We had a wonderful time! Couldn't recommend this hotel more if you are traveling with little ones.

I like the view the room was beautiful the staff was friendly I wanted to spend my first wedding anniversary there but the rooms went from being $300 a night to $1,500 a night and that's a huge jump so unfortunately me and my husband will not be able to spend our first wedding anniversary there but it would have been nice

The fact that I was unable to make future reservations there instead of having to call direct number and being told that there was a $300 300% price increase in the room between the time I stayed and coming back in two and a half 3 months

Upon arrival there were a few issues with our room; however, the staff immediately catered to our concerns and assured we were satisfied with the outcome. They were friendly and welcoming our entire stay. I was impressed by their service.

There was food and coffee left in the kitchenette's refrigerator.

We greatly enjoyed our beautiful view and the lovely fireplace to stay cozy and warm. Our room was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ The chophouse provided a wonderful meal with great service and the front desk staff was welcoming and extremely accommodating of our every need. The lobby was inviting with the comfortable seating and fireplace as well as the stunning chandelier and water with orange slices.

We would have liked the hot tub to maybe be indoors but still have a lake view. We would have liked to know what shops were open and which were closed this time of year.

It was beautiful, the scenery, the staff was awesome great valet service all of it was wonderful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like besides the snow lol.

I didn’t comfortable inside bathroom towels and bed covers smelled was something very bad. It’s was looking clean but smelled came out something very bad.

The location was amazing and beautiful. I did not know at the time I booked that breakfast was available, Somehow I missed that. What a pleasant surprise to find that a beautiful breakfast buffet was included with our room. A wonderful place to stay for a special occasion!

Checking in was a little problematic with we having to wait in lobby. They forgot to tell us the room was ready.

The views from the hotel were amazing. We loved the style of the hotel . The staff was friendly and attentive and informative about the area and gave great recommendations, we will definitely visit there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had a lake view suite and the view from our room was exceptional. The room was clean and stocked with all the amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious with many options to choose from. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
