Great place for family with young kids. Short walk to all the activities around Weirs Beach. The pool and playground are a huge plus as well. Would recommend and stay again.

It's tucked into the description, but it bears repeating. No sheets or towels are in the place. Also, there's only 1 comforter for 4 beds. No blankets.
Other feedback, the floors are wonky. The pergo floor is not level and is squishy to walk on. The carpets could use a cleaning.
There was so much leftover food in the fridge we threw out an entire trash bag just to open up some space for our food.
The bathrooms are OK. The location and pool is great. Plenty of AC for the heat wave.

We attended Laconia Bike week. The main venue was only half a mile walk from the unit which came in handy for avoiding the heavy traffic and parking.
The accommodations worked well for 3 adults. My only recommendation is that under “things to know” in the listing that it be better highlighted that you need to supply your own sheets and towels and that cleaning is not included. Also the rain beating down on the A/C unit is very loud.

Great location to the lake and stuff to do. Cozy and perfect for our family of 4. Small playground behind the pool area. Pretty well stocked. Have to bring your own towels and sheets and clean up after yourself but I’d rather that sometimes than pay a big cleaning fee.

The property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids under 10). The bunk beds were a hit, though the top bunk was difficult to get the sheets on as the mattress was too large for the bunk and a bit heavy. That did not stop us, though! The location was perfect. You're a short drive from Weir's beach and the shops/docks and having the pool in the complex was a huge bonus. Overall, would highly recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being on the ground floor with kids was ideal. They were able to play outside and we could grill right there. The pool was awesome and being so close to the boardwalk was awesome. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We had a great time together with our grown children, lots of scenic motorcycle rides together and made great memories. The location was great, we were able to walk down to Weirs. Great proximity to all the action. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to grill just outside our door.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was decorated really nice. The bedrooms were great with two bathrooms. It had everything I needed. I was able to walk down to the lake in the morning and take a ride on the boat to Wolfboro. Check in and out was easy and Dennis was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. It’s a great location. Went to a concert in Gilford and was nice to not have to drive all the way home and instead stayed here. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay up at Weirs and Laconia!

If you want to a location between Meredith and Laconia, then this is the place. Just a walk to Wiers Beach and 2 min drive to Fun Spot. The Condo was great and on the bottom floor. Easy to get to and comfy. If you like to cook your food, you can here. I would recommend staying.

Great location next to Weir’s Beach and our extended family’s rental. The condo was compact, but had everything that we needed and comfortable for six people (4 adults, 2 little kids). We really enjoyed playing pickleball (on the tennis courts), swimming in the beautiful pool, and playing on the playground. We also enjoyed the Funspot and Elacoya State Park Beach, which was very shallow and great for little kids.

The saltwater pool was fun and we loved having the option to use the outdoor private grill. Check in and out was easy. Dennis was super quick with any questions we had. Only warning is there are a lot of stairs down to the unit from the parking lot. Pack lighter than I did and may not be ideal for older folks who have trouble ambulating.

Great weeks stay!
The location is amazing! Walking distance to so many attractions and a very short/quick drive to Fun Spot (which is a must if you are traveling with kids). There’s also a community pool the kids enjoyed as well as the playground they took full advantage of. The unit itself was clean and as expected. Overall it was a fantastic stay for my family of 4. Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious and great location
The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for both my family and friends of ours. We got to see fireworks from our patio. The kids loved the salt water pool. The walk wasn’t bad to Weirs Beach pier and restaurants. It also wasn’t a far drive to Meredith Bay. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great stay
This is our 3rd rental on this property. The view is t the best because it’s in a front building on the first floor. Great being on the lower level, and loved the grill and chairs. Each room had air conditioning which is a huge plus. We were also contacted about the repairs that were done to the wall and the temporary carpet runner in the master bedroom. I might not have even noticed had it not been pointed out to me.
Great communication between the cleaners and the owner to make sure he was aware of any issues with the property prior to my showing up. This saved me the phone call if I found something out damaged upon arrival. My husband and I had three 16yo girls with us and they fit perfectly in the second bedroom. Wifi worked great and there was plenty of toilet paper! We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed
Having the outside space was great! Space was good, overall pretty clean just a bit dusty. The wiring was weird so the lights flickered quite a lot, and common area furniture is not very comfortable. But no big deal if you aren't hanging around the condo a lot.
