Great for families. Den is 4th bedroom with full bunk beds. Gated Community
Situato in una bellissima comunità recintata nella zona del Foothills del deserto. Camera da letto principale con cabina armadio, bagno padronale e TV via cavo. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con un futon matrimoniale Queen e la camera n. 4 (aka Den) ha un letto a castello pieno pieno con rotelle complete con una poltrona reclinabile Snuggler e TV via cavo. Il secondo bagno è tra le camere 2 e 3. La bellissima camera Family ha una TV da 55 pollici e un tavolo da pranzo. Sistema audio in tutta la casa. Via cavo e Wifi sono su Suddenlink. Vi è abbondanza di spazio per il parcheggio auto o barca sul vialetto. E un posto nel garage per la tua auto. Riscaldamento, aria condizionata e dispositivo di raffreddamento della palude. Nota: ad aprile 2019 abbiamo aggiunto il campanello "Ring" a causa di alcuni manutentori inaffidabili. Se hai domande o dubbi su questa aggiunta, invia un'e-mail o chiamaci direttamente. We always enjoy staying here when we visit Bullhead. This home has everything for a comfortable vacation. It is clean and there is plenty of space. The location is in a gated and safe neighborhood. This is our first choice whenever we come out to visit Lake Mohave.

We stopped counting how many times we stayed here. We visit Bullhead City several times during the Summer and always try to book here. The home is spacious, clean, safe and minutes from the lake. It has everything you need for trips with family or friends to relax, cook, socialize or just come and go. The host is great! We often plan our trips around this home being available because we enjoy it so much.

Loved the fact it was in gated community! The drive from river and back is a breeze. Clean house very spacious enough for my whole family. Would stay again!

We love staying here. The host has always been prompt and professional. She is amazing! We appreciate the cleanliness and size of the home. It is in a safe neighborhood, close to Lake Mohave and has everything we need for our family trips. We will continue to stay here on our trips to Bullhead.

Great house with lots of room to relax and enjoy our two plus months in Arizona. The location is perfect for access to the desert and mountains, Laughlin, Fort Mohave, and beyond. The hosts responded promptly to the few minor concerns we had.

We had a family vacation on Lake Mohave for the week and, as always, it was amazing. Cheron is a great host. The home has everything we need as a family and we look forward to next time.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Very spacious, modern, the views from the too of the hill are stunning. Cheron responded to any questions quickly and provided all the necessities for a weekend get away.

We come to Bullhead every year to hang out at the lake. I always try to stay here because the host is great. She communicates well and makes you feel welcome. This place is comfortable and clean and there is plenty of room for family. It feels like a home and it is minutes from Lake Mohave. Our family tried staying in other places in Bullhead (both on and off the river) but we always come back here. Its is the best!!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. It is very spacious, equipped and clean. My family and I had a very comfortable stay and look forward to visiting again next time. Cheron made the entire process smooth and was very helpful throughout the process.

This was the second consecutive vacation here with the family. We all enjoyed the home. Very nice area and a short distance to the lake and to Laughlin which makes it very convenient. We are looking forward to next year.

Very lovely home. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we liked the pull out beds on the bottom in two of the four rooms. Beautiful backyard. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Booking went smoothly. Owners all available during our stay. House has plenty of space and very comfortable. The spare refrigerator in the garage is perfect for Bullhead with all of the water we need during the summer months. Will definitely stay again!
