The overall property is nice and a good price point. The neighborhood is beautiful and spread out over a mountain. You will not make it up the mountain with recent snow without a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. It was a winter wonderland, but very dangerous getting up and down the street, it’s 4 miles long.
Upon arrival, some of the dishes in the dishwasher that were supposed to be cleaned, were not and other dishes throughout the cleaned were not cleaned properly as well. The dishwasher may need some maintenance. The grill area also was not maintained or cleaned at all. It’s a cozy home on a mountain in a beautiful neighborhood with a nice hot tub and views, great family room with a fireplace into the kitchen. Our concerns were the overall cleanliness and communication with the owner was not consistent through VRBO, needed to message her separately on her private number.

Great location and lots of things to keep all busy and happy. Well stocked kitchen. Wintertime is magical there.
Would suggest upgrading majority of mattresses as even children complained if they weighed over 70 pounds. Basement needs fireplace checked as only source to warm up that area. Very cold. Hot Tub felt like it wasn’t maintained with proper chlorine. This is our second stay there but was hoping for a few upgrades over the years.
Did have a great time…Space and number of beds/bedrooms/baths great for our group of 20.

It was very well stocked. Cute decorations. Very comfortable. We had some difficulty with the check-in process, kind of confusing. But we were able to get quick response and figure it out. Two fridges, very nice hot tub. We did catch a little mouse inside. Plenty of parking. Big flat meadow for cornhole. We had a great time!

We had a family reunion here and the cabin was great for it. The kids loved playing ping pong, pool, and foosball, and the big family room, outdoor patio, and theater room provided plenty of space for everyone to socialize. We came at peak summer temperatures and I was worried it would be too hot without AC, but with the windows open and the electric fans provided, it wasn’t bad at all. Homeowner provided clear and accurate instructions and expectations. Hot tub worked great.

It was a large venue--there were 30+ of us and everyone found a comfortable room, adequate bathrooms, fun things to do with the pool table, the ping pong table, and the arcade game. Spacious dining indoors and out. We loved being able to grill our food.

We had to dig into the front door, we had to call for them to plow the driveway. We had to dig our way to the hot tub. They have 3 grills one worked. We took the family their to play games and hang out with the grandkids. The Arcade Game hasn't worked for a long time the ping pong balls and paddles were broken. (They did bring us some Saturday. The dish washer worked but the soap dispenser didn't. The kitchen faucet needs to be repaired. The internet was intermittent. Numerous lights out in kitchen, master bedroom. I understand we have had a lot of snow but I expect to be able to use some of the patios without shoveling them off ourselves. The cabin needs some major TLC. The layout is nice and Brian tried to make up for a number of shortcomings of the property.

Everything we needed was there! Loved the cabin and all of the beds, and especially the 3 different family spaces: basement, main level and upstairs game room.
Only wish: better Wifi and Central Air! Needs more windows that open for more air to come in when its hot inside.

Toll Gate Canyon Cabin
We had our first family reunion at the Toll Gate Canyon property. A group of us stayed for three days from many different directions of the Western states. The property was perfect! It was large enough to comfortably fit grandparents, parents and children. It is located within a short drive to Park City's many attractions from the Olympic training village, quaint downtown, hiking and biking trails. It was the perfect location for us!

We loved staying here. Cozy and plenty of space for 30. The roads to the house are steep. Be sure to bring a car that can go up and down hills.

Tansu Cabin Review
This cabin was beautiful, and had the space we needed for our large family group of 26. The three separate community spaces, one on each level of the cabin, were well used. There was a beautiful clearing behind the cabin where we took lovely family photos. We also saw wildlife walking through and near to the property including a doe and her fawn, a four point buck, chipmunks, ground squirrels, and a family of four badgers. The property is close to Park City attractions, walking and biking trails, and a white water adventure company, which we took advantage of. Our whole family had a wonderful time!

Tandi Cabin A Great Experience
This property worked out beautifully for us. We had a family reunion with all ages involved. Plenty of space for all activities. It is a beautiful cabin in a wonderful location. Quakes and pine. Unfortunately whoever used it before us left garbage in the outside cans. We bagged and removed all of our garbage-but not that left behind as it was not bagged. we notified the owner of wet carpet in the master bedroom area when we arrived but we never heard back from them. Our entire family had a great time and would certainly recommend it to others!!!

The entertainment room was worth its weight in gold! Thank you! We all slept really comfortably. Especially appreciated such quick responses from the owners from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. Thank you!
Would highly recommend a cleaning and changing of the water in the hot tub. It was pretty dirty upon arrival but we enjoyed the time spent there. The mice were a bit tricky to keep pace with so maybe make sure to restock and set traps! Oh the woods! ☺️

This was an excellent place to stay with plenty of room for a large group. It was decently stocked with needed items and everyone had the space they needed to sleep, interact and get ready for the day. We had an amazing time!

We needed a place to sleep 18 and central to skiing many locations. We only spent evenings and slept here. We had some issues with the hot tub that were addressed over a few days. We used the game room every night.
It was a tricky winding road 1 1/2 mile drive from the highway in the snow as a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended during winter months. It was a nice place and we had a good trip.

No internet and the playground equipment was in disrepair and the host was slow to respond to questions while we were at the property but overall we had a fabulous time.

The grandkids loved playing on the playground but it could use some attention—the slide is falling apart. We would for sure stay here again. Monica is great—responds very quickly to any questions. The common areas of this home were great for our large group of 30. We never felt crowded and the diverse available activities kept everyone well entertained. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation at that scale.
