We enjoyed our 5 night stay here in the Beaufort/Port Royal Community! We had lots to explore and when we returned back to the VRBO, the accommodations where perfect for us to relax, make a quick meal plus the view was a bonus! We where so happy it was dog friendly since we had our elder pup with us on our traveling vacation.

The property was exactly as described. The view was off the charts. The place was clean and had everything I needed.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were in town for the Beaufort Oyster Festival!!! It was wonderful. We love Beaufort and the low country!! We were also celebrating our anniversary. The condo was perfect. Close to many yummy restaurants and Beaufort. Great water views!

My husband and I try to get away once a month and Beaufort is one of our faves. Place was perfect. Everything was clean and we liked being tucked away in the back. Only thing I’d recommend is a full length mirror.

Very safe area - gated community. Beautiful waterfront views. Great place to stay for 1-2 people.

The positive was the balcony and the view! The rest of the condo needs some TLC. The fridge moans 24/7 like it's ready to die. One small TV in the living room that you can barely see from the coach. Two full size beds in the bedroom. Unrealistic for a couple especially when one of you is 6' tall. The bathroom has had work done to it, but the tub faucet leaks constantly and the floor bends and squeaks when you stand on it like you're going to fall through below (even in the shower). Toilet had a hard time flushing and we had to find a plunger. Throw blankets would have been a nice touch to sit on the balcony with, in the early morning. The icing on the cake was the old couch in the living room. Someone or something did a number on it because every time you sat on it it smelled like old pee. Kind of like an old diaper. It also moaned and groaned when you sat on it. The condo just needs some updates to it..

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect. The views were so nice and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, make sandwiches, whatever. She includes a coffee pot and toaster also. The condo is nicely decorated and cozy. It is not cluttered at all. The TV is small, but I am not a TV watcher so it wasnt a big deal to me. The outside furniture is comfortable and high up so you can see over the deck. I could go on and on. I would have perferred a king bed, but the 2 full beds worked out fine, and I understand it would be good for a friends trip to have 2 smaller beds. We took our yorkies and they had a place to potty and everyone picked up after themselves. We will definitely be booking our next stay here in the Spring.

A great place for relaxing!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the host was very nice. I loved that they are pet friendly. Would recommend to anyone with or without pets.

This condo was just perfect for the two of us. My best friend and I came to the are for a girls’ vacation. It had everything we needed for the week. There is a Publix close for groceries. Hinting Island and Hilton Head were a short distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views. Close to cute shops, great restaurants, beaches and Parris Island. Beds were cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. Safe location/community.

The condo was accurately described in the listing. It was easy to find and parking was great because there is a number assigned to your spot. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. The only thing I would suggest would be to put a bigger TV in the living area. Although we spent most of our time sight seeing ( there are alot of nature areas and historic areas to visit) While relaxing at night the TV was hard to see...especially the description of the shows because the writing looked so small. Other than that, it was an awesome trip and would definitely stay there again. Owners were very nice and quick to respond to any concerns.

It was a nice play to spend a few days on our way to Florida. Just a short drive to Beaufort and Port Royal. The unit had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Nice view!

Worked perfect for our long weekend. Quiet condo and Beaufort is worth the visit and condo very close.

The place was cute and clean. The outside has a lot of work to be done. Getting in was terrible! The stairs and stairway are not up to code. Different size stairs and splinters in stairway making it impossible to hang on. Really needs work. View was beautiful but ad was deceiving thought it was closer to things to do. Said fat patties was in walking distance which it was if you wanted to walk in traffic going 60 mph! Refrigerator makes god awful noises so good luck getting any sleep! Like I said inside very cute outside please help! Also put high top chairs on the deck so you don’t have to look through the rails!

very quiet and peaceful, our little dog loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by, very close to grocery store within walking distance we liked it so much we are going up north for a week then coming back down for another week stay

Loved our stay at one bedroom waterfront condo. Close to Beaufort and Parrish Island. Enjoyed coffee on deck overlooking the marsh and had gorgeous sunrise and sunset from condo. Enjoyed being close to nature unlike a hotel. Enjoyed visiting Hunting Island State park and walked on beach. Toured neighborhood in Beaufort with historic homes. Walked on Spanish Moss Trail and the Cypress Wetland trail. Toured the Parris Island Marine Museum. Great extended weekend trip for my husband and myself! Condo was close to all adventures!

Great location for touring the area. Well equipped kitchen. Paper goods, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc provided. Easy check-in. Comfortable furniture. Everything you need for a great vacation.

3 wonderful nights visiting Beaufort, S.C.. This was a perfectly located and ideal spot for 2 people to enjoy beautiful scenery and quiet evenings. Enjoyed the sunrises tranquil beauty.

Just a quick 3 day weekend to celebrate hub’s birthday. Condo was perfect for the two of us and our fur baby. Loved the view from the balcony. Perfect spot for morning coffee.

BUYER: BEWARE ! HOST HAS ZERO UNDERSTANDING of EMERGENCY or MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES ! My experience: Due to UNFORSEEN, UNEXPECTED, Life Threatening, Medical Emergency & ongoing, continuous Medical treatments, involving a person of this trip event, our booking dates HAD TO BE DELAYED (cancelled, per property Host/Owners instruction). This was just a few days less than a month, prior to our booked reservations. I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED Host to advise & disclose circumstances of Medical incident. At the time of that phone/text contact, Host was "out of the Country", & DIRECTED ME to "CANCEL" my reservation "so the dates would become available to be re-booked". Host stated she "would handle this when she got back" & "would work with us". After our booking was cancelled, & once Host became available, Host took on & maintained stance without any compasionate cooperation. Host REFUSED ANY amount of refund, including taxes, cleaning fees & booking fees. Host/Property Owner had ALSO BLOCKED/BLACKED OUT, 2 of the 3 days we had cancelled, thus making it impossible for those dates to be available to be re-booked. As result, BLOCKING US FROM RECEIVING ANY CREDIT AMOUNT TOWARDS OUR ANTICIPATED FUTURE STAY. Review of the property website a few weeks later also revealed there was very little, to no availabilty, in the foreseeable future, of booking to again make a reservation for days/dates for our anticipated needs.

Such a spectacular view. Quiet community but not far away from the hustle bustle.

We all had a wonderful time. The pups were especially interested in the alligators at the Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal - or maybe it was the other way around!! This apartment was very comfy and clean. Screens on the windows would have been nice as we love to sleep in the seaside air. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and we did see dolphins almost every day. We bought, boiled and ate a LOT of shrimp.

Everything we needed and nothing we didn't need. Delightful property and neat as a pin. Comfortable for 2 people. Convenient location. The second-floor entrance provides a glorious view of the sunrise/moonrise over Battery Creek.

Clean condo in a great location. Close to several good restaurants, The Sands and downtown Beaufort with Hunting Island State Park only 30 minutes away. Condo had everything we needed and more. Kim was awesome to deal with and welcomed our fur baby to go along with us.
