 couples could stay or a family. The canals made sitting outside very pleasant, and the pool was lovely. We liked the neighborhood. The house was walkable to rotary park and even to Tarpon Point.

I will start with the bad. No cleats on the dock but with long enough dockines just wrap and tie off on boat cleats. Icemaker does not work due to design. I understand this as mine at home also has issues due to design. Publix is 5 mins away. Bought $3 bag of ice. Problem fixed. Don't sweat the small stuff. Now for the house. Large open floor plan. Master bed and bath are very large and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and room opens to pool. Spare rooms also were nice but we did not use so cannot comment on comfort of beds. Living area is very large and plenty of room and seating for everyone. Kitchen is nicely equipped and pretty much has anything you need to cook almost anything. Pool area is nice with TV outside and nice sesting. We spent most of our time out there. If you are bringing a boat the house is is only a few minutes into the canal. Very easy to get to from the landing and the wide dock makes it easy to dock.
For those that do not want to cook there are several restaurants within 10 mins of the house. House is very nicely located.
Overall a very very nice experience and highly recommend this house to anyone with or without kids.

We were surprised with the house, because it looks much better in reality than in pictures. A lot of space, quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool. And very understandable owner, we had to put down our beloved dog three weeks before the arrival. When we let the owner know he wrote us warm words and in half an hour we had a refund done. Thank you, Steve and Nat!

Roomy House - Kayaks a Plus!
The house had a lot of space for the four of us. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. House has been newly painted on the outside a blue/green color. Plenty of pretty fruit trees and lush landscaping. There was a mango tree on the property as well. Kayaks were a plus and easy to launch from lower deck!

A lovely vacation home
My husband and I spent 9 days at this property and absolutely fell in love with it! We travelled with our senior fur baby and loved that Rotary Park was just a few houses down the street which provided a shaded walk during the hot July weather. We loved the community, the walkers, the bikers, everyone in the Cape Coral area was so very friendly! We ventured out to Sanibel Island to enjoy the gulf, we looked at homes for sale in the area, and are overall very pleased with this quaint community. The landscapes are beautiful and well kept even in the center islands of the streets. We are already looking for a date in 2023 to rebook this property!

Beautiful House and a Great Location!
This place is exactly as described. It is a beautiful house and the location in the canal made it easy to get out to the gulf with our boat rental.
The highlight for the kids was the pool! The covered tiki hut on the dock was great also. We absolutely loved this place and hope to be back soon!

Idyllic Holiday Home
The house was super, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. Tony was always on hand to help with any minor issues and questions as was Nat. Loved the neighbourhood and the Owls, Duffy’s bar was a 30 minute stroll away which was great for a few drinks and nice food all drinks were 2 for 1 at all times. Loved sitting on the dock feeding the fish, bonus was being able to garage the car. All in all a wonderful vacation in a lovely house.

Beautiful home
We had a great stay at this property! Pool was a huge hit with the kids and we were close enough to explore other cities/beaches within an hour of the area. Plenty of amenities for your beach day!

Christmas Stay
Our stay was wonderful at this property. We enjoyed every minute of it. The house is only about 30 mins away from the airport and was very easy to get to. The road that this house resides on was so quiet and peaceful yet close to grocery stores and restaurants . This house is very close to walking paths and very quiet to bike around and kayak the canals. Our stay was amazing and we look forward to renting a house again for our next stay. Thanks for a wonderful first stay in Cape Coral.
