La struttura offre viste mozzafiato, camere lussuose, personale di prima classe, avvistamenti di fauna incredibili e un'esperienza veramente memorabile. Altamente raccomandato per un soggiorno spettacolare!

The 12 of us had the most amazing time! Valerie was great at setting up all our excursions which were each amazing themselves. The house was over the top. We had wildlife every day. Plenty of space for everyone. Close enough to get anything you needed. It was a steep walk but nothing that couldn’t be done daily. The on site chefs made the trips though - definitely not pay for the chef!!! We had the trip of a lifetime and wouldn’t change a thing! We had monkeys daily right on the deck, a sloth in the tree right by the pool, Mackaws squawking as they flew by and Toucans we could have touched!!!

Our stay in the Tree House was everything we could have hoped for. We had a magnificent view of the ocean and Manuel Antonio Park from each of our four bedrooms, from the infinity pool, and from the living room, dining area and kitchen. The totally open main level brought the jungle right to us--literally. We had a sloth in an adjacent tree, a black iguana in another, visiting toucans at the papaya tree, and brilliant scarlet macaws zooming past. Oh, and the monkeys....We loved hearing the howler "alarm clocks," and the troop of squirrel monkeys were our favorites when they passed through, with the youngsters wrestling on the deck. The cute but ornery Capuchins now---well one had better heed the warnings not to encourage them in any way! Being in the midst of nature made our stay here memorable for adults and children alike.

This home was exactly as described and the pictures can’t really do it justice. We had three generations in a family of 12 and everybody had space. The kids loved the theater room and played quite a bit of pool. The open air living and dining space was beautiful with amazing views of the Manuel, Antonio national Park and the Pacific Ocean. We were visited by the white face and spider monkeys quite a few times and everyone was entertained. Definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a spectacular stay!

Our stay was nothing less than spectacular! We saw so much wildlife right from our gorgeous villa in paradise! All the staff that took care of us were top notch, and every minute was pure perfection.

There were nine of us, all in our 60's staying for a week and it was fantastic!
Pros:
The house is gorgeous, just as pictured and in very good shape. And kept super clean.
We were living among the wildlife - imagine sipping a cocktail, watching a sloth eat leaves in a tree about 10 feet away from the infinite edge pool. Monkeys are regular visitors to the house. We saw toucan, macaw parrots, The openness led to monkeys in the living area which was actually amazing
The staff is fantastic! Valerie, the concierge, was absolutely amazing! She answered questions and made arrangements so we had exactly the trip we were hoping for. Ricky, the house manager, was accessible and responsive. Everything went off without a hitch.
We took advantage of the chef, Marco, who was also fantastic. We ate like royalty!!
Cons:
The house is VERY open and, other than the theater, there is no common area with A/C. It was hot and still for several of the nights. So people either retreated to their rooms or hung out in the theater. There were also bats hanging out near the bedroom doors.
The house is down a fairly long and steep road. For some in our group this presented a challenge. If you are young and healthy it won't be a problem. But it is at least a 15 minute walk up to the main road.
There were storms and we lost power two nights. There are some candles, but no generator or flashlights. Bring a flashlight.
Overall, a great location for an amazing vacation!

This house is truly amazing. We had a group of 11 stay at this property for a 30th trip and everyone absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful with a huge open-air living space and kitchen. All of the bedrooms are large, very nice, and a few even have open-air showers which was awesome (still very private). The pictures of the infinity pool and amazing view over the ocean are even better in person.
The communication up until the trip and your local host, Ricky, were awesome. If we needed anything at all, he would make it happen. He checked us in, gave us a tour of the house, and gave us some tips and pointers around the area. Before the trip, they gave us a list of excursions we could pick from and helped coordinate it all.
The neighborhood itself is great. Restaurants and bars within walking distance, along with some convenience stores and a grocery store. Everyone is incredibly friendly.
If we ever come back to Manuel Antonio, we will be absolutely staying here.

A group of five couples stayed at this location for one week. The house is substantially more beautiful than the pictures depict. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out as a group. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which was perfect when a couple wanted to have some privacy. We hired the chef for three days. Jorge did an amazing job, as well as his assistant Kim. Ricky, our house manager was there whenever we needed him and was a quick text message away. We also utilize the spa services on two separate occasions. These were hands-down some of the best massages we have received. Everyone in our group is going away with the Costa Rican hospitality we experienced by everyone from escape villas. Definitely book this house if you get a chance, you won’t regret it.

Wow! The minute we parked the car, every single person in our group said “wow” when we entered the tree house. We are a “well traveled” group and I must say this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Great staff, great locational, great views, great wildlife (three sloths up close and personal) . I cannot imagine a better experience for anyone traveling to the area. We planned a ton of adventures but the group wanted to just stay at the house! Thanks for an amazing trip!

As a group of 8 friends we found the Tree House to be the perfect setting for a relaxing yet adventurous week. It was close to so many wonderful attractions (National Park, Waterfalls, Catamaran Trips, shops and restaurants etc.), so we never had to travel too far to take in all that Costa Rica has to offer. Our concierge was able to help us book our excursions with ease. From the time of booking through to our last day we had our many questions and inquiries answered promptly and professionally by the concierge team.
The house itself is beautiful, a refreshing open concept layout with great decor, outdoor showers, big soaker tubs and an infinity pool with a vast breathtaking view of the national park and beaches. It is open and spacious with nice bedrooms. We loved the in-house spa as we didn’t have to leave the house to get top quality spa services (we recommend the body wraps and massages!). Thank you to the ladies at Holis spa who were so lovely. We also really enjoyed our private yoga session with Ashley. The living room is the perfect setting for a tranquil private yoga session.
The proximity to wildlife was a real highlight for us. Lounging in the beautiful pool we spotted a mama and baby sloth, so many birds and we were visited by monkeys daily!
The food was absolutely amazing thanks to Chef Junior and David!! Each of their daily creations were top notch, so delicious and they were friendly and very professional. These two guys really made our trip. We highly recommend Chef Junior and David, you won’t regret it!
All and all we had an amazing time in Costa Rica and the Tree House villa, and the support staff surpassed all our wildest dreams!!

We were completely stunned by this gorgeous place. First of all, the views are completely breathtaking. Secondly, the common area is open-air, which is such a lovely way to spend your time relaxing. Living that close to nature, with the comfort of an escape to your own room, and a pool available at any time is good for the soul. We saw all kinds of wildlife from our living room and were visited daily by monkeys, In fact, one even shook my hand!
Honestly, the meals we had out were fun, because of the environment, but there isn't a better chef in the country than the one we hired to cook for us at the Tree House. His name was Junior, and we couldn't recommend him enough! His cooking was out of this world.
The Tree House has its own theater, which we used one night when it was raining, a pool table, and a massage room (definitely book a massage!). We also recommend hiking in Manuel Antonio National Park as well as some walks along the beach. It's so beautiful.
We've traveled all over the world and stayed in some pretty amazing places, but nothing compares to the gorgeous Tree House. We will definitely be back! And all of my friends and family have asked me about this amazing place after seeing my photos on social media. It's the experience of a lifetime!

Perfect vacation paradise (and I do mean paradise) for a family. We had seven in our group -and everything was beyond all of our expectations. Second time here. Will definitely come back to this same paradise.

We stayed at the Tree House Villa with our four children, ages 10, 12, 14 and 16 and another family with two children ages 12 and 16. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Tree House. Valerie helped us schedule excursions for each day and she was a tremendous help! Our favorite excursion was the waterfall rappelling tour. Even our 10 year old loved it! We had Chef Junior and his assistant David prepare breakfast and dinner for us each day. The food was even more delicious than going out to a fine dining restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the two of them as well. If you are on the fence about hiring a private chef, I say do it! It was so nice to come home in the afternoon and hang by the pool without having to get ready to go out. We rarely saw the housekeeper, as she quietly moved between the rooms doing an incredible job. The outdoor living space is beautiful. I really can't say enough about how perfect our trip was! We will definitely be back!

The Tree House is a stunning property in Manuel Antonio. The pictures do not do justice to how beautifully decorated and put together the house is. The views from the house are incredible and even though there are a number of villas on the same road you do have a feeling of being isolated in the jungle. We saw so many animals right from the comfort of our sun loungers including two sloths in the trees literally 3 metres from the house at eye level. Junior and David (the chefs) were absolutely fantastic. Not only was the food amazing but they were a joy to have around and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable - organising cakes for birthdays, buying ingredients (and helping us) in our family cocktail competition and cooking the most delicious food for us every morning and evening. Nothing was too much to ask and they were incredibly flexible on timings of meals etc. The activities we organised through the villa were great and we did ziplining, rainmaker and Manuel Antonio national park on separate mornings. The house is close to good places for lunch - Emilio cafe, cafe de Milagro etc. What a fantastic holiday - We hope to be going back.

We came here with our 3 adult kids and their partners for a week. This is something we do together almost every year, and I can categorically say that this villa was once of the best we have visited. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and local restaurants are a 20 minutes walk or a quick drive. We spent most of our time at the villa because it is simply stunning. All of the rooms are fantastic and the living and kitchen area easily accommodated the group with everyone getting their own space if required. We had monkeys visiting daily as well as playing in the trees around us. Also we had a sloth going up and down a tree 20 meters away one day and Toucans almost every day in the trees around us. To be frank, visiting Manual Antonio park was actually a disappointment compared to what we saw at the villa. Finally, our chef Junior, and his assistant David, produced the most fantastic food all week. They responded to our every request with yet another spectacular meal. Truly a fantastic experience.

Everything in the house is better than it even looks in the pictures. The pool is huge and delightful, the view is incredible and the rooms are luxurious. The housekeepers keep the place immaculate and the monkeys keep you entertained. We had Chef Esteban for breakfast and dinner every day and it was probably the best part of the trip. The food was way beyond our expectations and getting to enjoy the pool or a good book up until our meal was the best way to enjoy vacation. We had children 2, 5, and 7 with us and the one thing I will say is that the bedrooms are fairly separate and you have to take stairs etc to get between most of them. I recommend bringing baby monitors even if you don't usually use them for piece of mind.

...from start to finish, this was an amazing stay...we were 4 couples looking for relaxation and some adventuring...and we found it. The villa was stunning, with great rooms for all of us with beautiful ensuites. There was plenty of space for everyone, whether you wanted to gather in the open living spaces and visit or if you wanted to find a quiet space to read a book or if you wanted to relax in the pool...this place had it all. In addition, we had visits from the monkeys every day and most days more than once and always entertaining....you got used to hearing 'quick, grab your stuff, the monkeys are here!'. Some of our group went on guided tours of the national park and said it was spectacular....I was there to get a tan and read books by the pool and it was simply amazing. You can't beat the view from the pool...especially in the mornings! We were here for 8 days and had booked a chef for 6 of those days. Can't say enough about Chef Junior...the food was incredible and we were treated like royalty. We had both breakfast and dinner booked for 6 of the eight days and had enough leftovers for snacking by the pool each day. The first night without dinner we went to a local restaurant to watch the sunset (which was amazing)...but the food did not compare to Junior's meals...my recommendation is to stick with dinner at the house....so we asked Junior to cook for us on the second night that we hadn't pre-booked. Also want to say that the housekeeping each day was awesome, those ladies worked hard and left every day with everything spotless. Thanks to everyone else: Valerie was amazing with all of our arrangements from chef to transportation before we even got on a plane; Fernando for making the booking so seamless and Ricky for being there to greet us and at the other end of a phone when we needed him.I could go on even more, but then too many other people will be booking and they won't be able to fit us in for our next visit!
