We have greatly enjoyed our stay, everything was excellent- check-in was straightforward and without complications, will definitely come back.

We would have loved some cups or glasses in the kitchen as we were not very well prepared, however that was not a biggie

unable to control the heating and became too hot. also, the sofa bed was missing wooden slats and wasn’t comfortable so someone had to sleep in the sofa instead

Nice and cozy. Very well heated, quiet. Large apartment on three floors with large TV set and Sonos system.

No tables and chair in balcony, loos windows and poor wifi even router is in this middle of the living room. Equipment can be improved.

The food was so good hope next time there’s a rice.

Everything is fine except for the woman who is assigned to the Restaurant. She does not understand English. She also does not speak English except for no. because we knew that breakfast was not included, we were willing to pay because we had no other choice to eat, that's why we stayed there but she said no. Good thing there is a very kind crew there who helped us explain to the woman what we were saying. .The food is very good, I hope next time there will be rice. in the apartment everything is okay next time I hope there will be bathrobes and sleepers and I hope there will be an easy way to the restaurant and I hope next time I will put everything there what is really included in the payment worth 600lei the swimming pool is not included that's what the woman said but because I double checked before i booked the apartment.I looked at the included items, the access pool is there, but the woman there says that we don't access to the pool so we need to pay 125 lei per each for the entrance of the pool.

Everything was at the best level, I can say this is not an apartment its like a kind of royal bedroom's ;-) 3 stages of heawen! The apartments have everything you need for a great holiday, spa nearby, 5 minutes to Poiana, highly recommend!
