If you want to be right were the action is, this is the place for you. Close to restaurants, shopping, and one block from the beach! The home was great, especially the private pool. I was worried that the restaurant next door would be a problem, but everything was quiet by 11:00 or before in the evening. The smell of the food was torture when we were enjoying the pool though LOL. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My daughters and I had a very nice vacation and would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd summer staying in this wonderful beach house! The location is great! The pool was fabulous on the extra hot days after hanging out on the beach! The house has everything that you could possibly need well stocked! The owners were quick to respond to any and all issues that came about! The neighbors were super nice. We plan on returning next summer to what we now call our favorite house on Tybee

We loved the VRBO. It was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was ideal for the beach, resteraunts and shops. We loved the pool as well. We will be back!

The location was ideal with a pool that was nice in backyard with great restaurant next door. The beach was across street. The house itself was what it looked like online but was not very clean to our standards of clean. Floors were dirty and we had forgotten our pillows and there was hair on pillows. We ended up sleeping on pull out with towels. We just did not feel clean there everything else was perfect.

Loved the property! It is the perfect location on the island. You can walk to most everything. Despite the restaurant right next door, we heard nothing that disrupted our time. It was very quiet. Would definitely stay again at this property!

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable the pool was clean and kept nicely. Wonderful location and neighborhood. Downsides were very limited and would not stop us from renting again. The door between the two downstairs bedrooms does have a gap so we hung a sheet not to see into each others room for privacy. It is located next to a seafood restaurant so there is a bit of a cooking smell in the pool area around dinner time. Tybee and Savanna are charming and beautiful.

Everything was perfect. So many things to do within walking distance. Will def be back. The pool is great to unwind after the beach.

This property is located walking distance to the beach and to the main drag of restaurants and bars. It is on the second floor (the lower apartments were not occupied when we visited) and there are quite a few stairs so if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues this may be a challenge. The apartment was spotless, the washer/dryer came in handy as we had driven and needed to use it to have enough clothes to get through the week. The pool being heated was absolutely necessary as it was still pretty chilly out in mid-April. Be sure to read the descriptions of the bedrooms as the one upstairs is an open loft. There were only 2 of us so we just used the main bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms are small, but assuming you won't be spending a lot of time inside when visiting this shouldn't really be a problem. The only issue we really had was the noise from the restaurant next door. After having driven all day we were ready to pass out and were shocked awake at 5am by the sound of the dumpster lid be slammed (multiple times), garbage trucks, delivery trucks...it went on for hours. It only happened that first morning (a Monday) but it was brutal and mostly ruined that first day because we were so damn tired we couldn't really find the energy to do anything. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and the management was very responsive to a few issues we had and even got us a free meal at the place next door. I would definitely recommend this location.

We really liked the house. It's very clean and has everything you'll need. The kids enjoyed the pool. Its a little loud in the mornings with the trash service but other than that, it was nice.

Great setup for family beach stay. Super clean and well stocked place with plenty of towels and detergent and all. Beds were super comfortable (a pleasant surprise for a rental). Pool was just great! Now, place is a bit noisy with the restaurant next door in the late hours and early morning (garbage trucks and food deliveries), but we travel with white noise machines with our boys which I definitely recommend. Overall, a great place to stay. Centrally located. Oh and do go to Stingray’s Next door to eat. We went several times. Seafood and wings are great!

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The interior was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the fun sleeping loft. The heated private outdoor pool was amazing. It is only a short, two block walk to the beach. The house is right next to Stingrays restaurant, so we could hear the kitchen when using the pool, but it didn’t decrease our fun. Would definitely stay here again

Location location location. Perfect for a beach bum lifestyle without the price gouging. Great vibe and loved all the people we met. Bernie and Toby the cat made is feel right at home.

It was fantastic! Heated pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was just a few blocks away. The rental was clean and welcoming! We will book again!

This 3 bedroom house with your on private pool was fantastic! The decor was beautiful! It was more than big enough for our little family of 5! We were in walking distance from everything the beach the shops and restaurants! This house is in the perfect location the neighbors were very friendly! I most definitely will consider renting this house for my next summer vacation in 2023! Best Summer Vacation Spot Yet!!! We love Tybee!!!

We had a great week together. The rental was located within walking distance to shops, convenience stores, restaurants and the grocery store. The pool and the large gas grill were well used!

Everything was wonderful.

This is a great property for a family vacation! My family loved having a pool to themselves to swim. The location is only a block from the beach, so it's totally walkable and the beach is great. The condo is next to a great seafood restaurant and within easy walking distance of several other great places to eat. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a relaxing time on the island.

Grandma enjoyed time with daughter and 3 teen grands. Perfect when your older and want to entertain teens. The beach was easy to access and then the pool was perfect when the old folks needed a break. The beds were comfortable and this place was SPOTLESS! Loved it!

This is an amazing property. The décor and accessibility are second to none. Loved the private pool and space. So close to beach, shops and restaurants. Hope to return in the future
