La nostra bella casa sulla spiaggia a sud del blocco dispone di 4 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni, aria condizionata centralizzata, 7 TV a schermo piatto con cavo premium, internet ad alta velocità e una lavatrice e asciugatrice situato al piano principale. La nostra casa comprende parcheggio fuori strada per 1 auto, parcheggio in strada gratuito, è 1. 5 isolati dalla spiaggia e mezzo isolato da ottimi ristoranti, negozi, WaWa e il nuovo Ventnor Square Theatre che inaugura l'estate 2019.

A group of four families stayed in Debbie and Jared‘s home and this was hands-down, the best hotel/VRBO experience we have all ever had. Debbie left a basket of snacks with “Good luck” confetti on the counter. She truly went above and beyond! The house is absolutely immaculate (this is coming from an absolute OCD germaphobe). The home is in a well situated location to get around Atlantic City easily. It is also extremely organized and extremely spacious. Debbie was very communicative and easily accessible to get in touch with for any questions or concerns. During our stay, it unexpectedly snowed and before we even were awake, everything was shoveled for us , I would rate them 1 million more stars if it was available I could not recommend this host more!!!!

This might be the best prepared vacation home I have ever experienced. Deb and Jared home was beautiful, clean, spacious and perfectly located for our group of 9- 4 adults and 5 children. Every detail was taken care of for us with perfect instructions- Parking, beach tags, chairs, cooking utensils, linens, etc. The whole house was well equipped and labeled very effectively. All this resulted in a fun and memorable weekend with the family. We look forward to coming back!

Everyone should try to stay at this property if they have the opportunity to do so! Debbie and Jared have this home set up so you feel like royalty. You barely have to lift a finger; you just get to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. This house came with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, kid beach toys, beach wagon; not to mention bath towels, wash cloths, linens and super comfy beds. They have high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash throughout all the bathrooms. Almost all of the light switches were labeled in EVERY room. Not kidding they even have an emergency fire ladder in one of the upstairs bedroom closets. They have thought of everything. Only about a 5 minute walk (if that) to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 10. My brother and sister in law brought their dog and Debbie and Jared had left special treats for him in a basket of goodies they provided. Will definitely be looking to stay at an Our Humble Homes again in the future!

This property was perfect for our visit. It's in a great location, with restaurants, a convenience store, ice cream and the beach all within two blocks.
The house itself is lovely, well appointed with all the convenience and spacious enough that 8 adults and two older kids never felt cramped.

After not traveling to Atlantic City since the beginning of Covid, we decided to go there again. From the minute we turned on this property's street, we knew we have made the right choice! This home is in a beautiful, quiet, SAFE neighborhood. (A big difference from staying in a casino.) We felt so welcomed by the hosts as there was snacks, bottled water, ice, and even a bottle of wine! The home has been beautifully decorated, and it has everything a guest could want. Easy to work TV's, nice dishware, comfortable beds, and both heat and air conditioning! Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants, essential groceries, and the beach and boardwalk! We found all of the restaurants had delicious food, too! Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we can't wait to return!!!

Jersey Shore Getaway
This was a great house for 2 families. Plenty of room for all and home fully stocked. Access to the boardwalk and beach was an easy 1.5 blocks with several dining options in the area. Not having to bring beach chairs or towels with us was a huge assist. Debbie & Jared did a great job updating the house and adding many amenities.

The house was in a GREAT location (one block from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, movie theater and there’s even a 24 hour WaWa a few doors down!) my girlfriends and I came together for the first time in a while and this house was exactly what we needed to make our weekend perfect! the house was so clean and the owners didn't miss a beat when it comes to having it stocked with everything you need. Such a short walk to the beach and supplying the beach equipment was such a plus I can not rave enough about this house even the neighbors were super friendly, it seriously was the perfect local beach town getaway!

So I'm a bit of a fussy New Yorker and I must say that Debbie and Jared's house was the best experience I have ever had from a rental property. Everything was thought out and perfect- from the welcome snacks to the TVs in every room to anything you could ever want for kitchen tools. So so good. Cannot wait to go back.

We stayed at Weymouth Ave for a week in early spring so we didn’t expect to get much beach time but had the weather been warmer, this location would have been ideal for a stay at a quiet beach! The description and beautiful pictures on the listing are exactly what you get when you stay at this home... it’s very clean, tastefully decorated, extremely organized, and well stocked with cooking needs, basic toiletries, beach essentials, and indoor activities. When we arrived there was a lovely personalized welcome basket of snacks, wine, child safety door and outlet covers (hello one year old!), honest baby shampoo for our littles, and even organic dog treats for our dog Penny (she loved them!). We appreciated the thorough house guide for outing and restaurant recommendations and the basic running of the home. I reached out to Debbie twice (nothing to do with issues with the home - no problems there) and she responded immediately.
We loved the location (a short distance to the boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants and a yummy chocolate shop!) We explored AC (just north of the house), Margate and Longport (just south), and drove across the bridge to visit OC as well.
My in laws stayed in the finished lower level.. they were very comfortable and it was perfect for giving them their own space to retreat and relax.
If you haven’t gathered from my review, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay with there again in the future! Our three year old didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this home, thank you again Debbie and Jared!

Great stay at beautiful property!
We had an amazing time with friends at this property. Super close to the beach and property is just as described. And I can’t thank Debbie and Jared enough for their flexibility and willingness to work with us when we had an unexpected travel delay. Great home, so clean and beautifully decorated. Adorable welcome basket with treats and even flags and sparklers for our July 4th celebration! House we rented had everything we needed I will say more then what is required enough for one month. Very clean propery my family enjoyed it all. Just one block from beach they had all the things you need for beach. All rooms were equipped with full service TV.

Girl's weekend for Celine Dion concert

Relaxing atmosphere!
We came to Atlantic City for a car show completion. Although this is a beach house, and didn’t go to the beach (winter)Our team stayed at this property, which had plenty of room for us all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty, and the bunk beds are fill size and very comfortable. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. There was a welcome basket from Debbie and Jared on the counter. The back porch will be great for anyone who comes in the summer time, as well as the stocked beach items they have for guest usage! The basement is like another house and provides more space and privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as the photos shown. The owners were very attentive to answer any questions we had and kept in contact with us.
The only CON I would have is on a more personal level and not of the fault of the owners. I slept on the couch while my husband slept in the bed. The queen bed was simply not big enough for the both of us, but he did say the bed was comfortable :) Maybe next year when we come to town there will be a king size bed in the master to accommodate a larger individual.
Thank you for providing a great place to relax and cook a home cooked meal for our team after a long day at the car show. We took home a total of 11 awards!

Amazing beach house!
This vacation home was amazing! A few moms and cheerleaders stayed here this past weekend for a cheer competition weekend in Atlantic City.
First of all, Debbie and Jared were so responsive during the entire process of looking for a rental all the way through checkout. It was so appreciated!
The house itself is gorgeous and spotless! They obviously take great pride in their home and we so appreciate them sharing it with us. Debbie and Jared thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From messages to insure we arrived safely, to providing a lovely gift basket, to being responsive to questions we had, they were incredible.
It was not beach season, but the home is located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Would be great for those summer days!

Perfect for a large family weekend trip!
The home was so clean, beautifully decorated, and much larger than it appears in photos! There was plenty of space for our group of 12 and perfect for our wide range of ages. Everyone was able to find privacy but the large kitchen provided space for us to be together. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and basket of treats waiting for us when we arrived. The home had literally everything we needed and was very close to the beach. Debbie and Jared stayed in touch with us before and during our stay. Would highly recommended and we can't wait to go back!

Great beach escape
Our family stayed here during the IM70.3 Atlantic City; and loved this house. We were able to bring our golden retriever, who loved going to the beach, just a block away. Plenty of room for everyone, and very well maintained.
