The view from this property is so pretty and peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be so close to the shops and restaurants of downtown Gulfport.

Great location, walkable to everything Gulfport. Clean and well stocked. Easy-peasy!

Nice location. Unit is next to a small park, at the waterfront and at the edge of the town. Short drive to St. Petersburg. Entrance is at rear of the building. Backyard is a long narrow lot leading to a small beach on the bay. Beach is maybe 100 yards from the unit. Yard gives overgrown appearance. Steps up to unit feature a rickety hand rail. Screen door just flaps. Inside the floor is well worn unfinished wood strips with some gaps. Some slats are misssing from narrow venetian blinds making privacy an issue.. [My wife or daughters would not have stayed here because of lack of privacy.] No door to bedroom making it open to the rest of the living area. Unique features include a large soaking tub with a great shower at the center of the unit separated from the main living area only by a shower curtain. Also, the TV sits on a rectangular cut out of the wall so that it can be viewed from the living area and turned around to be watched from the bedroom.

nice and cozy eclectic property out of the 1920's look and feel. needs new blinds in the front windows as they were all broken in some fashion. we had a nice stay with great local restarants and shops very close. Beach was small and messy with some kind of algae but it was too cold to swim anyway but it was still nice to sit by the water and listen to the local band at a nearby place. GREAT backyard for a dog!

Everything you need, close to all the amenities and beaches, quiet and a beautiful view. Quaint quiet area with boutique shops and restaurants.

Perfect location within walking distance to the Gulfport restaurants, shops and park. We were visiting family close by, so we only used the house to shower and sleep, which was acceptable for our needs. The courtyard needs some work as the grass and weeds were too high making access to the outdoor furniture difficult.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was on the water, which my wife loved. Several times we walked to the park and once we walked out to eat locally. The property seems out of the way, down side streets, but we weren’t really that far from anything. The property was very clean and the property manager responded very well to all of our questions.

Location and price are great. Unit is very clean but extremely old and rustic. Feels a bit like the Great Depression in there.

Communication with property manager was great, location was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and breakfast. Minutes away from St Pete Beaches. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Hosts were amazing, quick to answer questions and always wanted to be sure we were comfortable. Location is amazing, walked to the Pier, fantastic food (we highly recommend Drunken Tacos). Quick drive to St. Pete’s. All around perfect place to rest your head.

We had a great stay here! The property was just as described, we had very clear communication with the owner and the location can’t be beat. Just a short walk to incredible restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Three generations, mom, daughter, granddaughter. We did our own "honeymoon" after my youngest daughters wedding. We found this town and rental on VRBO while searching the St. Petes area. The home and yard were great and the little, quaint town was awesome, something for everyone. The home was so cute and beachy, had everything we needed for our relaxing stay. We will be back.

We enjoy Gulfport and love the location to all local attractions. Communication with host started a bit slow when we had air conditioner grief but she caught up and acted quickly to resolve the problem. We thought the backyard was private just to us but at least found the other guests to be respectful of our privacy.

We enjoyed our stay the place is a triplex not a duplex but there is plenty of room for 3 couples easily. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Loved the culture and area of this stay. It was clean and had a retro kitchen which I loved. It used to be a large home but is now split into apartments so the set up is a little wonky but really enjoyed the garden tub. The outdoor shower and private beach was just what I needed to relax. Thank you for a great stay!

This location is perfect for R&R, but yet all you need for excitement, activity is within walking distance. Gulfport is a nice place. Locals are so nice. It is NOT touristy area at all. Just great local folks welcoming you to the area. Great beach within walking distance. Beach at the home is for birdwatching and R&R. You can hear the live music from the local bars from the chairs out by the water at the unit.

Cool place on the water in Gulfport. Literally a 2 minute walk to all the fun stuff . Next door to the pier, but separated from the activity by a quiet veterans park. Nice to hang out by water and enjoy the peace and then walk over to a the brewery or cantina (and more) for a drink/bite. Historic feeling home with all the original charm - very comfy with everything you need. I would definitely come back. Gulfport is funky and fun!

This was a spontaneous trip to the west coast to check out the area. This cute apartment was just right. Gave you more room than a hotel and a nice view of the bay from the backyard. Loved the character of the property. This trip was a working getaway so if WiFi is necessary for you when you travel make sure you get that info before you arrive. It seemed the WiFi credentials that were given in the check-in email were incorrect and I was stressing hard that first day when I was missing work when I couldn't reach the owner for the updated info. Also, the check-in email said a key is available (and was) but its location wasn't specific. it took some time to find the key. Other than those two issues all was good!

This is a beautiful place with a private beach next door to a lovely park. The Gulfport pier is next door. Everything within walking distance-beach, shops, fantastic restaurants. We brought our dog and the town is very pet friendly. Mike looks after the property and he was so helpful. We stayed a month and saw dolphins off our beach several days. Lots of seabirds even a parrot.

The location of this property is excellent!! It is one block from all the restaurants and shops, yet it’s still quiet. The half of the house is very small but perfect for just the two of us needing some kidless rest! The owner was very attentive and very nice! The property and land could be renovated a bit but it didn’t matter, it was perfect for us!

This was the perfect home away from home for us for a week! Now that our son is attending college in the area, we look forward to coming back!!! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

We have never been to Gulfport before and we absolutely fell in love. The town was so fun, had something to do daily. From the short visit we had I can see this being my next home. If anyone needs a get away that's not over crowded chose this place it was amazing.
