Kitchen and linens very well outfitted. Ryan responds quickly and is most helpful. Deck has great view of Birch Bay without being too close to street. A bit awkward floor plan - flight of stairs to main bed w tiny 3/4 bath. Larger bath on main floor

Mr. Ryan, is a good person to rent it from.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The views of Birch Bay were breathtaking. Just walk out the door and you're a few steps away from the beach. It's in a condo complex, but the neighbors were incredibly quiet. Will definitely return!

Whether we wanted to explore the beach, Blaine, Bellingham or Mt Baker it was all close by.

Our time at the condo was great. It was stocked with all the staples you need so was very comfortable. Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had. The view was amazing!

A nice condo right across the street from the beach. The condo had all the amenties need to enjoy our stay. Including butter and mayo, which I had forgotten to buy at the store!! The deck had a view of the water but the sunset happened just out of view. We walked down to the beach to see. There isn’t air conditioning so the upstairs got really hot. We managed with the fans but it was hot. Overall a nice stay

Great location, all the amenities are available. The sunsets are truly amazing. Each night holds a different experience. We would stay here again.

We loved the condo's relaxing atmosphere. It was clean, cozy and had a great view of the bay. We stayed here with 2 children and 4 adults and everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in after a day of fun. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, just bring the food! We used the tennis courts and clubhouse and that was an added bonus. Birch Bay is a great place to "get away from the city" and spend quality time with your loved ones. Thank you Ryan for maintaining a wonderful condo!

This condo is beautiful & clean - completely updated throughout, with comfortable furniture, nice linens, and clean carpets. Beautifully decorated without being cluttered. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and has a dishwasher too. The condo’s loft area is a queen bedroom with a shower and bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has double over double bunks that were perfect for our kids. There is a full bathroom downstairs as well as a washer/dryer unit. There were lots of shelves and hooks in the bathrooms, and dressers and mirrors in the bedrooms made it easy to find space to unpack and feel at home. There is an iron and ironing board, and a big fan helped make our stay very comfortable when it was warm outside. Wi-Fi was available and the homeowner was helpful at answering any questions we had. The condo has a balcony with a table, chairs, grill, and a beautiful view of the bay. Jacob’s Landing was a quiet neighborhood. There is an indoor pool and small hot tub in the complex that we used each day. Also tennis courts and a basketball hoop (we didn’t use them). We enjoyed exploring the bay during low tide, as well as kayaking during high tide. It was within walking distance to a few restaurants, bakery, pizza, ice cream, candy shops, small gift shops and a kayak/bike rental place. Quaint and quiet area. Easy drive to do a day trip to Canada/Vancouver or to Bellingham/Mt. Baker. We would definitely stay at this condo again when in the area. Thank you for a great stay!
